They have installed hardwood in three rooms and carpet in four in my home. Installation was done when promised and done well. Very friendly and helpful people.

We are a retired handicapped senior citizen couple and we originally were going with a company that is highly advertised on television. That company sent out a sales person. We selected flooring that was going to cost us a large amount of money. The installers arrived late and who were not professional and ruined our previous floor with punched holes and told us lies that we had asbestos and they could not complete the job. We contacted Compare Carpets and Hard Floors for 2nd opinion the next day. They came out to our house immediately. Eased our worries that there was no asbestos in our flooring. We immediately contacted prior company and cancelled all contracts with them.On arrival to Compare Carpets and Hard Flooring to their showroom, we were very impressed with the amount of choices, quality and professionalism of staff and showroom. Sales staff was very patient with identifying my needs and providing me numerous choices for my flooring. The cost of the flooring was considerably less. After choosing my flooring, they were very helpful and flexible in scheduling the installation of my flooring. On the day of installation, installers arrived early and ready to work. They were very professional, clean and committed to doing a great job installing my flooring which was not an easy task. The installation took half a day and it turned out great. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends for their flooring needs.

My first time here. Family run and everyone is very nice and helpful. Didnt even know they were in Norco. Apparently they have this remnants sale every year and charge $10.00 -$40.00. They advertise on Facebook for a couple of weeks then on a Corona Group website. They give the money to an elementary school and they give it to needy families of children in their school.

Dont trust them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im an old fashioned guy, I believe that when someone guarantees themselves and the products they use, they should do what they say theyll do. I had Luxury Vinyl flooring installed by Mark at Compare Carpets, Mark told me that if anything happens to the flooring, just call him and they will replace the damaged piece with a new piece. I had a piece that had a corner sticking up that was discovered after they were done installing the project, I called Mark to send over the installer to repair the piece..........4 months later, after the piece lost some of the surface texture, they said that it was normal wear and tear and would not replace it, even though the floor was only a few months old and had a 10 year warranty. When I spoke to Mark, one of the owners, and reminded him of what he told when he sold it, he told me that he doesnt remember that and to stop being ridiculous and refused to repair the flooring. MY BEST ADVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

These guys are the best!! We needed to match a small piece of carpet where a wall was removed.They spent time looking and matching with me until we found the match. Impressed! The second time we just needed carpet for a small bedroom, we went back because they were so helpful the first time. Whether you spending alot or a little, they treat all customers the same. They are kind, helpful and an amazing company. I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed! You wont get the personalized service anywhere else! Im going back for my hardwood when I ready for that. Happy customer :}
