Poor management. Open and closing times are meant to help people organize their day to day lives. Not opening on time means your loosing customers and wasting others valuable time.

I went here with my guest for the 1st time, since I liked the Chicago branch. Here the collection was only so-and-so and the thing that made us most uncomfortable was that none of the clothing was arranged as per size, everything seemed to be mixed up. It was like shopping at a thrift store. The sales staff was very passive and uninterested in selling anything. When finally found something we liked, it was on the mannequin, and when we requested if we could try it out since it was in our size, the salesgirl who didnt have a clue about anything, told us that it was the only one left in that size so they couldnt sell it or we couldnt try it. Which seemed strange because what are they even going to do with it?Anyways, we went to shamas collection and found what we wanted. Overall negative experience. it was tiring to look for our size in the midst of the boring collection they had.

There were few customers waiting for the store to open. It did not. we waited for an hour. No notice on the door too. Very poor customer service. So sad.

My daughter and I Love shopping here, awsome collection and wonderful customer service. Especially kids collection is just great, light weight cotton just perfect for the Hotlanta weather!!!

Very negative experience. Mom and I came here to get our eid clothes. Will not be back. They closed almost two hours early and told my mom and I to come back in half an hour. We went to Al-Madina and waited an entire 30 minutes to go back because they wanted to go get food (totally understandable, it’s Ramadan). We get it. Later the same sales associate makes an excuse that they have an emergency and won’t be able to take us. If this was the case then they wouldn’t have employees sitting in the store while the store is still open. Horrible experience. My mom and I drove an hour to come to this shop. They have decent clothes. The problem is management and employees. Will never shop here ever again. People do get hungry and emergencies do happen. But it’s extremely unlikely all of this happens in a matter of an hour and a half. I recommend finding a different shop. There are plenty of shops that want to serve the community. This is not one of them.

It was a very nice and safe experience shopping at J. as always. The staff was very professional and took precautions due to covid -19 pandemic. It’s also great when one can find what they are looking for and know they don’t compromise on quality and safety during covid. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Went for first time. No smile on them or no greeting. That is not the way you should run a business. It is strange they have discount online and not in store. Went to this store to give money to a Pakistani shop but next time I will buy online and not from a store where they don’t greet customers or no customer service.

Good variety and quality of clothes at reasonable prices. The ambience and customer service is excellent. I visit the store whenever I am at Atlanta and happy to say that I am never disappointed. Have visited others stores and boutiques too but this store knows how to put themselves above the rest. A very happy customer!

So my husband purchase clothes for our son and myself for Eid, I call and spoke to someone a day later and was told can’t exchange a gift clothing, even though all the tags is still in the clothes, also if this is because of the pandemic, my husband also said while he was in the store he was touching lots of clothes, no one take his temperature or check to see if he had flu like systems, so when the customers come to the store and touch clothes or try on and don’t purchase, what u do with those clothes after ??my husband spend over $700. At this place for the first time, will not return .

Went to purchase Eid cloths spent over 500dollars the size which my wife gets regularly from them was this time short to her when asked if we can get a bigger size the guy on the call was very rude and said look at your receipt we dont exchange because of covid . I told him I understand that however the actual size mentioned is smaller than the other dresses we took so then he said thats how designers do some time its designed this was and it comes short when i asked how we will know as the trial rooms are closed too he said it is what it is i cant help it and then disconnected very disappointed wouldn’t be going back.

Been shopping from J.J since so many years, went to their store to exchange the clothes & they said they cannot due to covid19, they have changed the policy thats totally understandable but at the same time someone else got exchanged the clothes because they were friends of the owner, Are you serious? Your exchange policy should be same for everyone you cant discriminate your customers upon your friends, thats totally not acceptable, you guys are in the business & giving priority to your owner friends on your customers, thats so unprofessional, If anyone wanted to be discriminate in the USA should visit their store!It was May 19, 2020.

The staff is really nice and help pick out the perfect clothes. The clothes themselves are of course the greatest quality you could get here in the states. Not to mention the prices are also really fair.

Despite store hours are until 8pm, the store manager Waqas state’s they close their doors at 7:50pm on a Sunday night. They need to be prepared to service customers or update their website to closing at 7:50pm. If I could give them 0-stars, this is what they deserve. I’ll never shop here due to the poor customer service.

The Norcross Georgia store associates are very rude,they don’t have experience with customer service. They are always busy with their cell phone.Very much unexpected talking with their female employee.I advised you don’t gathering over there, they are not good nor gentle people . I think they came from cave & wild .They give advice to customers for covid but don’t wear any mask when it’s most likely for customers to get virus from them because no one knows who got the virus.You have lot of store around Decatur, Clarkston, Doraville & Chamblee where you can buy clothes with much better price range and better materials. We could have bought few clothes but their rude behaviour stopped us from buying anything. These lazy employees defaming the brand. They act like they didn’t learn any manner. One customer is just like a blessing, and they have to know how to talk with a customer properly because customers are always right in store.The management must look about their reviews and take actions about their mean employees.Because of these they will lose employees. Who knows they might remove this reviews because they are too afraid to show their true colors.

This store has good kurta pyjama & pathanis but they dont have perfect sizes.. it was either big on shoulder or near arms. There are different stores in the market who sells perfect sizes and great designs too. Please come up with something new.

Imm happy with customer service i went there with my guests came from NC we were there exact at 8:00 pm and they already closed their door but when a person saw 3 women at the door he opened the door pn my request and we shopped and took 20-25 mints.Even i was feeling guilt but guests with me wanted to bought stuff after trying but noone panic us 😊 but i found this store little expensive even if you campare same article price with pakistani website you will find the huge price difference.

Bought cologne I been told if I dont like it they will exchange it for me. But today I went there this guy was saying No we are not exchanging and told me sorry get out the store will callThe police on you. Lost big client will tell everyone how they are.

Nice and clean clothing store, have a variety of Pakistani men & women casual and party dresses. Traditional men shalwar qameez krta waist coat and pushawri Chapli are avaible. I went there with family. Nour is doing excellent job. Cleaning the glosses, organizing inventory, checking out customers and answering customer questions with smile. J. is lucky to have an employee like her.

I was glad I was greeted when I entered the store which has not been done B4. Still the other employees just sit around talking on phone or eachother.

Worst sales people, useless employees just kept talking to each other when customers came inside, didnt help didnt ask didnt even try to be of any use. I really recommend to the owner to change thier employees or teach them thier job. I really recommend to not go here at all, thier are far better stores than this where the employee actually helps you. DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET N WASTE YOUR TIME.

Lots of variety for women and men. I was hoping they would have their winter wear out by now so I was a bit disappointed to find mainly Lawn clothes in the Fall. Their Kurtis did have more cotton type material but the full outfits were still Lawn ones.Few recommendation for customer service: when a customer enters your store, just simply say please let me know if you need any help. When the customer asks where is the room to try on clothes, dont just randomly point in the direction of the rooms, walk with them and show them where it is. Ask them if they need any help with picking out or deciding on items. These are VERY simple etiquette that can be added to your new hire initiatives. Make it about the customer so you get repeat business and happy customers. I was disappointed by the customer service considering that JJ is a big name in the Desi world of clothing.
