Hot tub purchase 07/2021 - From beginning to end the process was professional, informative, courteous and never pushy. The sales team was great and knowledgeable. The planning team was timely and responsive and the install team was ontime (to the minute!) and the setup and training was extremely easy. We love our unit and have been in it almost every day. Agree with advice fro the RU team to test and keep up on it a few times a week to keep it clean and ready to use!

Great experience here. Jackie was wonderful. She was the only person from all the places I contacted to start getting a feel for hot tub costs etc. that just answered me and gave me some kind of real idea of cost and answered all my questions I had before actually heading out to get a hot tub. So we picked going to Recreation Unlimited specifically because she was so helpful and everything else fell into place and went great!

Everything was, and still is excellent! from customer service/sales process, delivery and now the hot tub! Angela did not pressure us or make us feel overwhelmed when we went to look the first time. She told us to get in and sit in them. She gave us the specs, price, what’s included, how delivery works and more even though she knew we were not signing that day and we’re going a few other places to look. The environment itself is not overwhelming and chaotic like other places especially with swing sets etc. in other areas. Pricing is very comparable but you get A+ customer service, delivery, and #1 And #2 top brandhot tubs right now. Good quality better warranty than most and the staff bends over backwards for you. I would add a photo of the spa now that it’s delivered but google won’t let me. At the very least, include this place before you make your decision on where to get your hot tub or probably anything else they sell!

The guys who came out were very professional and quick. My son hasnt stopped playing on it and keep lowering it to 9ft so he can dunk, lol. Great job guys and if we move we will be taking this goal with us.

Jackie was great to work with. We had looked in our area (2 hours away) and couldn’t find anything we really liked. An online search led us to Recreation Unlimited. Searching their website led us to the Enamour Spa in the Fantasy line. A couple of phone calls to ensure it was what we were interested in and we were ready to buy. We actually did all the paperwork through email and did not actually visit their location until the day we picked up the spa. Being 2 hours away was outside their delivery area but the spa itself was really easy to move an set up. We were in it the next night. Will recommend both Jackie & Recreation Unlimited to anyone interested in a new spa.

We purchased a pergola at Recreation Unlimited in June of 2019. There were repeated delays, and we finally got the pergola constructed in September. This year, on returning from our winter home, we found several issues with the pergola - the wood was not properly treated, the holes not pre-drilled properly, there are large cracks and splits in the entire structure. I keep hearing that the problem is with the company from which R.U. obtained the wood. I dont care, really, I gave my money to R.U. and they have yet to make this good. The problem was reported in March, and it is now mid-August. Attorney is our next step. Very frustrating!

Do NOT purchase anything from Recreation Unlimited these crooks! I worked with Linzi Jones and Alicia Schilke (The GM) and they are incompetent liars. I purchased a play set and playhouse for over $12,000, I ordered the same thing that was on the floor and what came was totally the wrong set. I ordered the 6 foot version and they sent me the 4 foot version. I have tried to get them to fix the situation and they are unwilling to accept fault. You would think for $12k they could fix their mistake. DO NOT buy from these snakes!!

We LOVE our new shed from Recreation Unlimited! We chose a custom build-on-site due to space constraints in our back yard. The craftsmanship was excellent and working with the company was a breeze. They are very attention and pay attention to details. I would highly recommend!

This is laughable in my experience. Our friendly and knowledgeable team members are dedicated to your satisfaction. I received no satisfaction for a faulty product that was put together and after first use cracked. Company made it impossible for a return/refund said follow up with warranty from company even though I refuse to trial another product from the company. Women did everything in her power to not allow a refund. Said item must be unopened and unassembled. Also have to pay for Return shipping to send item back plus they would subtract shipping cost from my original amount paid.Do not buy from this company total scammers to consumers.

I cant say enough about the Customer Care this Team at Recreation Unlimited has shown us. They were patient and were with me every step of the way while making our decision on a Trampoline and Goalsetter Basketball Hoop. Not the best place, not the best prices, and there was a dead roach in one of the hot tubs. The only upside to this place was that they didnt have a high-pressure sales person hounding you.

