I can wholeheartedly recommend Reliant Restoration. They were terrific. Efficient, responsible, conscientious, and absolutely wonderful to work with in a stressful post flood environment. When the work was complete 6 weeks later, they went above and beyond putting it back together. I have the highest respect for their work and their work ethic.

This company did not take care of oir items from the day they came in to pack our belongings. They lied and said they would label the items they packed. They returned our belongings and just dumped our clothes back in the drawers. They damaged several of our pictures and would not repair, or replace the, and we are missing all of my grandchild shoes.I spoke with Tanya she assured me they would take care of the damaged items but 1 months after we moving back into our home and unwrapping everything shes not keeping her word. It has been a nightmare

This company goes above and beyond to take care of your contents. The workers were so respectful and took care of my things like it was their own. The management was great and took care of everything for me. They returned calls promptly and are very nice. I couldn’t have had a smoother pack up and delivery. My experience was not the best! I had items returned still with residue from the septic tank. The owners insisted our items had been cleaned but an employee said that wasnt true. Some of our items were misplaced. The insurance bill was padded for work they didnt do. An employee urinated on the toilet and floor of our bathroom. The owners are pleasant, probably, because they are getting a very generous check for very little work. If you use them make them do as much of the cleaning in your eyesight even if that means going to their location.

Reliant did such an excellent job of our pack out of our house after extensive water damage at our house. They brought back our belongings and took such care with returning everything back to normal. Adam and his crew are extremely professional and caring. The whole crew was fantastic and even came back for a 2nd pack out when my contractor wanted everything put in storage. They also did some refinishing on an antique china cabinet and a few tables. Everything turned out great. Reliant is top notch!

Recently reliance contents restoration was called out to our facility after a flood. The people that came out and emptied out the rooms were nice and very quick; however, when our stuff was brought back we have three rooms that we now have nothing in and those three rooms were not affected by the flood so all the equipment for the learning centers in those three rooms should all be there. After me having to call time after time still nothing has been done about the things that were in these rooms. I have definitely been alerting people of this company because I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of and nothing to be done about it and no responsibility been taken when we interested in this company with our stuff to be taken to storage and not getting it back.

Customer service was fantastic, they worked fast and were very careful with our belongings.

This service has been awesome. The crew is fun and have taken excellent care of our home furnishings. Highly recommend.

Whoever was driving one of your white trucks through Lilburn on Friday June 14th at 3:45 pm should be ashamed. Tailgating, racing around cars in the right lane. Horrible and aggressive driving. I wouldnt use your services based on that alone.
