The team here is wonderful! I’ve worked mostly with Ty and Adam and have always had a great experience. The valet service they offer at no charge is fantastic, too! I would absolutely recommend them and will keep coming back here.

Took over two hours to change my tire after they broke my wheel studs. Still had to pay for those. They told me its because I over tightened my lug nuts. Pretty impossible for me to put out over 100 pounds of torque straddling my spare while sitting in the ground. I weigh 150 lbs I would physically have to stand on the wrench while tightening the lug nuts to cause that kind of damage to a steel threaded bolt almost a half inch in diameter. Will not return, will not recommend, and will adamantly tell others to never go here for vehicle service.

Its my first time using this company. I called by accident. Im so glad I did. Alignment is included with purchase. They are a full service shop. I spoke with Mr. Ty. He was kind over the phone and in person. Im a new permanent customer! New tires, free alignment, and more!!!

Tire Discounters always takes care of me. Every oil change, every tire change, every check engine light. There is no BS with them. They tell me how it is and won’t just fix something because they can run the check up. Great customer service and honesty!

Everyone at this location was super nice and helpful. They were able to finish my oil change and tire rotation in 20 minutes and let me know what else my car needs to improve its performance. After the oil change they did a tire alignment which took another half an hour. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I will definitely be coming back!

Unlike some competitors out there, TD got the job done as I requested and explained the wheel & tire balance issue I had. I just spent $40 elsewhere to no avail.... TD - fast, fixed, finished. Good job!

The salesperson (Ty) was great and was able to reschedule my appointment to get my tires installed so my vehicle would be done for an unexpected out of town trip. This is the second vehicle I’ve had tires put on at this location and it won’t be my last.

Absolutely wonderful service. I went in for a battery but found out I also needed a new starter. They worked with my warranty and got everything covered, starter AND battery. All I had left was my deductible. They were great to work with. Very courteous. Even stayed late on a Friday evening to help us!

This is the cleanest and classiest tire place Ive ever been. Excellent service with ccc so you can watch your vehicle being worked on . They even had a wine fridge filled with waters!

These guys have won me over. Im a full time medical assistant + mom of 4 so the fact that these guys pick up AND drop off your car is life saving. I got a tire rotation, oil change, maintenance check, and flat repair for under $100. I was having additional issues and they found the problem and told me it was beyond their scope of practice. Because of that I wasnt charged! They took the time to explain the issue to me in terms I could understand. Very honest company!Thank you guys so much!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Billy and Adam were so professional! I came in for an oil change and a brake inspection because my brakes were making noise. Adam took me back and showed me how low my brakes were and why they were making noise. I got my front brakes replaced AT MINIMAL COST! They are very knowledgeable I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! WILL BE BACK!

Got a flat on the way into town for the weekend. I called before they opened Saturday morning. They were able to get me in and replaced all four tires Saturday morning and I was back to the hotel before the kids were out of bed. Highly recommend!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!I found a slow leak in my tire while driving home, and made it to the Tire Discounters shop with 10 minutes to spare of their closing. I was only hoping to make an appointment for the next day, HOWEVER, Billy & Adam took in my car that night, replaced my tire swiftly, and did so in a courteous and personable way! Its the little things that count during this time of craziness.... It started to snow, and I was walked to my car with an umbrella. Thanks guys for making an annoying situation easy to take care of! The guys at Tire Discounters do an awesome job every time they work on my 08 F150, they never try to sell me something I dont need which I respect. I never leave wondering if I could have got a better deal somewhere else. Whenever I have to be there for a while they offer a valet service. I had a doctors appointment which they were going to take me too but didnt need to because they got my truck fixed in perfect timing. They have cameras everywhere and you can watch them work on your vehicle on a screen sitting in the waiting room. One time they quoted me for a stock water pump and once they tore the truck apart realized that mine was a bigger one since I have the towing upgrade and they didnt come back to me with a higher price like most people would do. They stayed with the original quote without me even asking. I took my truck to 3 different places for a vibration issue that Ive had for over a year and nobody could find it and said I was hearing things. I took my truck to Tire discounters and they found out my driveshaft uv joint was worn out. As long as they stay how they are now they have a customer for life.

