Update: Run and dont do business with Drop Mobile.I took the car to check the alarm, and they said the installation was a crazy job and thats why Ive been having issues day 1.They said they can fix it, but I decided to go with a new car alarm system. And they helped us so well and professional. I regret doing business with Drop Mobile ans I will not trust any other independent company, and it is so sad because there is so many honest independent people out there that. I spent so much money with Drop Mobile, but my fault. I am happy who I just did business with.Not happy with him. My mom always having issues with the alarm. It goes off all time for no reason. You call leave a message and never return your car and you text, they say he will come by and NEVER does and now my mother car doesnt start due to the alarm system, the battery to her car works. This is really bad service.

Great work! They replaced a remote starter on my car and everything worked perfectly, they cleaned up after themselves (no little snips of wires, etc., left on the floorboard, etc.) and service was friendly, punctual, and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Great, professional, and convenient. I found Drops Mobile via Amazon Home Services and hired them to install a backup sensor in my daughters car. The cost was several hundred dollars, but the work was complex and required several hours to complete. I paid a premium over some other online offers, but I still saved money over going to the dealership or a place like Best Buy. In the end the car looks great and the sensors are doing their job. I would not hesitate to hire Drops Mobile again.

Drops did a fantastic job with my wifes automatic start install. DeShawn gave me some excellent advise on which starter and accessories to purchase to fit what I wanted for her car. He responded timely with an accurate quote when asked. Their prices were actually a little better than their competition but what sold me was that they came to my house to do the work in my driveway! No need to drop it off all day at another place. They showed me how to use the new starter and let me test it a few times before they left. Excellent, professional service! I will definitely use them in the future.

I contacted DeShawn for an install of a head unit and backup camera I had purchased. He was the pure definition of professional in every sense of the word.I contacted Drops mobile because with 2 young children I watch, it was going to be very difficult to take my vehicle to a location and have the installation done and keep my kids occupied. This solution knocked out two birds with one stone.He came to my house and performed the installation and during the installation he made the recommendation the head unit I purchased was not a good one. His claim was completely substantiated as upon the install the unit was not functioning properly. During the whole process, he kept me informed and in the know.I contacted him a few days after for a recommendation on a better head unit. We came up with a solution that met my requirements and out he came a few days later to install the new head unit, clean as a whistle.The price of everything was completely fair and reasonable. Strongly competitive with anything youd get at an installation location. I plan on getting some more work done to my vehicle and Drops will be the first place I contact.

This place is amazing and i cannot say enough about them. I had a 7 inch in dash system installed in my 2009 Mustang and I hit a snag because my car came with a Shaker 500. The owner called me and explained what I was going to need in order to get my new system installed. He even gave me the option to buy it myself and he came out and installed in once it was delivered. I was so impressed with his honesty i decided to keep my business with him because i was also interested in having an alarm system installed. He gave me a great deal on an a Python alarm system with a remote stater. He installed everything all in one day and even gave me a good rate for installing the back camera i had. The staff was professional and took their time to do the job right. I didnt have to go somewhere and wait to get it done. The best part is that they come to you to do the service and since i work from home they came to my place and worked on my car while I was working .

Having trouble getting them to repair a remote starter. They set up a appointment but never showed up and went return my calls or messages I paid cash for the remote and now that it dont work they dontknow me Charles Stephens.i think the good reviews drops get are put there by drops service them self I have tried for a month to get them to call or text they wont do it since I paid cash for him to install a remote starter that dont work is keep writing bad reviews and call the co. He buys from and let them know how bad service he gives. The next is the better business bureau.see what they will do. Remember if you like being ripped off then Drops mobile service is the place go.i call them Drops no service

Shawn was fantastic to work with, couldnt say enough good things about this company, the service and the products. Get your installation done while youre at work and less expensive than the other two places I checked. Shawn talked me through my options and ultimately saved me from probably buying an inferior product. Will definitely use again and recommend.

DeShawn is a good guy and straight up knows his stuff. I called him a few weeks ago and discussed what I could buy on my own and what he could install. He came out this past Monday for the install. I am very happy with the final product, he installed AMP/Sub Woofer, dash cam on my rear view mirror and back up camera, and a new stereo. Great job and I have no issues recommending his services to all. Plus, he comes to your location, even better. Two thumbs up.

