Georgia Baby and Kids is THE place to shop for childrens furniture! The products are high quality and the customer service amazing, so refreshing to find nowadays! I do not live near the store, but Mary, one of the sales managers, lives in my neck of the woods. I ordered an item that was shipped to the store and she offered to meet me on a day off with the item to save me an hour plus drive! AMAZING! I wish more establishments valued their customers as much as Georgia Baby and Kids.

Hands down the best selection for quality furniture and gliders in Atlanta. If something is full price - wait!! They usually have 10-20% off sales every few weeks. One warning: go earlier than later in pregnancy- our 6-8 week delivery estimate has turned into 10+.

The experience was great! The staff was informed, the quality is amazing, and the selection is immense! I cant think of a better store for children and baby furniture than GB & K. The furniture was awesome but the helpful staff really made the difference for me.

My father received his childhood bedroom furniture from my grandfather when my grandfather moved into assistant living. My son ended up with a dresser, headboard, footboard, and rails, but no mattress. We went to Georgia Baby and Kids and Hillary Goodrich helped us get a great deal on a new pillow-top mattress set. She was very knowledgeable about what was needed and our options given that we were trying to put a modern mattress on an older bed. We ended up with exactly what we needed and my son claims he has the best mattress in the house!

I was shopping for nursery furniture this weekend and had a wonderful experience. My wife and I recently purchased a full nursery set from Georgia Baby and Kids and could not be happier. Their showroom is absolutely beautiful and they offer a very large selection. Make sure to ask for David, as he took such great care of us. Not only was he extremely knowledgable but very personable and patient. We purchased our set on a Monday and had it delivered that weekend. As first time parents to be we highly recommend Georgia Baby and Kids and will definitely be going back for baby nursery number two.

The store and customer service are one star.Love the furniture (5 stars) and there is really no where else to purchase it.Make sure that you LOVE LOVE the furniture because the staff will be nice to you once they have the sale and then let your furniture sit in the warehouse without contacting you.I felt like I had a part-time job working on getting my furniture, except I never got paid. Communication is very poor and store likes to make excuses and casting blame on furniture maker (which isnt my big issue). There job is to take care of shipping/receiving and customer service and none of it was done well.

I am writing to give David Hussey a HUGE thank you for the work he did for us on our convertible crib. We had an issue with the rails and David made numerous phone calls, spent personal time trying to resolve it and finally made a trip to our house to make it all perfect. This is the best display of customer service I have seen in a very long time. He and his staff were wonderful and I highly recommend Georgia Baby and Kids!Suzanne

I visited their showroom this last week. I admit I did not purchase anything in the store except a gumball for my daughter. However, their showroom was awesome. Most of their furniture was high end and very well made. There were some items that appeared to be lesser quality but the vast majority was really nice. The staff member I dealt with was very cordial and pleasant. Some of the other individuals that worked there seemed to be disinterested and were buried in their phones. I dont know what their setup is as far as salespersons go, but there were several people kid of looking around for help. One man was very helpful, the other two were just sitting around and appeared to not be doing much but doing stuff on their phone. I wish I had caught the gentelmans name that helped me because he was so pleasant. Seems like it is the place to go for quality kids furniture that you wont find everywhere.

I can say without a doubt that Georgia Baby and Kids has one of the nicest showrooms I have seen. They have a great variety, and when we met Hillary, we really thought that we had found the best place to purchase our furniture. She not only helped us find out what would best fit our room, but was willing to help get it to us, which was a long way away from Norcross.Unfortunately, thats where our good experience ended. We purchased a Young America Crib and were told we would have a 8 week wait. After the 8 weeks, we were told there was a problem with Young Americas production line and that we may have to wait until late September or October, which was 5 months after we ordered. With this estimated time of furniture arrival, we were looking months after our daughter was born. Well, at this time, we were frustrated that there was no furniture and poor communication between Young America and Georgia Baby, so Georgia Baby gave me the email of the president of Young America, a Mr. David Petersen. He could only comment: I am truly sorry to have failed you and your wife and Georgia Baby so miserably. He offered no remedy or restitution, not even to pay for the shipping, much less a legitimate reparation for bad service. In sum, just a We got your money, we screwed up, and we hope you like your crib if you ever get it.We finally got our furniture more than 5 weeks after our daughter was due. Unfortunately, Georgia Baby forgot to send a mattress - come on. Georgia Baby is hard to figure out. They have a great store and nice people, but their drive to fight for the customer getting the product seemed to be outweighed by their annoyance with the manufacturer. They answered questions when called, but they didnt go above and beyond to make the situation right.

I have some friends who recently purchased their daughter a school desk and hutch from Georgia Baby. They werent entirely sure what kind of desk they should get but found the staff really knowledgeable. They ended up extremely pleased with the quality and it came in really quickly.