Recreation Unlimited did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do as a company. From the initial call, to installation the process was smooth. The text messages from Ciera kept you in the loop of the progress and she was very responsive. On the day of install, I was getting ready and heard something so I looked outside, there was the crew installing our new hoop. In the pouring rain, the two gentlemen that were installing it, were installing it as though it was for their own kids. I truly did appreciate that! Again, from start to finish the process was smooth and everyone that we encountered over the phone, text message, and the crew for the dig and installation were great. My son is thrilled and in these uncertain times, seeing kids smile is a great thing. So when he is not at basketball practice, I know exactly where he will be. Thanks Recreation Unlimited!

I ordered a Springfree trampoline hoop that was unavailable in my home state and they shipped it to me for only $10. Another store in Florida had told me it would be $99 to ship the same item. You can definitely count on Recreation Unlimited for excellent service and fair prices.

Recreation Unlimited is the absolute go to place for basketball hoops, trampolines, and playsets. I have been buying from them for several years and find they have a very helpful staff, an amazing showroom, and the highest equipment from brands like Goalrilla, Spring Free, and Woodplay. Their installation teams have been fantastic to work with as well.

I was very disappointed with the wait time to have the goal installed (5-6 weeks) & then told a week prior to arrival that the unit I wanted wasnt in stock. During the application process I was asked if the installers could leave the dirt from their dig and I said no. They did anyhow. The goal is fine, but there is more give in it than Id like. My sales rep was very good & she handled the stock issue very professionally, but overall Im not very satisfied with the experience.

I purchased a 60 Goalrilla basketball goal on December 30, 2020. At the time of purchase, they walked me through the installation requirements and told me the installation team would be in touch to setup an installation date. Cierra was in touch the first business day of the new year to setup an installation time. The installers arrived for the install on time (actually, a few minutes early) to install the base. They were gone in less than 30 minutes. The base was perfectly level (not that perfect is required). You need to be at your house to confirm location of the base but once they start digging you do not need to be home. You need to have a place for the dirt to be dumped. Recreation Unlimited also arranged for the utilities to be marked prior to base installation.The base needs to cure after the install. Two days after the base install, Cierra called to inform me when the goal would be installed. The installers arrived on the day Cierra told me they would arrive. You do not need to be home when the goal is installed. I was home when the goal was installed but they arrived, installed and left so quickly, I did not even notice they had arrived. Fast and efficient.Everything they said would happen happened and happened on time. Form start to finish, the process was quick and efficient. The goal is amazing. I almost bought a 54 backboard but ended up buying a 60 backboard and I am happy I did. The goal can be adjusted from 7.5 feet to 10 feet. The crank is smooth and you can go from 10 feet to 7.5 feet in about 90 seconds.If you are looking for a basketball goal to be installed you came to the right place - Recreation Unlimited. The grandchildren love it and I wish I had done it a long time ago.

We purchased a spa from RU in early October. Because of Covid, the model we originally purchased was delayed by many weeks. Linzi and Alicia were so kind and understanding through our waiting. So much so that they found us a spa that they had on the floor, in stock that could be delivered before our hoped for date, Thanksgiving! They got to work and sure enough, we had an installed spa, up to temp with balance chemicals by Wednesday evening, the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. We love our new spa; its exactly what we wanted. Huge shout out to both Linzi and GM, Alicia for getting us taken care of and dealing with the chaos of the truck sale! Many things out of their control (manufacturing/shipping dates, truck deliveries, etc.). However, they found what they could control and worked their hardest to get their customers taken care of. Our second time using RU to install a basketball goal. Both experiences were excellent. Work was done quickly and correctly, the crews cleaned up after themselves. Other than the presence of a new hoop, you never would have known they were there. We had our first hoop 7-8 years before we sold that home and had no issues. We dont anticipate any issues with our new hoop. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend RU to others.

