Chapman will not honor Klein tool warranty unless you purchase your tools from them. Even after inspecting the tool and seeing it was not abused they still refused to honor the Klein warranty. They said they could send it back but that would take a while.

I had issues with my swim spa breaker went to Chapman electric and one of the owners help me get the correct breaker gave me tools and parts for free to fix my spa, I was so impressed because I’m just a regular guy and he trusted me to bring back but I didn’t use pay for what I did use and all the other folks there are so kind and helpful.

As a property manager, I need licensed quality work completed quickly and efficiently. I can call Chris and he is at the property the same day and has resolved the problem(s). He has also worked on my personal property changing all outlets, rewiring and adding wiring where needed.