We needed to get tires on both vehicles. We went to Tire Discounters because one of our vehicles is in dire need of an alignment. When we got there it was busy, but Adam let us know he was working as quickly as possible and would be with us soon. Once we got up there we let him know what we were wanting to do. He was very upfront and honest letting us know they could get the tires changed today and give us a certificate to do the alignment at a later date. I honestly wasn’t even expecting that since I never had setup an appointment. But he let us know which tires were available and what he recommended for our needs. We were able to get both cars done before the evening was out. Great job Adam and team!

Horrible service. Did not repairs b4akes aa discussed. Bought 4 new tires did not perform alignment. Returned for alignment but once again did not perform and couldnt provide alignment printout. Had to leave it again for alignment. Brake still on. Do not recommend

Adam was spectacular! The best customer service in this industry. You can tell he really cares about his business. Wasn’t able to get me in as a walk in, but was able to create an appointment for the next day, take payment and everything so all I had to do was drop off and then pickup later. I’ve always been a fan of another big, national tire chain (with Discount in their name), but suddenly in the Indy market comes a strong competitor!!Tire Discounters offers many more services, and has prices that are as good, or better than the other guys.Adam and his staff were ready to roll when I arrived for my tire installment appointment, and the could not have been friendlier, nor more helpful.So. I guess you could say that TD has upped the ante in the tire business in Indy. It will be interesting to see how the big boys respond!

I spoke with Adam on the phone to get a quote on tires and he was one of the friendliest people Ive ever dealt with. He was very informative and they even offer free alignment with their four tires! he was not pushy at all and when I am ready to pull the trigger I will definitely be getting my tires from him!

Great job and 4 new tires on with no issues so far. Air pressure in the rear tires were a little low but as I have a compressor, I filled them up a bit to my liking. I know they would do it for free but didn’t feel like driving back. Anyways, service was great and love the new tires. Alignment check was good and balanced tires all around for a smooth ride. The first thing that I look for in any business is customer service. Sure I want quality service and fair prices. Though, at the end of the day if I don’t feel good when I leave, I mostly won’t recommend that business. My wife and I have had service done to both of our cars over the past month. Every time, not once or twice. Every time one of the service members met us out in the parking lot as we stepped out of our car. Greeting us with a friendly smile, hello how are you, telling us their name and asking ours. They would then walk us to the door and hold the door for us. Asking if and what we would want to drink. Then when we come back to pick the vehicle up the same service but calling us by name. I just can’t say enough good things about this business. Thank you for setting a great example!

Though their full performance will be determined on the application of their warranty, I can still say this is one of the best tire shops Ive ever been to. Very competitive pricing, informative and friendly staff, extremely fast, and all around the best experience Ive had in fishers. The staff knows the ins and outs of not just their business but the other tire shops as well. They will beat them in all regards.

I am a widow and came in with my daughter knowing nothing about cars, my husband handled that for me. Not only were they patient, but they made sure we got on our road trip safely with great new tires and they even replaced my window blades for me last minute when it started raining. Adam was terrific! I stopped by the grand opening, and Adam checked my tires. I had been to another tire retailer recently and was told my (nearly new) tires were in need of replacement. Pulled in with air spewing out of my tire 15 min before close of business. Adam with the 3 man crew stayed late to fix my tire. Although I need a new one... they did a temporary fix to get me by until a new one comes in. There were no complaints or eye rolling about staying late - and made me feel like it was no big deal. It was a big deal (Probably late for dinner- and 🐕 walking)- a reminder that technology is great but doesn’t replace sincere and genuine human kindness. Customer service - BD & BME!! I have always been a Tire Barn customer and decided to shop around for tires. I called in and spoke to Joel on the phone and his customer service blew me away. He pulled up the different tire options and the specials they were having on the different options. I had some additional questions about different models of Pirelli tires and Joel offered to ask around and even call Pirelli about the difference! They have gained my business and I have been telling all my friends about Tire Discounters.

I will definitely be going back to Tire Discounters for any tire needs (and for the next time I need an oil change). The first major snow of the season caused me to run over something and completely slash my tire. They got me taken care of immediately and didn’t give me the run around. They told me right off the bat that I was most likely looking at replacement versus repair. Price was extremely reasonable and they were very friendly. They even let my car stay in the bay until I could get back after work so it wasn’t covered in snow again. Top notch people and top notch service.

Great customer service by Adam. Went in for an alignment and they got me straightened out. Pun intended. Good shop that seems to honor trust and not taking advantage of you. Plan to use them in the future for when my personal wrenching skills are pushed to the limit, or need equipment that otherwise makes it unaffordable to do it personally.
