Never ever come to this shop! Don’t waste your TIME and Money.No respect at all whit the time and money of customers. Only excuses for all the delay in the shop and orders from parts department. “We have over 300 trucks back order”. They have this problem and still closing on the weekends or having just having 1 technician on Saturday.6 weeks my truck stay at this shop, 6 weeks and nobody apologizes say something or take responsibility for all the time and money lost.Do something whit your store and management it’s a disaster.
Dont waste your time and money with this place. The truck has been to this shop 3 times for the same issue in less than a month. No one calls you back nor provides any reliable updates. Needless to say truck is broke down with the same issue and wont be wasting any more resources with this shop.

Yannie was amazing! she even called me on her off day to make sure the truck was finished and we were able to use the truck for work. she had the best customer service. definitely would recommend anyone using them to ask for Yannie for the best service! I have no nice words for you, you are irresponsible, you are lying. Irresponsibility, what to expect when service manager Patrick Dickinsons promises that the 6688 truck will be completed on Friday, and then they agree that it cant, but on Monday, so not on Monday but on Tuesday. Well they don’t have a driver to test the truck to have the repair verified and completed. What to expect from workers when management and especially Patrick Dickinsons service manager is a liar and a frivolous person. The biggest mistake of our company is that we settled to take the truck to your shop because you bear the name and license of Freightliner. Shame, avoid this company !!!!!!!
Ayanna at the Service desk was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Had an a/c issue and thought it would take days but they got me in right away. Wiring issue that other mechanics couldnt figure out, they fixed it easily. Thank you!

Last Monday June 3 2019 I drop my truck in this Freightliner dealer for diagnosis. From Monday to Monday they not even touched It. I talk to Chris in the shop on Friday he say he will see it in the next one hour . Today is Monday and Im here he even didnt touched the truck and he asked me to wait to see it . For diagnosis 8 days it’s wasting of time and money.Im NOT RECOMMEND THIS FREIGHTLINER EVEN FOR MY ENEMIES!!!!
Ayanna (Yanni) is so great. Wow, she provided excellent customer service. She was very accommodating and actually took the time to understand my situation. Such a caring person. I was stuck in Atlanta and had a load in the truck that needed to get to Florida. She saved my but because she was able to get me out of there within a day and a half. This not helped me keep my on time integrity alive on my MC but get to see my family for the weekend. I cannot thank her enough honestly. For all of those bad reviews about bad customer service, please give her a chance. She will listen to you and will not be rude. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Also, Titus in the parts department is so personable and was able to hold some parts for me that I couldn’t find in 5 other freaking states. Trucking industry is rough as it is but having these kinds of people makes it sooooo much better. They won’t give you the same pre recorded response customer reps give and will actually listen to your situation and work with you and not against.
3 WEEKS to change out a turbo. $7000 at Freightliner $4000 for the hotel and $15000 in lost revenue. UNACCEPTABLE!!

The Freightliner Service team understood the importance of efficiency when having to make the repair, not to mention dealing with a part that was on national back order. Bo, Jordan, Yanni, and the entire Peach State team worked to the very end (actually worked over) to ensure the job was completed and that I was satisfied. I definitely recommend this team for your next service or repair.

I work for another freightliner dealer and I ordered a surge tank back on the 12th of this month for ups next day air. A week goes by the I havent seen it nor has anyone called me. called to get some tracking info and nobody knows anything about a surge tank and Im getting the run around about it showing a void invoice and the part is sitting on the counter still. asked to speak the manager and I got transferred to voice mail. will not be doing any business with again.

