My first time using grocery pick up and my last. I was missing three items from my order. Through the app I was only given the option of selecting a substitution for one of them and then that item mysteriously dropped off my list. I still had to go to the store to find alternate items, which is what I was trying to avoid because time was short. In the long run, its more efficient for me to do my own shopping.

The cashier was super friendly and amazing. I really enjoy self checkout!!

Almost all self check out now. For a few items, no big deal… for 2 weeks of groceries…big deal. Had to switch self check out station after starting because i was at cash only. Not marked clearly at all! Small rectangle on screen, no signage before or at self check out station. Employee there was nice, apologized, said they ran out of signs. When I switched to a station that accepts cards, touch screen didn’t work. Terribly frustrating.

New set up just have to find things again employee dont know where it is either..

These employees are super polite and just an overall great team. The super center is very well organized and there are plenty of workers ready to assist you. Personally, I like a store that is willing to help.

This Walmart tends to not have a good selection of products but the staff is nice.

Republic has a pretty good Walmart compared to most. They could diversify their clothing line a little, and stock dressier mens clothes.

Well you see there is so much Lumber plumbing and appliances here you cannot find everything yourself you must ask one of the friendly employees who are more than willing to help and assist you in whatever you need I can spend hours in this store it is so much fun to look at tools and 2 investigate all the new locks and bolts stuff they have there it is super cool you should go

Ordered mini blinds for Curbside pickup. After 18 hours, I got an email that the items werent in stock.Drove straight there and the exact mini blinds were clearly and visibly on the shelf. 🤬

Awful experience. Remodeling. Even store employees dont know where anything is located and empty shelves everywhere. Recommend shopping elsewhere or maybe I should say anywhere else.

Im impressed how clean and well stocked this store is considering the customer service load and current remodeling project.

This evening my family and I had the absolute worst experience. Every employee we came across looked absolutely miserable and then our cashier was so rude! She griped at my husband for asking for chew in the tobacco line. Instead of just explaining they won’t be selling it anymore. Then our family is the line behind us has a little boy and he was helping his dad grab the bags and load the cart(complete calm and harmless) and she YELLED at him to stop touching the bags!

Terrible customer service by manager! App had issues today and I was just calling to get clarification on when my order would be ready. Completely rude and talked to me like I should be aware of how Walmarts glitches work. Well now Im aware of terrible upper management. Hey fyi Nixa Walmart, not everyone knows when your system crashes or how long it takes to fix. I do know you had my number and could have just called me to keep me updated instead of insulting me when I had questions!

It is always easy to get assistance from associates in my experience at this location. I feel like it is kept clean and that the restrooms are consistently maintained and cleaned. I have never had any issues with this location.

Walmart is great but they always seem to be out of at least one item on my list.

Terrible customer service. In fact, the person they had ringing me up had no idea what they were doing, and with trying to keep everything straight and make sure I paid for all my items and didnt ring anything up twice, my canned goods got packed with my eggs, you can imagine how that turned out. And when it came to produce the cashier had to wait for someone to come help him ring it up, I bought some epoxy as well, again had to wait for someone to come over to verify my age, It was like they dont even train cashiers anymore, it took SOOO long to checkout, probably longer than it did to shop for my items....And the worst part about all this:they didnt even pay for me for ringing my own items up.

Employees are rude and very lazy they just show up and thats it. The store is ugly with a drab remodel with tacky concrete floors like that hasnt been done before. If you want no coustomer service and no knowledge of work ethic this is your place

I ordered a pickup up two days ago that included quite a bit if fresh produce. I would not recommend anyone do this! I received four over ripe bananas, a very bruised apple, two oranges that were as dry and old is the day is long, a package of strawberry simply disgusting, and a small watermelon that was exceptionally under ripe. Do they just try to get rid of poor produce by sending it out via pickup?

Decent store but they need to focus on not selling the gross value items, they like competing with successful items and dropping supply (not reordering the name brand) when they have old stock (gross value) not selling... because it is gross, paying less for nasty vile putrid rancid hog fodder makes no sense.

Give them a 2 star because, they charge too much for low meat, and you have to bag your own groceries!

Went To Money Services Tonight To Get The 500.00 That My Family In Washington State Sent, Because I Had A Fire And Only Had Color Copy Of My I.D.: I Was DENIED!!! Even though I have a valid bank card with my name on it: No Sympathy From Walmart and A Copy Of My VA Card Did Not Sway The COLD HEARTED WALMART MACHINE!!!!

Just a typical Walmart. Only complaint is they seem to move the products around quit often and thats annoying when your in a hurry.

