Good prices. Shipping was over $22 when it shouldve been about $9, at checkout it gave me a number for shipping but once I clicked to finalize my order I was charged over $22. The reason for that was probably the weight of my balloons or whatever, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. One of the bags of balloons I ordered wasnt in stock so they refunded my money for that but still over charged me for shipping. I ordered on 8/4 during the day and order still isnt here. Didnt have the best online experience

Love how easy and organized shopping is here! Either order online or shop in store. Plus you can see what the balloons look like since they not only have samples already inflated, you can inflate samples they have in store.

While waiting in line to checkout, I witnessed a customer who asked the cashier for help but was rudely ignored. She then asked again for help the 2nd time and cashier gave her a dirty look before cursing at the customer. The manager Bill came out without knowing what was happening and started loudly arguing saying racial slurs with the customer who didn’t do anything wrong but ask for help. This is so unacceptable and needs to be reported to the reported to a higher management that’s more professional with customer.The whole experience made me so uncomfortable. The store wasn’t even busy. He obviously had some type of prejudice towards her. That was clear! Will never be back until they address these issues.

Would not shop here again, I arrived @3:30 and little help was offered. Bill was occupied with a frequent shopper, and to this point, I only know his name is Bill because the frequent shopper called his name and received abundant aid when solicited. The other employees offered NO help. I suspect this is the case because it is observed that I was new to the understanding of balloons. Overall, customer service was minimal, and I would not recommend shopping here if looking to understand balloons.

After reading the reviews, my hope is that today was an poor anomaly.Unfortunately, there wasn’t a warm greeting upon entering—in fact, no one greeted me. Bill was providing help to what seems like a well-known balloon designer which cause him to be busy and occupied. Bill answered my initial questions, but every interaction after was limited.I came to familiarize myself with the various brands, but learned quickly that I would have to rely on self. The other employees were busy either stocking products or pulling products for online orders. In passing, they were mute. I asked a question to one employee, but it was ignored—my guess is that if you’re not a regular shopper here or well-known balloon artist, the value of your experience isn’t a high priority. It wasn’t until my hand basket begin to fill that Bill offered a shopping cart to me. And, to my prior point, their ignorance to you is evident because they were observed speaking with two other customers that seems seasoned visitors (one even welcomed to the back stock). Bill made sure to grab a multitude of bags for the other designer while again, the others minded their business. When I got to the register to check out, she did not ask if I found my items with ease. And, after spending $380 dollars, they seemed a bit more interested in my forthcoming jobs. I guess, your experience is built on your intent to buy or your frequency to the store. I will not be visiting again, I recommend those novice to balloons to research on their own or visit with no expectations.

Mann I went in this place looking for some balloons for nieces nephews daughters uncles birthday. I went in there expecting some trash generic ballons but boy was I suprised, there was like a lot of balloons no cap dawg. I was kinda overwhelmed cause I ain’t never seen that many balloons in my life, I asked one of the employees for help and guess what, they helped. They was so kind and helpful, gave me so good options for balloons, better than the ones I had went to go get, I also got a thing of helium and that thing filled to the brim, been using the same thing no refill for the past week and it still not ran out. All I gotta say is the employees helpful, store is good will be shopping here more often

The staff is rude. No customer service at all. You are not allowed to ask any questions. Not on the phone, or in person. They snap at you and will not assist at all. Been there twice and it’s no different. I will be shopping from other sellers online and deal with lead times rather than deal with the rudeness and ignorance.

I loved shopping here. Its primarily an online distributor, however; their store was well set with all the balloon essentials. Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Before I came here, I was beginning to doubt Id ever find a store where the staff knew even basics of balloons. The only downsides is the location is a bit of an effort to get to. Definitely making another trip back.

THE BEST HELIUM VENDOR EVER! I had no trouble at all renting from these professionals. They made the entire process from online to in store very easy and due to some unfortunate circumstances I had to return my tank late and they were more than understanding. 1st time customer, very impressed with the great customer service. They took time to explain how to use equipment properly so that I would not have any fear using helium. The instructions were clear where I was able to instruct someone else how to use the equipment safely. The prices are great compare to buying a helium tank from Walmart. The small tank $54+ tax can fill up to 75 - 12inch balloons where Walmart cost $55 for 50 - 9 balloon. Better bargain and you have up to three days to return. I will use them again and refer them to all my friends and co-workers. Chow!!!
