Best Double Double in town! Husband had his with grilled onions! Had strawberry shakes to complete the meal.

The people were very nice and that is the best part of the experience. The line was long and the food a as not good at all. I had always heard so much about In and Out but I was not impressed.

Dont let the line deceive you, sometimes it doesnt go all the way back and its shorter than it looks....other times yup it really is as bad as it looks. In and out food, fries, shakes never disappoints. Inside is open for dine in not just patio. No self serve drinks but just ask for refills from the counter and they will give you a water cup of whatever you were drinking.

In and out is always a 5 star. I have one request! Can a brother get grilled tomatoes on my grilled cheese please!

Been going to In-N-out for about 30 years now and never had a problem. Until today. Ill start by saying the food was delicious as usual. But, I ordered 4 drinks and was only given 3 straws. I asked for peppers and packets of spread and didnt get them.I understand most people could say this is not a big deal. But to be honest it kind of is. Imagine waiting in a drive through for about 30 minutes finally getting your order at a place that is usually 100% correct all the time so you dont check the bags and when you get home all the small stuff is missing. Def was not going to drive back for peppers spread and a straw. Ill be back though...its In-N-out.

This In and Out was very good as usual. They really know how to ensure you receive the same experience at any location. Thats why in and out will be one of my favorites.

Took my boys for dinner. The line on the drive thru was insane, obstructed the flow of traffic on hammer ave. We parked walked in and ate inside..it was very busy but we got our food within 10 minWe all enjoyed our cheese burger and fries.

Was able to walk right in, didnt wait in line, ordered and walked out at around 6 pm on a weekday night. Unheard of for most in n outs

The fries shouldve been more crispy. I ordered them well done but they were soft. The 3x3 tasted great. I only wish they used parchment/butcher paper so the cheese doesnt stick

Always fresh food and great. Usually long lines between 11:30 to 1, but they move quickly. Reasonable prices

Its unfortunate that you wait in a long line only to get served old and hard fries with your meal. Very old. All three orders with each meal.was bad. Didnt notice until we drove off

Always worth the wait! Wonderful food thats made to order, and a wonderful staff who keep the line moving quickly. We toured this Norco location several years ago on a field trip - they showed us behind the scenes, how they keep everything fresh and delicious. I was very impressed, and I have been a fan of this location ever since.

Its what you expect from In & Out... all the way down to the epically long line. Usually its not too much of a problem but you can get stuck waiting in the street for a while

Whats cool about this location is how fast the lines move. I dont think Ive ever waited longer than 10 minutes even when the line stretches around the parking lot. Aside from that, the food is good, but every single in-n-out has good food

In-N-Out its probably the best burger in California. This location is well organizedand supper clean but is tuff to Park close.

Unfortunately my hamburger was less than rare but raw at my first bite. The girl at the counter gladly exchanged and gave me a hamburger that was cooked a little bit more but my fries were cold and I ended up taking the hamburger home to eat.

I cant give a place that takes an hour in the drive thru. Seriously theres places in the area just as good or better and no hour wait. Try Carrie Out their double is just as good and the fries are twice as many as anywhere else and no rediculous line.

Because of covid restrictions, there is limited dining in at this location in norco. There is a parking lot that is set up for takeout only. They use the parking lot in front of Bowlero to line up cars. But service is fast so no worries especially few minutes before lunch time during the week.

Drive thru open only. Always good burgers and fries.

For the first time ever they screwed up my order, I think Im more surprised than anything, food quality and general service is always great and predictably great which keeps you returning, if it wasnt for the order theyd get a 5 star
