Flawless customer service, they’re always willing to help and go above and beyond to get what you need or want. I never have a bad experience at this Publix and always leave more than satisfied. I come here regularly for lunch and groceries. The deli and bakery staff is great and Gabbie is tremendous. They are all very prompt and personable. I enjoy my shopping experience everytime. Thank you.

Not the biggest or best, but Im constantly surprised by how nice the people are here. Pretty sure every person in a green shirt asked me how I was doing as I walked by them. Wouldnt go out of my way to get here but Im happy they are on my way home.

Smaller sized Publix but has everything we needed. Makes for quick grocery stops.

Meat department employee was helping me with an order. Another customer walked up. Employee then proceed to walk away from helping me to help customer. When he was finished assisting customer he proceeded to walk into the back and sweep the floor. I got another employee ( Department manager) to finish my order.

Produce looked fresh.The store was clean. Items easy to find for an out of towner.

They need to have more of a smoked meat section.

Publix customer service is always outstanding. Where do they find these people! Plus you can always leave happy with a BOGO.

Better customer service than the Orchard Park Kroger on Dunwoody Club Dr. in Sandy Springs. This complaint is for the Deli Dept. Poor customer service. The deli meat slicer employee closed early and said to take the meat from the area of presliced meats that was cut at 9:00am., however no issues cutting fresh meat at Publux. Friendly employees with great work attitudes at Publix super market at Spaulding Corners shopping center.

Every time we orders subs online, it is never ready when indicated and often they have not even started working on the order by the time we arrive. The employees will often make an excuse for this or that but I think management needs to make more of an effort here. We like the subs but not waiting in line after having already ordered online prior to our visit.

Very clean store! All the staff is wonderful, from the seafood department, the bakery, and deli all the way to the end of my trip with the cashiers! Never had a bad experience and you can always feel their smiles behind these crazy mask!! Jintora has checked my groceries out a few times he’s very sweet and personable and always makes the customer experience unique by the way he engages in conversation with everyone! During times like this, this is what we need!! Keep up the good work!!

I like this Publix! It’s a smaller one, but they have a good supply of items. The whole staff is pleasant, from the deli staff in back to the cashiers, baggers, and greeters up front. The bakery staff even spoke as I walked by. Lol! Great customer service!

Lets compare Publix to Kroger.Kroger. Pros: its a little cheaper. Cons: its always crowded; its always cluttered; what youre looking for is frequently out of stock; half the time, you have to bag your own groceries and when they do bag them, theyll put canned goods with your bread and bleach with your produce; the carts are hard to push.Publix. Pros: its neat, orderly, and easy to get around; you never have to bag your own stuff, and the baggers know how to separate items; the carts are super easy to push. Cons: its a little more expensive.

Its rather small compared to other Publix. However everyone is always nice and the means a lot.

Great bakery here st the Little Publix. I ordered a cake after 12:00p pm NOON on a Friday that I needed Saturday. They gad my cake made 3 hours before promised! It was awesome.

This is my favorite Publix when I need basic items. It is a smaller store so they dont have wide variety of items that a larger store would have but they normally have everything I have on my shopping list. The store is kept clean and the staff is always friendly. The best part is it is a smaller store so you can get around in it very quickly and be in and out in just a few minutes!

I made a quick stop nothing changed just still dreary here.

Staff was friendly, the entrance set up is very cramped and its smaller than the other publix in the area. Also many items I normally get were more expensive and not as many sales.

Poor deli customer service. I placed my order ahead of time. Only half of my order was ready and that was wrong. I had to wait while they made my other sandwich. I was late meeting my friend in the park for lunch. Please do better.

I just want to share that this store has had several mishaps over the last year. Today I experienced deangelo which is new in the deli department! He makes these sandwiches like a true artist ! The other ladies there literally throws the food together sloppy sandwiches. My sandwich was perfect ! My husband sandwich was amazing and service was perfect ! The cashier was not as friendly as she normally is but I’ll just take it as she was having a bad day.

I love this Publix. I have gone there for years, and the people there are super friendly and helpful. In particular, Andrew is professional and always ready to help. The store is clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this store.

This place has customer service various sometimes its good sometimes its down right terrible and can ruin your day.

Good for a QUICK Publix stop. But, not for BIG Shopping, as they have Limited sections.

Cooked chicken I bought last night from their deli area, two boxes, I was angry to find when I got home that it was all burned and as dry as jerky.

I just had the most WHERE SHOPPING IS A PLEASURE MOMENT with Lillie in the deli and Lisa in management. With all of the chaos and confusion in a day, these ladies help me end my day on a good note with kindness and courtesy.