My partner and I were preparing for our daughter to finally join our family and needed a toddler bedroom set. Expecting my first baby so I needed help with furniture and decorating. Sales people were very eager to help and very patient because I had trouble making up my mind as to what furniture and excessories I wanted. The store has a very large assortment of furniture and the displays are beautifully decorated giving everyone a great idea of how the room will look when you get the nursery done at home. After I finally decided on the items I wanted one had to be special ordered. David the store manager was so sweet and kind to me when I asked him if he could do a special order for me. My sweet baby girl Jerrico loves her room.

My husband and I came last weekend to look at nursery furniture for our first child. Our salesperson was Randy. At first he seemed helpful and then it was downhill from there. The store has beautiful furniture and we really liked the designer Romina. We left knowing what we were looking for. A couple days later we saw a crib we really like go on clearance. I immediately called the store to purchase it. Randy was busy with another customer and said he would call me right back. Fine. He called back and read the description of the crib from the website. He said he would check and call back. He quoted me the price on the wrong crib. I again read the description and price from their website. I was going to tell him he was mistaking the crib for the other Romina crib on sale but he hung up on me as I started to tell him. He called back and told me I gave him the wrong description. Despite his rudeness, I proceeded to purchase the crib and he was to email me the receipt. I get the email but no attachment. I called back three times before another associate finally sent me the attachment. We came today to pick up our crib. Randy showed us where the crib was and then walked away. I had to ask for someone to help us load it. I had to ask for my receipt. I asked them to take it apart for us to transport and they didnt. At that point, we just wanted to get the hell out of there. There was no further communication from the staff. I later posted a review on their Facebook page and received a very rude response.

I was very pleased with my experience to georgia baby and kids! Hillary Goodrich was my sales rep! She was very courteous and eager to answer all my questions! Furniture for a babies room is a big deal! Feeling extremly overwelmed at first! I was torn between 2 brands completely different styles! Hillary never rushed me and made sure i was comfortable with my decision! She even gave me a few cute decorating ideas! I am so pleased with my visit to the store as well as my purchase! I will be returning soon and referring my friends and coworkers!! :)

This place is pretty amazing! I had no idea there was so much cool kids furniture out there.I soon learned i had my work cut out for me when i walked into this huge store to help my sister pick-out a crib as a present (im an awesome brother btw) Lucky for us the staff were attentive without being pushy.Our sales guy Brady was very cool and was able to help us out with all of our questions and helped us finally reach a decision. A pleasant experience all around.My only complaint is the overwhelming selection (ha ha) Check it out..its so worth the trip.

This store has such a huge selection, I was not sure I would be able to decide before my baby got here! I thought I wanted white baby furniture but when I saw all the beautiful sets they had in espresso, I was torn. The lady was so patient and helpful while I went back and forth and she never once made me feel like I was being a bother. It took a couple trips in for me to make up my mind but once my furniture arrived, I knew I had made the right choice! The delivery team was so nice and even suggested I use the other wall to better make use of my space. My baby is here now and she sleeps every night in her Georgia Baby crib. There is a reason why you should shop local and with people who have been in business forever. Save yourself the time and dont even bother shopping anywhere else!

We had a very positive experience with Georgia Baby (and a few individuals) -- and will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone!Our little guy arrives in October so back in May we visited Georgia Baby for the first time. Prior to us making the 2 hour drive to Norcross, we did some research on their website and had emailed a few questions and inquiries into their team. Within a few hours of sending the email, Kathren got right back to us with the information we needed. When we went to the store, we chose to work with Kathren. She was so sweet -- and very genuine, helping us to confirm our intended selection after taking us around to look at all the offerings. We chose a collection from Babys Dream. The ordering process was easy and we were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Our furniture arrived within that time frame and was delivered.In the meantime, we went back at the end of May to Georgia Baby to select the chair and ottoman for our sweet boys nursery. David Hussey, the GM, is who helped us, and David was a really special guy! He gave us all of our options (I think I sat in 50 chairs), helped us make our selection and choose a fabric, and sent us on our way. He was knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable. When you select a custom chair fabric, be aware it can take 8-12 weeks to come in so I wouldnt waste time on choosing a chair especially since we are all up against our babys due date! And the chair is an important part of the nursery!No pushy sales people at this place --- at least with Kathren and David....just genuine folks who love what they do and are trying to help nervous and clueless first time parents make the best decision!When our initial furniture delivery arrived, there were a few minor scratches and after sending David the pictures, he sprung into action and we had a resolution within a few hours. David went above and beyond in our opinion, in terms of customer service, and its so rare this happens these days, we really wanted him to know how much we appreciated it!Today we accepted the delivery of our chair and ottoman and replacement furniture and everything arrived (after being hand inspected by David) in perfect condition. Now we just have to wait for our sons arrival.Please go to see Kathren and David at Georgia Baby --- it wil be worth it!

I never knew there were so many kinds of bunkbeds out there. My wife wanted one for the grandkids, so we found your store online and made the trip to Norcross. Paul made it easy to figure out which one would work best for us and we didnt even have to wait for it. It went together pretty quickly and the grandkids love it.
