I cannot thank Sal, Lori, Junior and Lana enough for their kindness, efficiency and care for our car. We had our window busted into and robbed in our rental without insurance and they eased our anxiety by fixing our passenger window in 45 minutes! I was worried about the glass all over the car as well and they made sure to not leave one piece of glass in the car.We sat in the air conditioned office space and relaxed (which was hard to do given the situation). Sal assured us he will take care of everything and he did. We appreciate you guys SO much.Reasonably priced too! They do NOT over charge and clean for free. Very hard to find in the Atlanta area!!!

Busy place, you have to come early. The gentleman in charge was very nice and very thorough when ordering what you need for your vehicle. The atmosphere was not stressful. There were a few women like myself getting glass for their vehicle and they were chilling. You can also sit and wait in the office or sit just outside the office. I went to have the windshield replaced on my BMW and I am happy with the result. There was also a Lexus that came in so they do replace glass for luxury cars also. They also do reupholstering for your vehicle. I recommend.

My first impression was that they were very professional and polite on the phone. Additionally, they were considerably cheaper than anyone else I called. They asked very few questions and setting an appointment was easy.Within minutes of pulling in, they pointed out that my windshield had already been replaced by someone else and pointed out some errors made by the previous shop. I took this as a good sign of experience.They had a very no-nonsense approach, and I think I was there for a total of about 40 minutes.Overall it was a great experience. Id highly recommend this shop.

This place is a total rip off they quote you as low as possible with a BAIT price. BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT EVEN CHECK THE DETAILS OF YOUR REPAIR WITH THIS QUOTE. They always find a reason to add another $50-$70 dollars to the Quoted price. Terrible integrity for a auto repair business. I will not be returning. The Price match offer / “we beat any price” is a JOKE!!

I recently decided to fix the glass of my car in this place when I returned home I realized that my work phone was not there, I looked for it everywhere but I could not find it was the only place I was after the repair I could not find it call to ask for the phone and as usual they told me that there is no advice if you go to that place do not leave your belongings in the car. there are no honest people

Sal and his team are awesome! I had to have the sunroof tracks and guides replaced in my Ford F150. Dealership quoted me $2800. Its a big job, lots of time spent disassembling the interior in order to get the sunroof mechanism. Sal is a great, honest hardworking guy and he will do you right and do it fast! Thanks Sal!

I went here on Friday to get a new windshield and after everything was finished I payed and went home the manager told me not to take the tape off for two days so I followed his instructions and as I was leaving for work this morning I noticed they didnt do a good job. There is left over glue on the inside of my car and now the A puller molding on the driver side wont go back on,my radio antenna wont go back on (its aftermarket and sits behind the rear view mirror( and the new molding In the outside is not flush. I will not be giving them my business and if my windshield has an issues again in the future I would much rather go to pull a part that is next door get my own glass and install it myself I would have done a much better job and save myself 150$ in the process

I should’ve wrote this about 2 weeks ago, but I didn’t forget to write this review because Sal and his repair team are awesome! My daughter’s back window was shattered and Sal told me come right in, gave me the best deal and I was out in 30 minutes. Dishonest and dont know what they are doing:In Short:Stay away from this place, they damaged my car and broke the prongs / clips on bottom plastic molding (Cowl grill) on my car that cost me easily $535 just for the part alone.Detail of my experience with Low price Auto Glass:I took my Toyota Highlander for windshield replacement to Low Price Auto Glass. I chose this place out of 3 other places that I called, due to their low price and good reviews.The windshield was installed and everything looked good at first. Then a few days later I was washing my car and noticed that the plastic molding (cowl grill / cover) at the bottom of the windshield has almot 1/8” gap across between the plastic molding and the new windshield. It seemed that the molding was not in place. I was concerned about water intrusion. So I took the car back to the shop and the owner (Sal) was not there. The person that was working, looked at it and said “nothing is wrong, that how it supposed to be”. It seemed this guy was working by himself on another car and he was not interested to take care of the problem. So I called the owner “Sal” the next morning and he stated to bring the car in. I took the car in on the day that he was working. He looked at it and he said that is because the sun has warped the plastic molding and that causes a gap. I asked him to take the molding off and re-sit it in the place, but he said it will be the same. He also took me to three other cars that they just had replaced the windshield and showed me that they are all like that. I left the shop but my instinct and the fact that he wasn’t willing to re-try to open it and re-seat the molding was telling me something is not right.So I looked up the internet and found tons of videos that demonstrated how to open cowl grill on my specific car and re-seat it. In fact it was very easy job. So once I took the cowl grill out to re-sit it, then I found out why he did not want to try to re-adjust it. There are about 5 or 6 prong / clips that the go under the bottom of windshield to keep the molding tight on the windshield. When the windshield installer pulled the cowl out to replace the windshield, he broke all of the clips that goes under the windshield except one. Even that one clip was broken in one side. As a result of these broken clips, the cowl is not gripping the bottom of the windshield any more. So if all the cars that they fix, end up like mine, then these people don’t know what they are doing.This place gave me low cost replacement, but the damage that they did to my car cost $535.00 just for the cowl grill part alone. Pay a little more, but go some where that they dont damage your car and then give you a run around.