Bought my truck in DEF problem, so call said EGR.. was sticking, $1800 picked up truck, 2hours driving DEF light pops on again, bring truck back they wanted $800 just to look at it again not included whatever they add on parts, I refused the work, bought my truck to TA, guess what $360 Def was crystalising simple cleaning all it needed, truck running perfect...tried giv this dealership a another chance on my truck blowing up my engine on same truck smh... straight RIPP off...
I dropped my truck off on 11/10/20 in the morning.It is Monday 11/23/20 & the work on my truck ( injector work)is still not completed.When I 1st dropped my truck off I was told,an its in writing that the work would be completed 3( business days) after my approval of the work which i gave. I then told them to replace all of the injectors (the same day of my 1st approval).I called back 3 (business days)later 11/16/20,an was then told my truck has not been in the shop as yet. It would be Thursday 11/19/20 it would be ready. I then called back on Thursday 11/19/20,I was then told I needed additional work done (they sent over the estimate for the additional work I looked at it an said no).I then called an spoke with Patrick an explained that I just wanted the original work done that I was quoted for. I was then told it would be Monday the work would be completed.It is Monday 11/23/20,Ive been on the phone with freightliner this morning. I was told to call back at 3pm. When I called back I was told they have to find the shop forman to get an update, they would call me back. I never received any call back, I then called an spoke with Patrick an was told their finishing up it should be ready for a test drive tomorrow.3 WEEKS OUT, IF THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS IN THE BEGINNING IT WOULDNT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. BUT TO KEEP PUTTING ME OFF AN LYING ABOUT THE WORK THAT HASNT OR CANT GET DONE IS RIDICULOUS. AN WANTING THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE WORK THAT IS STILL NOT REALLY COMPLETED. Beware! We took our truck in for a factory recall. They found two other problems that we did not have when we took it in there. Then after picking it up we saw body damage and a broken mirror.They said it was like that when we brought it in. It absolutely was not. They said it shows on video, but you cannot see the mirror unless you are standing right in front of it, between the door and the mirror arm. Doubtful that they have video from 5 weeks ago. Of course they did not show us this video.They charge $162 per hour for repairs. They charge an extra 10% for the cost of doing business.They charged $3.00 per gallon for gas but could not produce a receipt.Lee Dunlap has an answer for everything.Stay away! Sooner take your truck out of state than bring it here!
This place is amazing to fix your truck. They were very professional specially the lady up front Yanie. She was very courteous and very friendly. I was very satisfied 200%. They offered my a very nice lounge upstairs while working on my truck. I recommend everyone to do business with them. Way to go and thank you so much Yanie.

I took my MH here to have my air brakes repaired. They are extremely busy and will get to my MH on tomorrow. Once the repair is complete, I will post a better rating. The staff is very professional and friendly. I foresee a high star rating for this location.
They worked on my bunk heater under warranty last year told me heater works fine even though it runs 5 min and stops every time they need to fully test their work after they complete it. Take your truck to their Jefferson location those guys are much better.
Guaranteed me a dump truck that was DOT ready. I had to spend over 1100 on repairs to pass inspection. I was told to send them the bill. when i did they only wanted to pay less than half. Shady people. Small claims in my future. i guess i should have checked reviews before dealing with them.
If you need your truck repaired with urgency this is not the place to go.
I went to pick up a truck and it wasnt ready but the staff made me feel at home and were super cool about trying to get me back on the road. Highly recommend this service. Good people here.

Im not sure if they are understaffed or poorly trained. Our repeated experience with the service department has been so bad-we would not buy another Freightliner. Placed on hold after I said I could not-did not want to hold. If you allow it-you will be on hold forever. Promises to return calls or provide updates are broken. After a while-all trust just isnt there. I fell sorry for the employees-as this must be an awful work environment-so many angry customers. Freightliner corporate must not care at all.Check out is an absolute mess.

I finally got him to answer the phone after five calls and asked how long people typically sit on hold. His response I dont know, Ive never called and asked for parts before. He told me to just keep holding and hope someone answers.
Let me start off by saying this Saturday team (Brandon, Lee, Yanie)made a really bad situation bearable. I called to get on PM service and was told the wrong time of operation to the wrong cost of the service. Hundreds of dollars off. GO Somewhere Else!SLOW, UNRELIABLE, and I now have serious doubts about ethics as I was told last minute I needed hose replacements because a house was broken, on a Truck that came in on its own power ? It went in for cracked reservoir tank . Striped bolts on the radiator is a common problem on Freightliner Cascadia and the tank can not easily be removed . I Purchased and brought in a reservoir tank.. 11 hrs later.. they said replacement tank was cracked as well. I was told 8 hr to replace the reservoir and radiator. I didn’t receive any up dates till the end of day when I had to book a hotel overnight because they couldn’t finish the work .GO SOME WHERE ELSEI would have but they were the only local shop that had the radiator on site.

