Friendly staff and cheap prices, but be prepared to wait. They always seem to have a long queue of service--very understaffed. If you dont need your car for a bit its probably fine, just have a ride ready.

The auto staff are not friendly at all. They act like they’re doing me a favor. I told the guy to call me when it was done cuz I needed my car back that night and he never did. I went back and they were closed! No idea where my keys were, asked for help and the Mgr on call wasn’t nice right away either. Did we all forget how to treat people??? I’m afraid to ever go back. I live minutes away but I’ll drive farther in a heartbeat to get decent service.

I know this is Walmart but still the Tire and Lube express here has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to go there multiple for tires i purchased at Walmart (mistake) and it is so bad that I now drive all the way down to the Fishers Walmart if need something done. The lady working at Fishers was great and the staff seemed competent.

Absolutely the most pathetic auto service I have ever seen! 3 techs, 2 hours, and they have only managed to complete 1 oil change. Yes, there are cars just sitting as they take turns working.

One star is too much for their services, they need to learn customer service and also tell you the right time, they 45mn for oil change there is only two cars in front of me i come back after 45mn my car wasnt even touched, the way they talk to you and welcome you sucks

Worst experience ever! got an oil change and they forgot to put the cap back on! in the oil filter they took out two parts and forgot to put them back. it could of internally damaged my car. went back the next day to tell them my oil light was on & the kid asked Siri how to reset my oil RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. never going back there. its a bunch of idiots thinking they know how to work on cars!!

Arrived at 7:10 am for a battery and was told it would be a 3 hour wait due to short staff and they had to unload a semi with tires. Not good planning on staffing Had to go elsewhere

It took a while, as they were busy, but the staff were nice and straightforward. If you have a VW, specifically a Jetta, this is the place for you, $50 for an oil change and vacuuming just about.

They were done 2 hours ago and didnt tell us.

Wanted to buy my son a tire, the guy Raymond was acting funny, and also waited bout hour to tell us he didnt have the tire,thats a cash killer in business,also a Hispanic woman needed help he stood over buy cars talking😒

**PAINT DEPARTMENT** The last three times I’ve been at the paint department I’ve waited 15-20 minutes for service. I’m currently waiting for someone now, that’s why I had enough time to write this review. This is a joke and disrespectful! 120 workers per shift, 4 registers open and it still takes this long for help.