DeShawn knows his stuff and was great with my classic car, which had a few oddities he was familiar with. Having him to the house was not only convenient, but saved me a lot of money because I did not have to pay high dealer markup for the equipment I chose. Highly recommended.

What a great experience. Installer came to my house and spent about an hour installing the iPod interface. He was personable, professional, and spent time showing us how to use our new interface. Would definitely use them again.

First impression is a lasting impression!!! I was seeking a professional company to install a sub/amp combo in my vehicle. I decided to do some research prior to driving to a local shop. I saw many positive reviews for Drops Mobile, so decided to contact them for an appointment. That’s where it all ends. I’ve called several times, emailed this company twice, left voicemail messages, and text (which were the methods of contact listed on the website). This all occurred over a two week period. Not once have I heard from anyone associated with this company. Professionalism starts far before the first wire is spliced. I guess I’m the only potential customer that has had this experience. After two weeks of attempts, I decided to write an honest review.Updated 6/29/18: Wow.... I’ve been calling, emailing, and texting to get a response from this guy and a simple negative review gets an immediate response. How simple is it to answer a phone or respond to an email stating that you’re extremely busy and as soon as we can, we can schedule an appointment? But I have to come to a google review of the business to get a response. On top of that, the is business owner makes a comment to ask to send techs their way.... REALLY!!! I really don’t see how this business is receiving so many good reviews with such a response. Be courteous and professional...... simply answer and respond to voicemail and email. Your website states that you will respond within 24 hours..... PLEASE take that off your website or change it to 24 days or simply state, “add a negative review and we’ll respond immediately”!!

I had some work done by this company and a month later tried to contact them with a problem I had and couldn’t reach anyone and to this day still have not been able to do it makes them seem sketchy at best sorry.

Drops Mobile and DeShawn have been my go to for the last 3 years through 4 vehicles (teenage kids!) in need of remote entry, security systems, and sound systems. He also came through at Christmas with some terrific hover boards. DeShawn is always quick to respond, works with MY schedule, and is friendly, professional and extremely reasonably priced. I have recommended Drops to everyone I know and will continue to do so!

DeShawn did a excellent job on my son infiniti and made sure that my son knew how to operate everything. What a great guy! DeShawn showed up ready to fix my auxillary port,from what I had explained to him over the phone. When he arrived, he promptly notified me & I went out to meet with him. He was VERY professional & did a check list of my vehicle and covered my seats before going to work. After a bit he called to ask me to come back out. My port was different than he had expected and he couldnt fix it at this time. It needed a different type port. The OEM part was $135 and he could get it for me and install it...but.... He found one on ebay for $35 and said he thought it may work. My choice? He told me I could order it & install it myself and save some money. If it doesnt work, return it and He would order the part from the dealer and install it. I ordered the part after he sent me the link and showed me what to do when it arrived. Well... it arrived & I hooked it up as he instructed. IT WORKS !!!! I am a happy camper. Thank you DeShawn - You Rock!He wouldnt even let me tip him!I highly recommend Drops if you need professional, knowledgeable & friendly mobile service.

This shop states they are high in customer service. Hmmm seems like all they want in your money and not customer service. Don’t call and ask for help that for sure.

Drops Mobile did an excellent job! I came to DeShawn with a JL six channel amp install for my brand new BMW with a weird custom harness to tie into the factory i-Drive system and he worked with me to make sure I got what I was envisioning. Other installers I talked to questioned my install and discounted the research Id already done. The install was clean and professional and the system now sounds great! He made sure to be careful of of the panels and interior of my car and kept me apprised of the progress and got input from from me at every step of the way. It was obvious that DeShawn was very knowledgeable and knows what hes doing. In an age where the few mobile electronics installers that are left are either high pressure sales people that dont care about the customers needs (like Cartunes) or hack jobs that dont know what theyre doing and tear up your car (like Best Buy), Drops Mobile fills the void of a high quality installer thats also a trusted adviser and consultant. Id definitely recommend them, youll be in good hands.

They dont have a shop, they dont answer their phone, their mailbox is full which is you cant leave a voice message.Its something I can trust.
