I’m a current part time employee. Job is easy, it’s not an office job or a glamorous job for sure. Mostly manual labor and fast pace. I get plenty of my cardio in. The facility is very secured. Which is a huge plus. There’s plenty of benefits available. Human Resources is actually onsite. Human Resources is a luxury I find great in this facility. At other jobs, I had to make a trip to the Department of Labor just to fix certain paper works or get attention to some work issues.

Knowledgeable people. Good selection of parts. Awesome machine shop with mechanics that will actually talk to you! Really nice folks. A very pleasurable experience.

Ordered parts for a 20 year old car for my teenager at 8pm online and picked them up the next morning. Super easy and they had everything we needed to change an alternator. Prices were good and staff was friendly. Will be back next time we need car parts!

I ordered my parts online to help expedite the process. Sometimes if your ticket is large enough you can get a discount. Folks are friendly and helpful. NAPA had the parts I needed at a fair price.

Its blind side so goal and if possible request to get obstruction removed. Best scenario would be to have 2 docks (I m able to do with 1 dock now 🏋‍♂️)open n open front space till the forklift steps. Fast unloading

Every single time I go here, its an ordeal. Order parts online, go to pick up, parts arent ready or the order is incorrect. Ordered online today, says part is in stock. Wait over 2 hours before going to pick up, get there, and part is not there, and wont be until tomorrow. Worst parts store in the area.

They have got to be the slowest place ever. Clerk told me it would be 5 min to go in the whse to get my part, but helped 2 other people prior to going and getting my part. Before he actually gave my part, he started helping yet another person.

You better have some time when you go there. Only one person behind the counter and he couldnt figure out how to use the computer. But they have what you need.

Napa has been servicing my familys vehicles for over 10 years and they have done outstanding work. I dont take my cars or work truck anywhere else. They are honest and they do their best to give you the best deal for your repairs. Good people hands down.

Came to this location for a simple bottle anti seize. The attendant didnt know where the anti seize was even though it was right in front of the attendant. At least the store had what I was looking for.

Im a truck driver. Ive got a real helpful suggestion. Move the trailers away from in front of the loading docks. Theres not a whole lot of room to maneuver 90 ft of truck and trailer as it is. Other then that. The employees are really nice and quick about unloading.

Receiving docks are blindside due to storage trailers dropped along the curbs. Huge pothole with a traffic cone in it must also be avoided. Not OTR delivery friendly. 1 star rating just because the receiving staff is friendly and efficient.

Nice clean orderly store...I came in for some brake pads and an associate greeted me and said he would be with me in a sec...he has a couple small conversations with co-workers and then goes into the back of the store. Another associate comes out and does assist me. After I have been helped out comes associate number 1 with a mouth full of food, asking if I need help still... Really?! Overall still an ok experience. I got the correct part.

This used to be the go-to place for auto parts. Being the regional warehouse, there wasnt much they wouldnt have in stock. Not any more. Still better than average, but nothing like it was even 10 yrs ago. On the plus side, I like ordering parts on the website then picking up at the store. Minimizes wait time and dealing with the younger parts guys that dont know anything they cant click on. I go here when I need semi truck/trailer parts on a weekend (only place open for that), or something in particular only available from NAPA. There are adequate parts stores that are more convenient for most any other things I need.

It was really good. Not only is it a Napa auto parts store. It is also a distribution center. Which means it always has what you need. Staff knowledgeable as well. Location, Peachtree Industrial Norcross North just past Rep Miller Rd.

I stood in line, watching two employees stand side by side while one of them was on the phone. Why did both employees need to be present for this conversation? No idea. The other person was helping someone find a part. Me? I just wanted to buy a headlight before it got dark. Selection here is great and sales are great as well.

The counterman greeted me and immediately inquired about the matter at hand. He asked for the details of the car, then looked up the parts on the computer.I was given and shown the price of the parts.He was also knowledgeable about mounting and installation of the parts. He assured me the some items could be reused without buying new. Overall, a nice experience.

I feel the urge to give some constructive criticism. Walked in at 8:15pm, walked up to sales person at counter and he didnt look up for close to a minute. He finally said Ill be with you soon. I then walked around looking for trailer tail lights. After he took care of previous customer that walked back in, he didnt look up from his computer screen for about 8 minutes (maybe he was in the middle of a big task, I dont know) . I brought my selections up to the register and paid. I still like Napa but customer response could be better. I will say the store was clean and well laid out.

I trust the quality of their parts more than any of the other chain stores. Prices are reasonable. Willing to give you good customer service. Reasonably knowledgeable.

Wow. NAPA is really amazing. Had everything I needed and more. So knowledgeable. Would never risk going anywhere else and their proces were cheaper. Looked on line for same parts and Napa was the best value, by far. Their store looked great and I would not ever go anywhere else. Spread the word. These guys are great.

Had exactly what I needed (which NO ONE else had) they were quick professional and I even got a free NAPA hat. Saved more than $30 over what dealer was charging for my ignition coil and it was an OE coil that NAPA sold me. Very pleased!!!!

Sold me wrong part. I even asked him four times if they had the right part and gave them the number and they still got it wrong. When I tell you people that customer service does not exist anymore Im not kidding Ive been a chef for almost 30 years and its embarrassing how people are taken care of now days!!!.🙁🙁🙁🙁

This location appears to house a distribution center and retail store. They seem to have most parts on stock. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for your parts to be pulled from the storage area.Not sure if the prices are competitive but DIY beats the dealer everytime. Paid $142 ea for replacement headlight lamps - just the bulb!

This is the distribution point for Atlanta and beyond so the part you want is probably on site. Way cheaper than Pep Boys or even Autozone. Only a hairsbreadth higher than online. Immediate gratification! How can you put a price on that?Bonus: Enjoy the post-office-like quality of their parts counter, where time slows down to an imperceptible dribble.

This location is the warehouse for the SE, so they have a very large parts selection and their prices are competitive. The downside is the poor customer service (long wait to be served). Not that the counter personnel are bad, but their customer service system is broke and has been for more than 10 years. I shop here when other part houses dont have the desired part on hand because the wait for service is soooooo long. The worse part is that the management doesnt seem to care about the poor service. The counter guys know that the system is broken (they deal with the disgruntled customer daily). This is a large commercial warehouse and the walk in customer is just a side line and is treated as such.

Ordered/reserved a part online. Receive email stating part was available. Drove ten miles fifteen minutes after recieving email confirming part was available. Get to the store and they initially have no record of my order. I show the guy at the desk my confirmation with the order number and he finally locates my order. He goes to the back and comes back stating they do no have he part in and could order it. What a waste of time reserving the part and my time driving there. We need up going to Advance and getting the same part for $20 cheaper and when I told them what happened at Napa they gave me an additional 25% off.
