Took in a broken downpipe, cracked in multiple places. I wasnt sure that it was even fixable but the team here at Haddad took 10 minutes to totally fix the issue, and for cheap! Highly recommended.

Excellent prices and great work

My 1994 BMW 840Ci had poor acceleration. They did a great job replacing the stock catalytic converters which were now clogged with aftermarket since it was $1600 a piece from the dealer just for the converter. Now the rpms are climbing freely and gained the power back. Honest hard working people. I had a great experience.

It was good, had to have some work done on my sons jeep commander. It was a good price and didnt take all day, done in about an hour.

Found these guys online when needing to fix the rattling that an aftermarket, ill-fitting catalytic converter I put on was causing and Mike was more than helpful. They cut the old pipe, welded on a new one and I was out in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. No way Id waste time and effort doing my own exhaust work in the future with these guys right down the road. Highly recommended.

They really know what they’re doing. I got a muffler delete on my 2015 GTI and it was quick and painless. They did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. I do not expect to have to replace a muffler after eight (8) months because the inner parts are loose and rattling over every bump. No, it is not the engine-belt noise I am hearing. He never checked the muffler itself. Make sure receipt is complete with your vehicle ID, parts and labor warranty, and that the part installed is sized for your vehicle and not a Chinese knockoff.

My muffler fell down on the interstate. I called Haddad. He told me to bring it in. I did .. he had me fixed up in 20 min and at a great price. You need repairs call this man!!!!

This place has been excellent twice.First time, when I discovered them - 2008 - muffler leaking, quoted 350 for a new one. He welded it back together for $40. That was at mile 175,000. I am at around 215,500 and still no leak from the muffler.I went to them again in 2009 for a double catalytic converter fail at mile 190,000. He replaced both for $400, and again, in good order to the present day.I will be taking my car there tomorrow for an exhaust manifold leak and would imagine the same great service. He is honest, priced extremely well, and his repairs / replacements have been good ever since. I will report if this is any different after this visit but I doubt it will be.When everyone except one person has a positive review, you have to wonder.

I would recommend Haddad Discount Muffler to anyone -- even if its out of your way its worth the ride!!I took Fast Eddie (my 93 Grand Am) there to get a new catalytic converter for $155. Upon closer inspection, not only was the catalytic converter broken apart, but the resonator was cracked and metal and debris from those were in my Muffler. 😫He replaced it front to back with a brand new resonator, catalytic converter and Muffler for just $250. The next lowest estimate for just the catalytic converter alone had been $235!!He was very courteous and professional. We chatted about his two children, a daughter who had graduated from GA Tech as an electrical engineer and a son who will be graduating from Tech next year as a mechanical engineer.It was an all around great experience, hes been in business for 18yrs and dies work for all the dealerships in the area. Hes a half mile south of Jimmy Carter on Buford Hwy.

Did not want to help. Kept trying to explain my situation and instead of offering ideas and trying to help he instead criticized my car because it was a BMW. I was there to get an exhaust built but i guess either he didnt want to do it or didnt know how. Either way i would not recommend taking your car there unless you have a little leak that can be welded for $100 dollars. Had high hopes of getting an exhaust built there and left upset because all i received was negative comments about my car and how it would be too expensive for me.

He wouldnt look at my car because I had a complication with my exhaust setup and I guess he assumed I didnt have the money to get it fixed or it want worth his time. He blew me off. Times change and so does my rating.

I found my new muffler shop!From the second Mike and his crew rolled up the door they were super helpful and kind. They (VERY) affordably fixed a busted exhaust pipe and didnt try to oversell me on any other services. I will definitely be back to have more work done in the future.

I dont ever leave reviews, but I had to create a Google account (and Google+... *grunt*) just to review Haddad.This is the most honest automotive shop Ive ever encountered. I called Haddad to ask for a quote on a new muffler (my brackets broke and left my exhaust hanging and banging the ground) on a fairly rare and old car with an atypical exhaust setup. He quoted $170-$200 and I said okay. When I bring in the car, he puts it on the lift and tells me that I need 2 new brackets welded in addition to the muffler, but its a simple operation, and hell do it for $110. He gives me a bottle of Dasani and I wait in the office. 20 minutes later, he prints my invoice and decides to only charge me $100 since the job was easy. WHO DOES THAT.I get home and find he gave me a free exhaust tip so it looked more similar to the stock exhaust (I told him to just put on whatever muffler looked normal and worked well).Choose this guy. Hes awesome.