No sanitizer any where in store for people to use when you walk to clean cart and hands! With Mo having the highest rates of Delta is Ridiculous. In the signs you have out front so you care about your customers. I took $20 out of for cash after I bought over $200 worth of groceries and called him to let him know and they said because I left they can’t give it to me and nobody returned it. But he never came out of the machine.

Waited in line to check out for 20 minutes. Only 2 check outs open. Check out person Never said thanks or anything. Some Employees here have bad attitudes. And I refuse to check myself out and take a checkers job away from them. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Definitely one of the smaller Walmarts around and the selection is limited. Prices seem to be a little higher here than they are at the Walmarts in surrounding towns. Its currently being remodelled.

I hate it when a store remodels and everything is out of place. It makes the shopping trip twice as long because nothing is where it was before the remodel started.

Of all the Walmarts in the area, this is the one I hate to go to. Every time I visit it the narrow aisles are full of employees restocking the shelves, but yet there nothing is on the shelves. I almost always have to leave without picking up a number of items as they dont have them in stock. It is like a weird paradox. I also find that this Walmart is missing a lot of items that other Walmarts always carry.

Walmart carries highly fluoridated drinking water for infants, causing irreversable damage to the glands which regulate hormones!!! This is a known poison, an industrial bi-product that has no business in food.Walmart dog foods are all owned by the same company which processes them in formaldehyde water from China but you wont see this on the ingredients list. That poisons the pets kidneys and liver causing cancer and organ failure!!!! I lost my wonderful German Shepard years too early because of this hidden poison.

Clean, well stocked, and several checkers available. Was a treat not to have to self check for once.

I was working the reset so Im kinda bias however the employees were always polite and the store is very clean.

Just dont understand there always out of this and that now there remodeling again for what?they cant keep there shelves stocked now and self checkout if I wanted to bag my own groceries and pay more for them Id shop at food for less just my oppinion.

All self check outside. I had an attendant asking me why I couldnt hurry up and get finished because I was taking too long to look up produce. Then told me I couldnt double bag my ice cream. The store doesnt offer freezer bags anymore. And it was 90 degrees out.

You can always find what I want here. The people are nice and its not as crowded as Nixa.

At least you can try clothes on here, but be sure to try every piece you intend to buy because, found pair pants I liked so bought same brand & size in different colors but some of them didnt fit when I got them home. Sizes & widths & lengths all varied.

I love using the Walmart app to service my needs and the customer relations desk has never failed me. They showed me features I had not known before such as the Walmart pay or buying gift cards. There are many products in app that are not in store. Even adds or scanning items and it has made my life so much easier!

Great customer service!! Many wm associates in the sw Springfield and Nixa are my customers and I so enjoy chatting with them as they do with me and always saying thank you to everyone. It matters.

During remodel it was loud and a bit dusty inside the store.

At the time when visiting we were looking for some gifts (toys) for family. Our local WalMart where we live had absolutely nothing left hardly due to Christmas which is understandable. This WalMart however was fully stocked, so not sure if they just got stocked faster than others or had a slow toy Christmas holiday. They had most things I noticed fully stocked and no bare shelves.

Its Walmart so it explains itself.. for some reason the Nixa store has rude employees.. no excuse me, pardon, they just push their cart up to you and look at you like youre in the way or stand in front of you and act like youre not there..

Tired of shopping and constantly battling rude associates who are filling online orders, stockers and pull ups. Rude associates who arent there to help you and act as if shoppers in their way. Doubt anyone from walmart cares.

I put 1 star only because I have to. This store is horrible! Doesnt matter whT time you go there, the shelves are always half empty and never have what you are looking for! Bought some cinnamon rolls tonight, they expired in July of 2020! Ridiculous!!!

I have had some issues with the Walmart App regarding the express delivery. I have a had 3 separate issues with the order delivering hours late two times but this time it never delivered at all. Nixa Walmart 100% took care of us during the whole situation. It seems that DoorDash is responsible for delivering the express orders. Nixa Walmart is not able to control how, when or if the express orders get delivered. A DoorDash driver literally marked my order as delivered and without a notification to me cancelled the order with Walmart, basically stealing the order. Again, Walmart has no control over this. I called in to let them know. The associate was completely honest with me. Told me the issue, let me know that unfortunately I would not be receiving my order but I could pick it up. The walmart employees at this point in the day DO NOT have time to go and repick and order but they did. And Hayley at the Nixa Walmart did everything in her power to make sure we were taken care of to compensate for the inconvenience. She was so polite and Incredibly accommodating even though the issue was completely out of her control. I really dislike the express experience but Hayley and the associates at the Nixa Walmart are why I will always trust ordering and shopping with them. Great staff!
