The quality of used laser system and after sale tech support is top notch. Caleb is my main contact in the company and I trust him with all my equipment purchases. He is reliable, attentive and very detailed during each of many transactions. I trust him with all my laser needs.

Be Aware of this scam company! Ive spent over 75k within 3 years with them. I bought through them 3 machines. We didnt have issues with the first one. The second (25k) Venus Legacy broke after 2 months and we had to pay extra 8k to repair it... of course through them. I told them to bring it back and I managed to repair it for 4k in different place... And this liars from Laser Agent told me that they only charge for labor 8k... what a scammers. Specially Deon the owner - I mostly talked to him.The last machine Cynosure ICon (37k) broke down a week after warranty so 5 weeks after we bought it. They said they can repair it FOR LABOR ONLY for 8k! The machine scammer! they brought back was in the condition I cant describe. Dirty. Screen was scratched. Deon - the owner - didnt care. He said this is how he received it. We didnt have proof that it was different so we couldnt sue them. Now after 2 months we finally started using 2940 handpiece from ICON (we havent try it before) and what a surprise! Its not working!We had a trainer coming to train the stuff and there was nothing to train on... I contacted Deon with several messages and calls. He didnt even bother to respond.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Upon calling initially, troubleshooting was performed but ultimately needed service repair. We sent our Luxar laser for repair and they made the process of shipping easy for us. In return, we received a loaner (comparable to ours) while ours was being serviced. Very pleased with all communication and service. Highly recommend them to assist in your laser needs.

Recently contracted The Laser Agent Inc to fix our Fractional CO2 laser. They charged us 1000.00 dollars to evaluate and another 1000.00 dollars to fix the laser. The laser would not fire after it was fixed and the technician indicated that the handpiece was broken. The Laser Agent would not return to look at the device even though we had already paid for service. Had to fly in a technician from the company to fix the laser. The company technician indicated that the technician from the Laser Agent had no idea what they are doing. We contacted Deon Shaffer VP and he would not work with us in any manner. The Laser Agents are scam artists and should not be trusted. DO NOT USE!

If only the manufacturers were as good to their customers as The Laser Agent. From pre-sale, through the sale, to shipping and delivery, their communication was fantastic. I never had to wonder, or ask, where our system was. It was delivered nearly exactly at the time they said it would be, and their white-glove service was just that.They run a 1st class operation. You wont be disappointed.
