The carpet was ordered, installation scheduled. The installer could not have been better! Beautiful job. And everyone involved is so nice to work with. Terrible service, don’t warranty the work they do but claim they do, let another place finish our house found they were over priced for the same stuff. Got the same exact stuff at another place for 13k cheaper.

Beautiful quality, reasonable prices and high design are why I ended up choosing Stoneridge. I compared products and prices at other locations (discount carpet store & big box store) and found that overall, the product was better quality and more attractive than at the other places, the cost was reasonable, plus with Stoneridge i felt that I also would get expert guidance (which I needed). Terri, the associate I worked with, has a good eye for tones and was able to narrow my search for carpet colors & textures. Using photos & samples of my homes current colors, she found me the right high-traffic, stain-resistant carpet and steered me away from the tones that wouldnt work, narrowing things down for me. That was immensely helpful.Finally, the install: They arrived on time and swiftly and expertly installed the carpet, vacuumed/cleaned as they went, then replaced my furniture (3 rooms and 2 closets) leaving no mess behind. I couldnt have been more pleased with their professionalism, speed and execution.The end result is perfection. My home now looks how Id envisioned it to look (and how it should look). I couldnt be more pleased with my overall experience.

She provides great advice, value her opinion, super easy to communicate with, & follows up after the project is done which makes the process such a nice experience!

We chose Stoneridge Flooring Design when updating our kitchen. They had a wonderful selection of tile, and Natalie and Mike helped us choose the perfect tile and accent for our new backsplash. The installers were very professional. Natalie made sure to follow up after the installation was complete to make sure we were very satisfied and there were no problems. We are looking forward to working with Stoneridge again when we replace the flooring.

Im writing this rather negative review for my Dad. His main concern about purchasing new carpeting was the mess of electronics cords behind his entertainment center. He was so concerned, he suggested to me we should cut the last yard of carpet off, leave it in place, and just re-carpet the rest of the room. I ask why, and he was concerned that he didnt know how to hook any of his electronics back up correctly. Like most WWII vets, Dad is fiercely independent and self-reliant. I suggested he ask the carpet company if they couldnt unhook and reconnect the various devices --- after all they must do this all the time. So, he did and was assured they could reconnect everything. He went ahead with ordering new carpeting. Dad was satisfied with the carpeting -- which looks nice. But, the installer left wires unconnected and actually pinned underneath the entertainment center. This was Oct 5. The main device left unconnected was Dads cell phone signal strength booster, -- Dads 90, we depend on phones to communicate more than we used to. I was out of state and unable to communicate directly with Dad while this signal booster was not operating. Dad visited the store and reported this in person on Mon Oct 9. He followed up with a phone call later that week. I got over to his house this afternoon (the 15th) and fixed things myself. It took me about an hour. The company simply never replied to Dads visit and call. While talking with Dad this afternoon, I asked him if he would do business with them again, and after a long pause, he said yes, but hed make damn sure they were really finished before paying them.