Its a great store overall with great people BUT this is for the DELI dept. Between 4-6pm is dinner time how many times customers going to come to your department and you guys are just start making the rotisserie chicken and dont have anything ready...common sense ladies....I will send a certified letter to their home office in Lakeland...I understand the first couple of times...but not 2-3 days a week...

I felt very safe during my visit today, given all the virus fears. There was a gentleman at the entrance wiping down every cart with disinfectant before giving them to customers. There was also someone in gloves wiping down the registers after every customer. I appreciate the hard work, Publix! Ill be back soon.

I am just not overall happy with this store. The staff is touch and go. One day you could walk in and you’re overwhelmed with the experience. Everything is what you expect when you walk into a Publix. Then the next day is like “WHAT JUST HAPPENED???” You look around and say “Is this the same store?” It’s crazy.I’ve not seen improvements in the service deli. I truly feel the management and clerks need to be rotated out with fresh new faces THAT ACTUALLY CARE AND MOVE THIER BUTTS WHEN THEY SEE THAT 3 OR MORE PEOPLE WAITING TO BE SERVICED are1. ACKNOWLEDGED!!2. GREETED WITH A SMILE3. PROMPTLY WAITED ON.Not just told someone will be with you and there are 4 people behind the counter but only one is actually taking care of customers.Salute!!I’m going to Kroger. They have same branded meat and much better slicers that are always sharpened and clean and much swifter service.Thanks

They have some really friendly people to greet you at the entrance of the store. It certainly is one of the smaller Publix that I’ve been in, yet they still offer a good variety of items throughout their location.

We visit this Publix several times a week and we prefer it to any other grocery store in the area. Yes, it is smaller and yes, there are a few specialty items that they don’t carry, but they always have the NYTimes and yummy sandwiches. Of course they also have the best baked goods, and loads of staple items which means we don’t have to drive more than 5 minutes to prepare a meal. Their deli has prepared sandwich party trays for us several times and they were excellent. We have always found the staff to be helpful and willing to locate items we need. The parking lot can be a bit of a challenge especially with the addition of the senior living facilities nearby and the MARTA bus blocking the view of people exiting the parking lot.

This used to be my favorite little Publix but I just went in today and went to the Western Union and there was a rude employee Mandy she threw me my ID. Just Because I didnt know how much I was going to receive from the Western Union. She act like I owe her money🤷

This place is A ok with me and my staff at work. We held a Super Bowl party back in February and needed 300 cupcakes within a couple of days notice. No problem. We placed the order, gave a date and time and voila it was done. We went to the store to pick them up before 10am and they were ready. No issues. No waiting and because it was so many of them we got an escort from Publix to the car and guess what? Their associate helped us strategically put those huge boxes in the back seat of the car. Not an easy feat but it was done with no issues or complaints.This Publix is on the smaller scale. Very intimate and to be honest the employees treat you like you are in good company.

I love Publix don’t get me wrong, however no matter which Publix I go to the deli staff is very unpleasant and rude. At this particular Publix i went to the deli to pick up food and literally stood there for 10 mins before one of the two women behind the counter acknowledged me. Both women saw me when I came up but continued to do side task as i stood there. When one of them finally noticed me her greeting to me was “Yes” with a frown on her face as if i was in the way or something. Please do better at hiring deli staff.

This Publix makes it very hard to find things and does not have a lot of things that others do. Not to mention they don’t even have an aisle labeled under pasta! Who does that?Or international for that matter. The associates were friendly at least

The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. Great selection of producw. The however part is that it is pretty small for a grocery store and will most likely be missing a favorite item or brand when you visit.

Mandy ... not my idea of what a customer service assistant should be, she was unhelpful, unfriendly & made me feel unwanted, you’re supposed to assist and treat everyone with dignity and respect, not look at them like they’re gross!

Excellent customer service with smiles as always. This is one of smaller Publix stores, Mini Publix. Being a smaller store, it may carry fewer varieties of grocery items. There is no self check out registers.

Great neighborhood store! People are so friendly and helpful! Publix is almost always nice...but this location feels like its in a small town and very personal. Smaller than most but has most anything you need.

Nice, clean. Deli service: ZERO. Consistently slow and under staffed. The cashiers are awesome: efficient and polite. Every time I neee to buy deli products it’s always the same ordeal.

I always get a feeling of refreshment when walking into Publix. I especially come for the red velvet cupcakes that they have. Ive tried bakeries and other stores but no one can ever compare to the red velvet cupcakes that they have. Yum!

My family loves little Publix. You can do your shopping a lot faster than on the bigger Publix stores and the employees are always very nice and competent.

I usually go to the deli for lunch, They are very quick and friendly. I usually know what I want unless they are having some type of deal on an item, regardless they are alwyas very consistant on their menu. Fresh meats, fresh vegies and bread!!