I just left this place with my car. My windshield had been kicked in. I called at least 20 places where I had to wait until Monday to have it replaced. This was early Saturday morning. I called Sal picked up and told me to bring it in. It was great customer service, the best price and it took less than an hour. This place was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with dealing with any car repair. Should this happen again in the future, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sal is a GREAT Guy! He explains Everything that they do in detail and provides guarantees. I couldnt find his shop at first, but I called to get directions and found him the next day. He resolved a portion of my Sunroof problem, but stated that it needed an $1100 adjustment. (CarShield would not pay.)

This man is a life saver I took my Cadillac SRX yesterday u called that morning he told me be there they close arc5 or 5:30 pm I got there 4:53 this team got my back windshield on within 8 to 10 mins and it was a lot of glass inside all over place inside the door they got it all out quick fast he’s very respectful and VERY CHEAP! Anyone come on here talking bad about this place is a liar! The sunroof in my Jeep Commander was leaking resulting in puddles of water on the floorboard. Sal and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to do a thorough job of cleaning the drain hoses. They also did a good job of wiping down the dashboard after they were finished. We were in and out in no time and the cost was very fair and reasonable. I was very pleased with our experience.

Not only did they help me through the Christmas season by allowing me to get the window fixed so that I can earn money for Christmas they fixed it the right way. They even replaced the molding without charging more!!!!! This place is awesome. They actually care! No joke....

I was dreading the hassle and cost of getting my windshield replaced, but the tiny crack quickly grew to half the length of the windshield.This was one of the first places I called. I left a message and received a call back right away. The guy was really nice and the price was much better than expected. I made it out there a few days later and had a new windshield within an hour. The guy running the place is very nice.Would definitely recommend.

Our vehicle was broken into and our back eindow had been smashed. Low Price Auto Glass was able to take care of it on a Sunday morning and I was in and out in under an hour even with three other vehicles there. The owner was pleasant and very respectful. We went through our insurance and the process from start to finish was seamless. The quality of the work was great! They even vacuumed out the glass inside the entire back seat! Great experience here I had my car broken into on a Wednesday night and called mid afternoon on Thursday about getting it fixed. About 15 minutes after the call I headed over to get it replaced within 30 minutes. The only thing better than the service was the price. Interesting experience but fast service considering. The place itself looks dumpy, but don’t judge a book by its cover. Prices are half that of safelite and the owner, Sal, is a real stand up guy. You can tell he cares about his customers. When you make your appointment make sure you repeat the year of your car multiple times because that matters the type of glass they have on hand. They didn’t have mine in stock but I could tell they did everything in their power to remedy the mistake quickly and find the glass from a local shop. New windshield looks great and the end result is the same as the higher priced “pros” for much cheaper. I have no problem going back if I ever need a window again

This place is a rip off unless u getting a new windshield replaced. We went & he said its $25to take the panel off & the $25 goes towards the repair. He only oiled the regulator & it took him not even 2 minutes & he charged another $25. So he charged us $50 to oil the regulator such rip offs & talk a damn good game.

This place is terrible. If you have another option go there. Ive never written a review but the unprofessional management has forced me to. My sunroof had a factory recall and this is the only place close by that could fix it for free. The manager was very rude and smokes a vape pen the entire time I spoke with him. The waiting room is non-existent, but they do have seats they pulled out of an old car in the sun for you to sit on while they smoke hookah. My first visit they told me they didnt have the parts to fix it and would call me when they did. After two weeks I never got a call, and eventually I called them and they hardly remembered who I was. My second visit they told me they didnt have enough time to fix it when I was there at three and they close at six. So they asked me to leave the vehicle with them and it should be finished by the morning. I call the next afternoon only for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part. So i waited another day for them to over-night ship the parts. I come the next day around three again, and it looks like they just started working on my sunroof. When I asked how much longer would it take i was rudely answered with a Im working on it. Finally after sitting on car seats in the sun for an hour they tell me they cant make my sunroof fully functional but they did replace the glass. so now my sunroof can open or close. At that point I was just happy they did something. Im aware due to the recall the service was free but honestly i wouldve paid someone else to do a better job. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHED THEY CALL A BUSINESS . no stars if i could.
