I think the company needs to do a better job at communicating their pet policy. Their website simply says that they are “dog friendly” without any other specifications. So, we think we can bring in our very well behaved dog. But no, once we get there we realize we would have to carry the dog at all times - hey this is a private business, if that’s the way they think works best that’s completely fine - but make it known as to avoid confusion. Our dog, as well as most larger breeds are not going to like being held for very long (I know some dogs might, but not larger breeds) needless to say we got caught up in the rain trying to get into the store, and then on the way out. Not coming back.

They call themselves dog friendly but they are not. The staff asked me if my dog was a service animal and that if it isnt they have to leave or be held the whole time. I told the lady my dog is an emotional support dog, to which she said I understand but she would have to be either held by you the whole time or leave the store. My dog is a 4 month old samoyed puppy (around 25 pounds so absolutely not a lap or purse dog). So we were pretty much walked outside where it was pouring, no consideration given even as an emotional support animal. If you are not a dog friendly store PLEASE do not call yourselves as such as we dog owners particularly search for stores dog friendly before heading in!! Not shopping here anymore.

Not a pleasant experience. 8-22-21 1450Overheard store manager Channel belittle another employee in front of the whole store. This particular employee was informing Channel, that she was going to take a lunch brake. Manager Channel stated gosh shes worse that the little kids I got in the store.The little kids were my kids and very well behaved at that. The way she treated the other employee ( a woman twice her age) was very demeaning and borderline ageism, especially in front of customers. Will be contacting corporate!

Had to stand in line, but it went quickly, associates very helpful. Kudos to (Cashier #3531948) for taking the time to go through all my items to make sure I got what I wanted. She made me aware of the items that were and were not on sale. For her to do that on a day like today, which was very busy, meant the world to me. The Forum is my favorite store, because of the associates. Especially this lady!!

First time at this store. Nice area. Friendly and helpful staff.

For the last year or so the new people they have (mainly one in particular) are so overbearing. Their greeting to enter the store is so loud and obnoxious. Many times they are on you asking what youre looking for and wont just let you shop. Thankfully, on my latest trip after I got through the entrance brigade I didnt have any issues. Just calm down a little.

Second time at this location and the service is amazing. Greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Asked if I needed any help. Great customer service is rare and Cindy went above and beyond to assist me. Keep up the great work. Perimeter mall Bath and Body sucks FYI. Don’t spend your money there. The Forum is where it’s at. Pretty small location but the service is great. They always answer the phone and will let you know if an item is in stock. Easy in and out service.

Its very rude and annoying to start cleaning when a customer is ready to have their items purchased. I understand wiping down the counters but turning your back from us and start ramaging through other things while your customer waiting felt like she was just deliberately trying to avoid us this was just unnecessary and unprofessional if you dont want to serve my kind just quit !!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Very nice store well-organized and friendly sales associates. They have a lot of clearance and 50% off items for the holidays. Almost every item they have they have a sample that you can try. They have very yummy smelling holiday soaps and candles that make great gifts for yourself or others. Most of the items here are very affordable for the quality. Highly recommend them!

The manager of this store was very rude. I explained that the charge was wrong and that they could not reiterate my money for the type of card I use. Despite that he did and created a new purchase. I ended up leaving the place without the products and waiting for my money until almost 15 days. Very bad for not listening to the client and making decisions believing to solve the claim.👎👎👎

I love BAth and body works but some workers here need to get better .I went like 2 weeks ago I told the cashier she need my number for the reward points so she don’t answer me she don’t ask for number and again I told her and she print the receipt and say ups just call customer service 😑 That was the first time and the last time I’m going to this store .

Standard Bath and Body works store. Lots of overpriced soap and candles, but my wife and daughter love them.

Ive been to this location several times and Im always impressed with how nice the employees are.Usually when I visit, I have something to exchange. Bath And Body Works has a 100% guarantee youll like it or you can return the item or exchange it for something else, as long as you havent used more than half the product.I purchased a two pack of Brilliant Citrus plugin refills online. They smelled wretched. Even the sales lady, Dorian, thought they smelled like lemony cleanser you might find at the dollar store.Anyway, even without a receipt I was able to exchange them for two new (and much better smelling) plugins. No muss, no fuss.The store is always well stocked and organized. If you give them your email address, theyll send you good coupons.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable sales associates! The only thing is that they no longer accept RetailMeNot coupons. You have to have your own coupons which you get from the mail box or e-mail coupons from your e-mail.. not from any third party coupons and you cant use screen shot coupons either.. they wont allow it! But other than that.. they know their products which I love!!! This is my favorite Bath and Body Works store!!!They also do FREE gift wrapping if there isnt a line full of people or you could let them wrap it and come back later for it!

I accompany my wife to the store. Sometimes at other stores youre not felt welcome this is not the case at Bath & Body Works. Asaf treats me as if Im going to spend $100 on soaps and candles even though we both know its not going to happen.

While checking out the manager snapped at me “where did you get this candle it goes to a set”! I was confused by this because I asked a employee where the relax candle we’re and she took me to it on the self. I didn’t get it a employee there got it and why was this women yelling at me! I told her what happen she then said show me where you she got and who can give it to you. So I had get out of line and walked her to where the employee gave it to me and then point out who. I couldn’t believe how rude she was and she humiliated me in front of other customers. To top it off while I stood there for just a minute thinking if I should even spend my money and check out she yelled at me “there other customers in line if you’re not checking out move to the side”
