We plan to get our kitchen a great fresh, modern style without the huge cost of new cabinets.Ive got several options with price quotes. Procraft is the most knowledgeable and professional way of doing business and which earned our business. The coating is superior to other competitors. The total cost was in the middle of the market. The installation technician was fantastic! So neat and professional. He followed to all of my requests and made everything happen smoothly. We are so glad we found Procraft and this team... they are the best!!

I called Mr David Ivanitskiy after getting his number referred by Timberlake cabinets, and he wasnt able to pick up. I gave it some time before calling again, and on the meantime he responded back thru an SMS telling me to leave him a msg.. Happens that I didnt recognized the number and asked Who is that. He just replied Who are you, because I have a call from you and subsequently said Dont worry, im blocking your number..I guess this was awesome, that I had the opportunity to dont even build a relationship with such a rude individual/company.. There is plenty of business for those folks now, and I think they think it will last forever, so they can treat customers like second class citizens. Market will go down, and you will need customers, dont forget thatMr David, You have no idea on what customer experience is, suggest you to get more training on how to use your business phone!Print screen attached for reference.

They have good people working down there in the warehouse and in the office. they are very reasonable prices in the quality of the items are reasonable.

If i could give this place a 0 i would, Very low on quality on cabinets they chip very easily!, they are NOT how they look on floor samples we haved professionals assembled them, i would like to share our experience with this companyWe placed and other for a gray one as you can see in the pictures, they send us the wrong color instead of gray they send white, the guys working on the house where almost done doing the assembly but when we got there we notice they send the wrong color so not only we lost money in Labor but also in pick up and delivery, we had to take them back wich it was 1:00 hour with traffic!!! we came back to assembly and guess what??? they where missing the hinges!!! 🙄so here we are with WRONG DOORS and Needing Hinges that should have come in the 2 messed up so i had to drive back and get everything straight, since we are SO busy we decided toorder again, second time we ordered we came across the same issue WRONG DOOR and 1 WRONG cabinet but now this time THE SALES manager such a big title for so unprofessional employee, got it personal she wanted to proof it was our mistake 😆of course just like the same color they send ( now gray looks white right) she went on her coworkers desk got the order and did her professional search 😂, then left the sales floor alone to walk all the way through the warehouse and drive way to get to my car as the guys loaded the RIGHT thing (the warehouse manager had to help her since customer service skills lacked) she got to my car screaming and saying we where wrong and she said have a good day laughing and walking away i feel very sorry for her and who ever owns this company because someone with her skills would only provide the bad experience we had and in the business industry this affects everyone trying to provide the best service in any way possible i would like to address anyone interested in this company that you must likely will experience the same thing if things don’t change in this work environment.we will no longer do business with this company very unprofessional, disorganized and bad customer service experience.ps email general manager about this situation so No one has to go through this experience

Extremely rude and unprofessional male receptionist. Another millennial airpod zombie with no social skills.. The guys in the back just bring out a bunch of unlabeled cardboard boxes, dont go over your order with you to make sure you have everything and expect you to sign for your order completely unsure if you got everything you ordered or not. The are super-friendly taking your money but once they have it they absolutely no customer service in the back end. Sheesh! Ridiculous!!

This cabinet store did a great job on my kitchen order. There were a couple of items out of stock and they even tried hard to get it from another ProCraft location to make sure the project is done on time. Highly recommend!

Customer service manager Kim is wonderful. She is fast and organized. The cabinets are high quality with reasonable prices. This is the place to go.

I have to say, this is one of the worst place you could go to. My fault that I didn’t make enough research before I choose Procraft. I regret to death. They mis measured my cabinet size, because the designer Trent did not notice our old cabinets are installed in the floor. Therefore we customized the cabinets but we can not use them. It is not the end yet, I was mad and I started to talk with them and want them to make it up, they told me no, it’s not their responsibility to match our old cabinets. I was exhausted from arguing with them, I am a sales person too, I do not understand how can a company survive with such customer service. In the end, I was too exhausted to keep fighting for my cabinets. I paid another 500 for the mistake that they make, they fixed them and installed them for me. The funny part was the construction builder that Procraft sent to us looked at our cabinets and told me I completely understand why you r so mad, these cabinets are all messed up !

The cabinets have good quality, and they are very professional. They provide very good customer service. I highly recommend this cabinet store.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, poor communication skills, the samples are different from cabinets once it gets deliver. Quality of cabinets is very low. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

I would not recommend ProCraft under any circumstance. My designer ordered my kitchen cabinetry here and the experience has been disastrous. Many of the new cabinets arrived damaged. It was a struggle to get someone to take a look at the damage. When the replacement items came, there was even more damage. And when the replacement of the replacement came, it was the wrong size and with missing panels. I still have items that arent up to par but, at this point, I just need my kitchen back. PLEASE check every single item you receive and dont assume because its new and in a box that its worth the dollar you paid for it. And please dont use RNC Interiors (Robert Cohen) who installed their showroom cabinets. The showroom looks great but check out the backsplash that his team installed and, ultimately, abandoned my project - crooked and missing backsplash, outlets dangling from the wall and all. Worse experience I have ever had with cabinets. Quality wasn’t correct measurements wasn’t correct and even the product wasn’t correct. We picked something out of the showroom they sent something different and claimed they changed the style and that’s what you get. now that we approached them to see how we can fix the issue they told me with attitude what do you want us to do about it. Worse experience stay away.

We purchased cabinets from procraft to the tune of $30k, earlier this year.Our understanding from them was that the cut outs will fit std appliances.The cabinets like we expected, but the std double oven and microwave cannot fit (spaces too small),We contacted the vendor, who was dismissive and suggested that the installers can make required changes.I am dissatisfied that the cut outs dont work, and the vendor is uncaring now that they have been paid.I will NOT recommend them for those reasons ...

Great Cabinets!Just bought the cabinets for the studio apartment and main house. Cabinets design was designed by Montoya in the showroom. Cabinets went together perfectly. Only suggestion I will make on assembling them is to have som titebond glue for joints. Makes for a very very sturdy build.Thanks again for helping with the cabinets