I would definitely like to share my experience that I had with the dealership this morning and it all started with a very kind voice on the other end of the phone.Yanie answered the telephone in the service department. so, I explained to her that I was close by and was broke down and was in need of immediate attention. I explained to her my situation. She asked me if I could get the truck there so that she could have one of her mechanics look at it. She called me back and told me that it would be most likely the end of the day before I can get my truck back..Just a few hours went by and she gave me a call and told me my truck was ready to be picked up.. I asked her how she fixed the truck so fast, and thats when she explained to me that she had a magic wand LOL. I knew that to mean that he had an excellent team behind her and was able to provide me with excellent customer service.Little does she know how much she helped me, a small business owner, out, trying to stay alive in the middle of the covid-19 crisis, here in Atlanta GeorgiaPeople like her and the team at Peach State, are the kind of people you definitely want to do business with..Thanks again, Yanie
The Norcross Location is the worst place to buy a truck. These guys are NOT helpful when looking to buy a truck. They look very unconcerned. When you get to the office they pretend they havent seen you. I think they are racists maybe my color got something to do with that. They will never work with you on the price. None of them is good. Dont buy from them. Go elsewhere since they are not the only truck dealership. Peach State Truck Dealership in Norcross is Super Bad place to go.

Our truck was held here more than two months,every time we take it,it breaks down in max 50 miles. But once more we left it here,after all those s... repairs and guess what,we payed them again and they did completely nothing!!! Truck has same issues as before and it took them another month to fix it!!! Nothing was changed. Are you f.... kidding me? AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.
I bought 2020 cascadia126 Peachstate Freightliner Jefferson, i brings my truck here for The first pm service And they gave me estimate $600 But after 5hrs waiting time they asked me to pay $1,020:74 It’s really shame they’re not professional
I took my truck in for repairs because the engine light came on. Three weeks later my bill was $3,000. After picking up my truck to take home,the same engine light came back on again. I will not be going back to this place. I lost time and money and still need the same repairs done all over.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband brought his truck this past Monday for one thing and by Wednesday when he went to pick it up all of his lights were on, on his dashboard. Not once did they call him about this issue. They just parked it and when he got in he had to tell them it was a problem, as if they didnt notice. So Wednesday problem wasnt fixed until Friday and when he got back into his truck on Friday another thing is wrong. Now they have to order a part that wont be available until next Tuesday. Its like theyre purposely creating problems that wasnt a problem before. AT ALL COSTS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND KEEP YOUR TRUCK FOR WEEKS!!!!!
Definitely not recommending this location for your truck service.I have a 2020 freightliner Cascadia has only 60,000 miles the check engine light came on and go back off after 24 hours and I have some coolant contamination in the coolant reserve tank and coolant color changed from pink to a little bit darker. and my radio is stacking or freezing on the channel you cannot change the channel or turn on the volume up and down .So I dropped my truck here on Friday 11/22/19 and I asked them when you will be able to check my truck they said maybe tomorrow or Monday and I checked with them the next following week every day calling them and still it’s not ready each time they are telling me they are in processing and getting feedback from Detroit. And finally on 12/4/19 I called them around 4 MP they said it’s ready to go. I went there on 11/5/19 at 1230 again the said finishing the paperworks right now which was not ready I went check my truck it was look the same as it was befor.Didn’t change the coolant!!!The told me to leave the truck there again the will check.and still is not fixed and today is December 12, 2019 it’s almost been here for three weeks.How we can make the payment if the hold your truck for 3 or more weeks. Just for the coolant issue.Finally the called me on 12/23/19 and said your unit is ready. When I came to the dealer to pick my truck it won’t starting I called their mechanic he looked and primed the truck it start he run a load it will get normal.I run about 1600 miles it won’t get better each time I should down after an hour won’t start I have to prime it.I toke it back to them on 12/31/19 they work for 3 days said tighten the fuel lines and changed the filterIt’s good now on 1/3/20 called me it’s ready.I picked it on the 1/3/20 which was Friday at 1745 and toke to my parking lot on Monday 1/6/20 I came to work it won’t fixed. I called them told them still the same problems. They told me bring back.So i needed to work I primed and start the truck and work the week.Here I’m back here at the dealer 1/9/20.Let’s see what they going to do next..

