Being the only Walmart here they sell the basics. The selection is satisfactory when items are in stock. Ive always found the store to be well maintained and clean. My only gripe is the language barrier between the clerks and myself. The good folks working here speak mainly Spanish not english. Though they are all very polite I find it quite difficult to communicate with most of the employees here. Otherwise this store rates an easy 5.

Not nearly as crowded as I expected. Took forever to get someone to unlock a case to get what we needed. The first 2 people who said they would get help left and never returned and the 3rd gentlemen actually did go get us help so thank you.

Super nice clean and everyone is so fraind. Definitely following the 10ft rule. And it takes a lot for me to give a Walmart 5 🌟. This one Definitely deserved it

This store has gone downhill over the past few years. No cashiers for elderly shoppers. Imagine your grandparents buying their monthly groceries and having to scan and bag all items themselves. Today I am here to place the tires purchased online onto my vehicles. Had a 9 a.m. appointment and been informed I will not get out till 11 a.m.

The employees are friendly but it seems as if they are always under stocked

I own part of Walmart, means I have stock invested. Im at $10.04 thats up .04 from when I started, now are we going to get this team fired up to get more!!!!

One of the best thing in this Walmart Supercenter is having a Vision center in the store. It is not common to have one inside the store. The Staff in the vision center are really good and in fact they suggest you the best frame for your eyes. Thank you guys.. Keep it up!!!

Enjoyed the vast amount of merchandise available. This site has much more than other stores Ive been in. Some of the items I was looking for were out of stock.The one thing I enjoyed was the self-checkout machines. There was room for many items on the table. Other stores just have a small area for merchandise, which makes it difficult when you buy a lot of items. Lines are minimal and the store was not very busy.It was pleasant to do here. Customer service is horrible, but that at every wal-mart. They gone away from genuine customer service to youre bothering me service.

I mostly do pick up since the pandemic hit but its great 👍🏼, I love it 😀

Dont have cars for handicap people. The ones they have are never fully charged.Dont like the fact that the customer has to do what a cashier used to do. I think customer should get some kind of discount for being our own cashier work.

Its a Walmart. Pretty basic and similar to any other Walmart. They are a super center and would normally be open 24 hours. But Covid hasnt gone away so they open till 11Pm.Free Covid Shots!! Please hurry and get one to finish off the virus once and for all. Its completely safe!

If I lived closer to Green Valley I would avoid Nogales Walmart. Hard to find anybody that speaks english and I always feel discriminated at this location. It is something everytime I go. Today at the self checkout, I first rang up my liquor knowing I would have to wait for somebody even with the help light on. I rang up everything in my cart and still waited while she continued to help every hispanic around me sure to avoid the only white female probably in the store. She made eye contact with me several times and made a point to avoid me. So rude and unprofessional.

No social distancing at all. The line to the self checkout was super long and people were back to back trying to pay. There was no store manager present and the store leads in the front had no worry after several customers complained about how bad the lines were and the lack of social distancing.

Everything was fine. I just dont like the check out system that is in place. The lines are way to long. Maybe have a few cashier.....

The store is wonderful, I havent been there in many years and was very impressed with the help and the layout.

My most recent experience has been as a pickup grocery service customer. I have to say that the workers are doing an amazing job and I feel very impressed with their customer service, patience, flexibility and amazing attitude! They do a great and valuable service to our community, especially during these turbulent times!

The lines to wait is too much I had to wait up to 1 hour to pay its not ok I suggest they build another Walmart soon soon many people shop there .people from all over .its a border town they should do more stores .its rediculous.

Awful. Worse experience. Will not go again. Only one cashier entry and no one there. Every check-out was automated. Three cards wouldnt work. I had money in all accounts. No one spoke English to help me and I was so furious at the inadequacy I left $10 on the machine to pay for a box of tissues. Never again and since then I have heard others complaining.

Shopping carts NEVER work properly..Supervisers never fix problems that that store has. Supervisors are either to busy are not working when asked to speak to one..HIRE NEW SUPERVISORS!!!

All self check out lanes, with regular check out lanes closed.....is really hurting your business. Senior Citizens and people with bad backs are shopping elsewhere so as not to injure ourselves. Pick up grocery service is great.

Great place for sodas milk fruit and vegetables dog food and wine beers and shoes lost list of things for your needs so please stop by and get your grocery

Todas I tried pick up service and there were great associates giving you a great service. I would recommend this service for working citizens that want just grab they groceries without leaving their cars.