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. Went for a simple estimate on muffler tip misalignment, the owner seemed very annoyed that he is not even interested to hear my concern, he kept asking who worked on the muffler, “well, no one did, it is just bare stock”, I replied, but he immediately denied the repair by saying that repair is my responsibility and not his? What? I was there to get an estimate, not asking for a free repair!!!It was randomly searching on google reviews but never shouldve gone there first place.Extremely rude and disrespectful to the potential customer.Stopped by extreme performance mufflers on the way back, the owner there was very friendly and accommodating on my needs.

I was happy with my experience at this shop 4 years ago. However, the catalytic converter they installed at that time has fail recently. (Confirmed by a 5 gas analyzer test upstream and downstream of the converter) 4 years and 11,000 miles is well within the 5 year 50,000 mile warranty I was given in writing. Im anxious to see how Im treated when I take my car back to Haddad to have the faulty converter replaced. Ill follow up with a new review in a couple of days!

Outstanding customer service,theyre extremely quick for the job they have to do, definite recomended to anyone the best price in all Atlanta area, my car has two catalytic converter and they tell me, you only have one bad. The other places want me to pay for both. And the cuote was over $ 1.500.00 dollars, They fix my car x less then $250.00. The owner mike is very honest.

I went to Haddad Muffler about 9 years ago, but I wont forget the experience. Our Camry failed inspection and we were quoted about $800 for a new catalytic converter at the dealership. I took the Camry to Haddad and he used the mechanic next door to look up the exact error code the car had. He spent at least an hour and a half trying to see if something else would fix it. In the end, I really did need a catalytic converter which he installed promptly for $400. He did not charge a dime for all the other time he spent trying to help me.I cannot say anything about what type of parts were used, but they werent used and I wasnt trying to make a performance car out of it. The car passed emissions perfectly and unfortunately for me, my son totalled the car 9 days later, so I cannot attest to the duration of the parts.I just thought it was rude of the poster to suggest that the positive reviews werent real. I just Googled Haddad to refer a friend there and saw his post.

Haddad is 1st class shop, I had a mechanic do work on my exhaust system prior, that is a no,no.Go to exhaust specialist such as Haddad . They did a beautiful job and I couldn’t be happier.The owner is also a Master machinist of 36 years, these guy have zero tolerance for error, and theirwork proves it, “Highly recommend Haddad“ !

Sells Bootleg Parts. uses Bait and switch tricks. Paints normal cheap mufflers in puts them in high performance box to make you think its a high performance part.White guy with beard, tattoos and dark sunglasses Welder assured it was a flowmaster muffler but after installation it didnt sound like one so I called flowmaster to help me identify if it was a fake and sure enough it was so I took it back and persisted on refund which MIKE owner acted like a child about and not apologized for anything.NOW I SEE WHY THE LOW PRICES.I recomend going somewhere else but If you do get lured in keep an eye out and do research, keep receipts, take pictures and record so if he messes up your engine by putting in wrong/fake parts sue him you then have prove in court. I recorded and took pictures. I believe welder knows he helps sell fakes because how can he assure me it was flowmaster, works in mufflers, and not know its not a real original quality part, seems after all I know more about mufflers than the Muffler Professional installers, What a Joke. I believe they gave themselves many of this positive ratings becuase mike is a rude person not nice, that acts like a grown child, dont even waste your time argueing with him, See for yourself dont say I didnt warn you.

Came to this shop to upgrade my stock muffler to wake up my Silverado a little without being obnoxiously loud. They installed a Flowmaster 40 muffler and tip for a good price...nothing major. in and out in 45 minutes. Truck sounds great just what i wanted. The welds look good.