Updated: After taking my rig to another Ford Service Center and discovering they couldnt fit it in their bay (why they didnt think to ask me about this in the first place, I have no idea) I started calling every Ford service place in GA and TN. Seems there is a lack of technicians everywhere. This is clearly an effect of the growing popularity of RVs &the service and campground market not keeping up.++++Original postIts a nice place. The Service Advisor, John Weaver was also very kind and professional. The light trucks service manager, Chris, was also pleasant and professional.Its the workload to technician ratio in Chriss department that earns the 3-star. After waiting 10 days to have a diagnosis, I was told it would be another 3 weeks before they had a technician available to fix the problem. Parts, I was told, were not a problem to get.So...if you go here, make sure you receive information on their queue and potential wait time to get your RV (home) back.

The service department is the worst. We have had multiple bad experiences with the careless service techs. Recently we ordered a harness to fix our electrical wiring. We wait 6 weeks for it to come in. Once it came in we dropped out truck off for two days . On the second day the truck is there they call us to say they have the wrong harness . Not only did they waste my time but they cost me to loose business.
Our experience can be defined simply as unbelievably inadequate customer service. We brought our 2015 Freightliner box truck into this dealership for a new starter. This would be the third starter we have had since purchasing the vehicle. We were informed that this starter would be covered under warranty as it lasted for only four months. After work was completed. we were told that a mistake was made and the starter would not be covered under the warranty. After an extensive debate we were able to get the price reduced but still had to shell out a lot more than expected to get the starter replaced. Mistakes happen but customers should not have to pay for them. Hopefully this starter lasts longer than four months.

Unless you have a large Fleet Contract with them. On top of that, they dont have all the right computers to test. Go to your engine certified repair shop. Got Charged about $7k for a trubo replacement and a DPF filter cleaning after them having my truck for 3 weeks. Got back on the road & my truck wouldnt stop asking for a regen even after doing one. They offered to tow the truck back to the shop for free in which I ended up getting charged $470 less than 20 miles. Then they told me I need to replace all 6 fuel injectors for and addition $5k. Got fed up and took it to Cummins off of university Dr south ATL. Within a day, Cummins had figured out the problem was the EGR valve and my fuel injectors were fine no replacement was needed. FREIGHTLINER NORCROSS will delay your truck for weeks and try to charge you on parts that you dont need. AVOID TAKING YOUR TRUCK HERE. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Took my truck there to get checked out for check engine light and misfire.freightliner came back with ecm harness asm harness then 6 pack of injectors valves adjusted in the mist of all that lack of communication tech not doing good work rude staff and one morning I come up there my door is left open outside all night paper work blew out truck didn’t get paid for run. I leave my truck in ur care and this is what happen so I call to check on my unit day shift and night shift not on same page with stuff. John informs me saying ur truck is going on test run ok still no call back all day then night shift say truck is ready then next day day shift say no still misfire so it take 3 weeks almost to put ecm injectors and valves adjustment then they give me my unit back dip stick broke and ticking sound coming from engine after paying 5000 so they take truck back and then say o ur injector tablet is broke are u serious and they want 675 extra dollars but I’m the only one who heard ticking sound crazy

This is the worst device center ever to deal with. 4 hours to tell me they didnt have the needed parts. Meanwhile their techs are sctewing off in the parking lot. Wrecklessly driving someone elses truck in the parking lot.