We are very pleased with our new shed. It is fantastic. Sheila Thomas, our sales contact, worked closely with us and owner Brad Riley on selecting the right shed and options to go with it. Ours is a rather large shed (14x26) that will be used as a garage. We wanted concrete for the floor and Brad knew who to use for the concrete work and how best it should be poured. Due to the size of our backyard gate we believed that the shed would need to be built on-site. Brad saved us a significant amount of time and money by recommending taking down the fence temporarily to allow a prebuilt shed to be moved into place. He also worked with the city to determine all building code requirements for this project. Once all the preplanning was done the shed and concrete was ordered. The concrete was poured 1 week before the shed was delivered. I must say that the crew from Rods Quality Concrete did a great job and worked a long day (up past midnight) getting the concrete floor to look perfect. The shed was delivered a week later and it was quite a process to watch as it was removed from the trailer and wheels attached to one end. A device called a Mule was used to pull the shed to its location on the concrete pad. Once in place it was bolted down to the concrete and caulking applied along the entire base perimeter to seal out water. There was one issue where the concrete was damaged on one edge while setting the shed in place. This was repaired about a week later and now looks great.We are very pleased with Recreation Unlimited and the ease of working with them through this entire process. Their sheds are very high quality, perhaps the highest quality shed you will find. We look forward to many years of its use. Thanks Recreation Unlimited!

As soon as the schools and parks closed for COVID, we started researching swing sets for the kids. After looking around at Amazon and Costco, we ended up going with RU for the quality and free install (they had a special going).We’ve had neighbors who bought from Amazon wish they had one a little bigger and nicer like the one we have.The installers were great. They took the time to put it exactly where I wanted it, confirming multiple times. They were really nice and professional, even during COVID.Overall, great experience. Oh, and we never even went to the showroom (again, COVID). We did it all over the phone which was very easy. The customer service team was very easy and pleasant to work with.

I was worried because I had to pay it all up front and I was worried about not having any leverage or recourse if something went wrong.However, there was no need to worry because everything went to plan exactly as scheduled which was planned on the day of payment.The goal is very nice and I am pleased. Great company to work with atleast regarding goal installation in the fishers area.

Although there was a backorder due to high demand, it ended up arriving earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Installation was on time and went smoothly. Recreation Unlimited worked with me to design and deliver a nice 8x12 shed for my yard. The design options fit great with my existing structures and had a lot of variety to be able to do so. Sheila was patient, explained all the options answered my questions in a timely manner and provided details when needed. The site inspection was timely on arrival and explained site pick very well. Delivery went smooth, had a delay due to weather, nothing that Recreation Unlimited could control. They stayed in contact for delivery date and called to notify me of completion of delivery. All in all In was a positive experience. The shed itself fits right in, looks great and has plenty of usability. Just a note for taller people, the loft is at about 6’, same as the sidewall height which is clearly listed in all the designs. It’s a great space for my yard storage and looking forward to organizing it as the weather warms up a bit!

I am beyond pleased with the custom garden shed I ordered! The salesman, Jake, was especially helpful in talking me through different choices and helping me make decisions with no pressure. The shed was delivered a week earlier than promised and the delivery person was on time (I live 75 miles from the business) and especially efficient in maneuvering the building into place. He even trimmed some tree branches back from the shed that I couldnt reach. Overall, an exceptional experience!

We got a really nice playset and play surface for our kids this year. Everything seemed to be the best quality we could find in Indiana. Also, you can go and tryout pretty much all of their playsets.We bought ours while one of the home shows was going on. They were running a free install special during that time. Also, when you go checkout their playsets they ask you to sign in. I think this puts you on the mailing list. We ended up getting a $100 coupon in the mail, so I would say it was worth it.As to durability, I cannot speak to it yet. The other reviews are great and our set is really well made. I’m sure it will require some normality maintenance. Also, the sales and install people were all great. The lady who helped us did not try to up sell too much. Both installers were friendly and polite to my family.

I bought one of their Cal Spas hot tubs. Oh WOW, what an amazing experience. It looks absolutely amazing in my backyard. The design these hot tubs have is something of another world, as I do believe they think of everything that will make the person using them feel great after using them.Ive had mine for about a week and theyre relaxing, and take away all your stress. There hasnt been any issues with the hot tubs at all, and the staff service was very great when I was there picking out what I wanted to buy.They communicate with you, and make sure you leave there happy with your purchase.

Amazing company and product. The fact that we were able to go to their show from and physically see the swing set we eventually agreed to purchase, was amazing. Ciera, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . She was able to find us a quick date for delivery/set up. The crew arrived when I was told they would. The 2 gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Didnt take them long at all to assemble our swing set. My family and I are very happy with our transaction and would definitely recommend .

We had a very good experience in buying our new hot tub, we love it! my only complaint was in the delivery time. We were told 2-4 weeks and it was 6+ weeks. Other than that everything was great! Thank you so much!