Busy but there are plenty of self checkout displays. I didnt have to wait. Bathrooms could use a little more attention.

This is large Walmart,very well supplied. Staff friendly and helpful.

I don’t like the fact that they close at 11:00pm and close the doors at 10:45 pm that is not fair 15 minutes do make a difference and if they say a specific time they need to respect that.

I went in there super fast and thankfully, I paid fast as well on the self checkout!

No more regular registers available. Everything is self serve. Lines are long at times. But other than that A- Ok! : )

Closed all the regular checkout lanes only self checkout. I guess for Walmart money is more important than their employees. I know Walmart isnt a place with 5 star customer service but taking away the checkout clerks takes away almost all customer interaction. Lots of things not in stock or substituted when I do pickup.

I really dont go into the store as many times as I wish but when I do go I have no complaints customer service is pretty good aisles are stocked

Had to wait in the new and improved self serving registers line with 2 necessary medical items behind customers with carts full of groceries. 20 items and less registers not open because no cashiers/employees available. Our town relies on Walmart. Always full of customers but no $$ to employ people? Employees are running ragget and are tired. Customers are becoming ruthless with employees. No acceptable WalMart!!!

Easy to find what your looking for, its too bad they closed the check-out lines and made it ALL self check out if your buying a cart full beware,, youll be bagging it up YOURSELF.

Been going here for years. Have had multiple times where I have heard staff use racial slurs about a variety of people. If you are not Hispanic you will be ignored and stared at. Also yo hablo espanol, but dont use it all the time and can here when employees talk about me. Have once gone in to get a price on tires and lady in front of me is talking with woman manning the tire center desk. They talk about a set of michilen defenders priced at about 230 for a set of 2. I am next in line and say I would like to get a price on 2 michilen defenders and the front desk woman responds sorry they do not come in that size. Those are online only. Funny I had not given her the tire size. But this is a standard experience here. If you are not Hispanic you are worthless to the staff

Cant say much of some of dept. However the pharmacy employees exhibit exceptional customer service. Next sports dept staff display a great attitude, a willingness to assist

I knocked down my rating from 5 to 3 after experiencing how understaffed its Customer Center is.

The store was clean and very busy. It seems like it doesnt matter what state youre shopping in, if its a Walmart, it is the same. Same products, almost the same layout.

Wal Mart is not the greatest place, even on good days. But the one in Nogales is the WORST! The employees are absolutely the missy apathetic, rude, Peele Ive ever met! They dont know where things are in the department theyre stocking, and tell you where you might want to look... if not there, oh well! The cashiers and CSMs dont care if you cant find a price while checking out... you just cant buy it! I dont want to go back to that store. Find ANY OTHER STORE!

Love the place always go early in the morning or late night, always busy. I travel a lot and I always look for a Walmart, get my medicine, tires, oil changes, clothes, fishing gear, some food. I hate shopping at Walmart I can go in, get it and get the hell out.

As far as Walmarts go, I do have to say that this is one of the larger, better stock, and noticeably cleaner Walmarts that youre going to go into. It makes for a good shopping experience.

They are continuously improving on the store, under construction here and there. Totally remodeled the rear restroom and it turned out very nicely. Lots of changes but looking better. Vegetables are fresh and prices are still falling . . .

I have never been so upset at walmart in Nogales. I went to do my weekly shopping and I was going to buy a new phone, new tv, and a new laptop. I asked if they man could help me with the phone... No maam I cant. What happened to customer service. Due to pandemic people dont want to help???

Walmart in Mexico.!! Nothing unusual. Everything like Phoenix and elsewhere. Except in Spanish. Selection is of course regional. Some familiar products. I try to us local items less expensive. People are polite and helpful.

I was told by a cashier there This is the busiest Walmart in the country. From what I saw, I believe it. Everytime I have been in there, its been a beehive. That being said. Its clean, well stocked. The personal have been friendly.

Vision Center: what an excellent experience l had on Saturday in the Nogales Walmart. Candice (not sure on the spelling) helped me with my prescription and to pick out eyeglass frames. She was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this store for all your vision needs. Thank you Walmart for a clean well run location.

They are not desinfecting the carts and half of the time they don’t have desinfecting wipes or sanitizer at store entrance

The produce is what makes this place. The rest of the store is layed out a little odd, but they have everything you need.

It was a good store. The most impressive and differentiating aspect was their overnight security. The officers were very polite and friendly. When we asked if we could park there overnight he suggested where to park and said we would be fine in that area. I always hate to see a business need overnight security, but when they do, I am glad that they use local law officers.
