I used to love this little place. Today I came in to get something they were holding for us, as they called and told us they had it in. I got there and found out it was not what we requested. The paper said Sioux City Root Beer which is what we wanted and what they called us to tell us they had. Upon arrival, I find out it is not the Root Beer and its the Sarsaparilla. Instead of just apologizing, the chick at the register had a whole attitude. Told me that WAS the root beer and refused to hear anything else. Maam- I DRINK THIS! I know what the heck Im looking for.. and it is NOT the Sarsaparilla. People make mistakes, I get that, but the attitude the WHOLE time I was there was not called for whatsoever. Theyre keeping our special order for whenever it comes in but Ill second guess supporting a place that allows customers to be treated as such.

Love this location.Everyone that weve talked to has been super pleasant and helpful.The shop itself is always organized and neat and has a great selection.Easy to access location with plenty of parking.Definitely one of our most preferred shops!

I love this place. Knowledgeable staff, they always have what I need and know exactly where to find it. I miss the days of local hardware stores with knowledgeable employees. Unfortunately most of them have been driven out of business by the big box home improvement stores who will hire just about anyone who can fog a mirror.

I love this ACE hardware. Ive been in several in the area and this one is my favorite. Reminds me of being younger and going the the hardware store with my grandpa. Friendly and helpful staff and good assortment of whatever you may need.

Always a great place to come get what you need and go. Very helpful people too if you have a few questions. Prices are very competitive. When it does get busy they really do try but its not a big deal to me if they dont get to me right away, sometimes I like to also look around in case I might need something else.

The employees at Ace are always super helpful by greeting you at the door and walking you to what you are looking for, but today they went above and beyond. It was pouring down rain and we had our baby with us. My husband went to get the car and an employee held an umbrella over me while I put her in her car seat. That would have never happened at Lowe’s! Ace employees are amazing!

They held a grill for us to drive a half hour to get it. Very nice people staffing the location

Just bought a new Weber grill that is still in the box. Got a card from the owner today saying thanks and if I had any questions to call. Been grilling over 40 years and have never gotten a card when I bought a grill before. First class in my book.

This store is amazing! Employee knowledge and customer service is second to none. Working on a classic car and Ive been told by online retailers you wont be able to find nuts and bolts anywhere locally. Walked in here and they had in stock and available. I will always go here first before going to big box stores.

Just visited the store for the first time to grab some things to help clean our new home in Noblesville and was in a hurry but looking forward to going back when I have time to browse. They had an excellent variety of cleaning and home and garden supplies. I loved the selection of Mrs Myers products and we even grabbed some Frostop root beer from the soda shop section near the check out. The young man I spoke to when I called to make sure they had what we needed in stock was very happy to help and the cashier was super pleasant even I’m spite of the fact that they were extremely busy. Can’t wait to go back when I get the chance!

My first time at this store. Was expecting to be ignored till I was checking out. But I was sure surprised. Was greeted as soon as I walked in by two employees, was immediately asked what I needed help finding. A third employee escorted me to the row I needed and a fourth employee was waiting in the row at the items I needed to help me pick out the right product. It was like they new I was coming. Amazing service. Ive worked in customer service for over ten years, I am described a customer service professional in my career. It is hard these days to get good service. Usually every where I go, its just the basics. Nothing special. Employees only help as much as the customer absolutely needs, and if that. But Ace goes above and beyond the above and beyond customer service! And there work ethic I will keep in my mind when teaching my fellow employees about their customer service.Excellent work Ace! Great staff here. They carry stuff you can’t find at big box stores as well as all your normal products. I’ve found the prices are lower than Do It Best in Fishers which is where I used to go when Lowe’s or HD wouldn’t cut it.

I have been shopping at Ace for years and this location has a great owner and staff. I stop in for most things that I need when doing projects. I find Ace paint to be great and have many years worth of colors stored in their database. I have also had great luck with screen repairs. This location fills propane tanks too, which seems to be hard to find these days.

After looking several places, I found what I was looking for. The gentleman helped me purchase the correct item which fit perfectly!

They ordered an item for me and had it in less than 24 hours. Their prices are generally higher but I was able to get what I needed and saved about $6.00. It never hurts to check prices between stores.

For a small space they have a ton of stuff and it is very organized! Also the people who work there are fantastic, checking with you to see if they can help you with anything, and they are very knowledgeable.

I love going to this store. It retains the old-school friendly hardware feel (including free popcorn), but is still modern and very well lit. They carry a huge variety of inventory for the size of the store, and the friendly staff knows where everything is. There is a time and place to go to a big box store...for me thats when Ace doesnt have what I need.

I and my daughter dropped in to this store just to see what they might be selling in the Christmas outdoor decoration line. Upon entering, an employee asked what we were looking for...a minute later another employee asked what he could get for us...then again first man asked if we were ready to check out (we had nothing in our possession!)...and during all this time another employee was following very close to us all through the store. When we stopped, he would stop and pretend to be straightening items. Finally we left as it appeared they were assuming these two women (49 & 76) were going to steal them blind! NEVER WILL ENTER THAT STORE AGAIN!!

Love getting my paint (Benjamin Moore) here, I am always in and out quickly and they answer all of my questions and help me find the right paint supplies. My children love finding the Ace duck and the free popcorn :)

Folks at ace are always eager to serve. While they have a good selection of stuff, unfortunately they lack on some stuff like plumbing fittings. Keep an out out for random deals. Twice now Ive found a retracting reel light for my garage at a steal of a price.

Ace is the helpful place isnt just the company motto; its the truth of my experience every time Im there. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and you wont be making second trips. Although you might pay slightly more here than at your other big box hardware stores, you save on your time and frustrating returns. This is my personal first hardware store choice.

Great local place with wonderful customer service and prices

After not getting much help from Home Depot with a leaky outdoor faucet, I headed to a real hardware store. I was able to get what I needed, information on what I need to do, and saved $25 by fixing the faucet and not having to buy a new one. ACE is extremely helpful and it was nice being in a real hardware store.