I called the Ford/Freightliner dealership in Norcross GA (Peach State Truck Center) for a quote for a 2500, 170 WHEEL BASE, HIGH ROOF, EXTENDED Sprinter Van. JUAN MERCED, a sales person, gave me a price of $37500.00 Out of about 10 dealerships I called that was the lowest price. Some of the other dealers told me it could not be that low and that JUAN MERCED was lying. I called JUAN MERCED again and asked if the price was for the model I asked. I repeated it twice - 2500, 170 WHEEL BASE, HIGH ROOF, EXTENDED. JUAN MERCED said yes, everything was correct.I asked JUAN MERCED for a credit application then and I wrote on top of it that same thing - 2500, 170 WHEEL BASE, HIGH ROOF, EXTENDED! So there could not be any problems WITH JUAN MERCED later.When JUAN MERCED got the credit application approved and we came to sign the paperwork and get the van, JUAN MERCED had a different model on the lot. It was a Crew Van, not a Cargo Van we wanted. But JUAN MERCED said that extra seat could be taken out and the two extra windows did not matter to us. What mattered was that it was the same extended body length. JUAN MERCED reassured me for the 10th time that it had extended body. It was important to us. The difference is only about 14 inches in length and it is not really obvious.When JUAN MERCED had the paperwork in front of us and we were about to sign it I saw a booklet about Sprinter Vans and it said that Crew Vans did not come with extended bodies. I asked JUAN MERCED about him insisting that the van was an extended version. He became really nervous and said he was going to give us our down payment back. We took the money and left.Later I did some thinking about us being able to use a standard length van instead of an extended. It was not as good but cost less money and I concluded it could work.At that point I called a few dealerships looking for the best price for a standard length van. I got one for $33900.00 It happened to be a Forest Park Freightliner. I told them I would buy it from them. Those two dealerships are owned by the same company and the price was for the same van. Norcross Freightliner refused to give up that van for us to buy at that lower price. They said I was their customer and I had to buy it from them. I called JUAN MERCED and asked him if he was trying to stop the sale. He said NO and started saying to me how not fair it was that I wanted to buy that van not from them because they spent so much time working with me. I asked to speak to his supervisor JIM THOMPSON. I asked JIM THOMPSON if he knew why we walked out the door that day. JIM THOMPSON said he did not know. I said we were about to sign the paperwork and buy the van and then we left and you never asked your sales person JUAN MERCED what happened? How much sense does that make for a Director of Sales? JIM THOMPSON asked if I was saying that he was a liar. I said YES. Then JIM THOMPSON hung up on me. JIM THOMPSON, the DIRECTOR OF SALES, in my opinion, is going to back up what ever lie JUAN MERCED tells you. I really did not want Juan Merced to make a commission on that sale. I would not buy the van from him even if he matched the price.We ended up buying from Forest Park. Once I signed the paperwork the sales person over there took it to make copies. While turned away from me the sales person used wite out to get rid of the sales persons name on the documents and wrote Juan Merceds name on there instead. Then the copies were made and given to me to keep with Juan Merceds name being in the middle of the pile so that I would not see it. Juan Merced ended up making a commission in spite of all his lies. Peach State Freightliner is a very corrupt company in my opinion.

I can’t explain my frustration with this place my truck is here for months and a half they did not fix it they send me build that doesn’t exist 3000 photos in Lake later they reduce it to 1800 they don’t fix your truck and they only try to scam you with the label of hours and all dat do not use this please do not buy from this place all of them here try to rip you off
I spent all day with them and they changed me 170.50 to remove the govern on my truck

Its a nightmare here, stay away if possible !! They kept my tractor for 10 days, then they kept increasing the service price. If you get there as a cow, you will leave as a calf - they will milk you dry. ☺☺

Went to this shop on Monday afternoon,a/c compressor locked up,was told it would be looked at first thing Tuesday,was told for 2 days that they were making an estimate would get back to me(it was a warranty part), didnt here from them til Thursday.would never bring a truck here ever again!
Very expensive, if you have other option dont take your truck to this shop i waited several hour for oil change,they charge 380 dollars for box truck, i always take my truck to other shops n always charge 200 dollars

Very bad service and very bad people working over there and dishonest my experience with them was very tragedy . My device don’t go to them for any reason because they idled me and my truck for three weeks and finally I decided to give up .the administration were uncooperative 😡😡😡😡👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
