Staff if helpful and friendly but they wont sell displays anymore in the nogales store. I havent had to return anything yet to learn their exchange policy. It would be good if they could plan high selling items with more in stock or give a discount on similar item that is in stock but not on sale. Plenty of parking and they will assist you with large items, even help you load it if needed.

They had what i needed,if you dont see what you are looking for dont give up things are stocked very weirdly,nails may not be with the nail guns,tape may not be with the plastic,so if you look hard you will most likely find what you want.

Good folks, good products but headed products are getting expensive. Had a set of jack stands which were recalled, took them back, no problem but still waiting for replacement product which Im told will cost 20-30 percent more

You have to be careful here. Do your homework. They have some really good stuff but they also carry some real junk that isnt worth bringing home.

The usual, consistent inexpensive tools, etc... trailers been sitting with Covid and breakaway battery is draining, dot loves that, so Picked up a solar charger for my trailer battery, works great but couldnt get the charger controller to work so just have to unhook after charging.

Good location, good workers overall. Typically clean. My only gripe is that they are often out some tools I want/need, so I usually end up going to another store to finish my shopping.
