These department stores are on their way out. This one reflects that. Kind of messy. No one offered any assistance. Alarms going off with no one paying any attention to them.

Do not get a haircut at the jc penny saloon my 28 year old sister got lice there. She doesn’t go out and her kids don’t go to school so theirs no way she would of gotten then elsewhere. This place is dirty and unsanitary when I explained to the manager she was very rude. Obviously these people have no experience on what they are doing. Stay away unless you want lice !

Almost is like you walking into a store from the past being that not many of the older stores or grocery store around JCPenney is pretty nice I actually went into it for nostalgia purposes to relive some memories I have with my family going shopping nice place there are people everywhere who could help you very very friendly staff good place to go and get your needs met

Love the clerance racks, purchased 8 polo shirts for $57 and saved $270 hard to find this anywhere, good quality also. Great Nogales AZ store, no lines, no wait time, súper.

The staff was very friendly

I always like shopping in their clearance section, especially with an additional coupon on hand. I bought my husband 3 outfits here for juat over $30 all from the clearance section using my coupon. Fantastic deal.

It would be wonderful if someone would answer the phones at the store. I have been calling and calling them, but no one ever answers the phone. It states mailbox is full, which obviously means that they dont even listen to VM that has been left. Im calling trying to inquire about an order that was placed over a week ago that they said would be available the following day for pick up. Here we are over a week and still nothing, just 2 text messages stating to not head over to the store because they were working on my order. Very annoying. :(
