Ive had good experiences here before, but the my recent experience in trying to find a certain shoe was met with a barely polite, we dont carry anything like that. I googled the shoe, and Shoe Carnival was shown as having a few different styles. She said she might be able to order them, but didnt offer to do so, or to help with alternatives.

They are always very friendly and try very hard to give the best prices. They also will do everything possible to honor their coupons, unlike Subway. Great job shoe carnival!

Ryan was awesome. Everybody there does a great job and I was able to find the right shoe, thanks to their expertise.

Helped with finding the shoes that were perfect for me. When rung up the man helped me very much when it came to signing me up for subscription. Would definitely visit again for my next pair!

Desire manager extremely rude because I misunderstood the directions the Sweet sales girl gave me to the restroom.She was suprised by someone going in the backroom by accident I realize but, her curt demeanor and tone unworthy of customer treatment!We still purchased items because of the nice cashier.Shame on Desire for taking out short staff problems on customers and maybe why no one will work for her!!

Had to order my shoes, because they didnt have my size. They said it would be 4 to 5 business days before I would receive them. They were at my door the next day! Everyone was very helpful

An employee named Nathan was nice enough to pay for my kids shoes, I didn’t have enough money to buy my children shoes for their birthday, and after losing my job I was on food stamps. Very nice young man. Would highly recommend this place. “Nathan” was such a blessing in a world of chaos

I have been to this shoe carnival before and always had a good experience. Even though this is a little further than my house I wanted to give them my business. Managers always check to make sure we are finding everything okay and we don’t need help. However, this time as soon as the managers of the store left the associates were rude. I’m going to leave it at that. We will never come back to this shoe carnival again. We will be going to a place where they respect and value their customers.

Good shoes at a good price. The store itself is always too hot inside so we dont stay long.

Every time I go into this store the General Manager misrepresents the price on his shoes... every single time... I had the Internet Price and I knew there was buy 1 get 1/2 off so I got 6 pair of socks expecting to pay the Internet price for the shoes (because it was for that specific store).. I drove all the way from the Castleton area of Indianapolis up to this store for this specific price and this specific half off deal... avoid this certain store...this GM is 100% consistant with his mindset of bait & switch

Great back to school sales! Nice pair of Nike shoes for less than 40 bucks! Cant complain about that! And the employees were very helpful and courteous!

I went in the store and no sales associates was wearing a mask! It made my very uncomfortable and unsafe. Not going back. All stores adopted the face mask to protect customers except for Shoe Carnival. Very disappointed.

Lots of choices, obviously HUGE markup on cheaply made footwear manufactured in foreign sweat shops, and the item I wanted at a sale price in their ad was not an in stock item . I was told theyd have to order it ! I wanted to SEE the items, SEE if they fit, HOW they fit and look. Cant do that on items they advertise and dont have in the store ! Might as well do Amazon and take your chances !

Good products, staff are rude and wont check the back, even if its all on the sales floor or offer to buy online threw their computer like I have before and have it delivered to my house. Dont think ill go back to that store.

Add more budget friendly options. Otherwise, friendly and helpful associates and a neat and tidy store.

Nice clean store. But seems to be out of stock on larger size shoes...13-14 in size often. This is the 2nd visit in 3 months with no purchase.
