Preston is crooked businessman. Worst experience ever. The granite wasnt cut properly. As you can see the pictures below there is a big gap between the wall and the granite. They wont answer your phone call once you paid them. They used low grade granite. They will show you good quality granite but when they come to install they will install a low grade and low quality granite. Thats how he can sell you cheap granite. Stay out of this crooked company.

We had already purchased the granite and were planning to do the project ourselves, but we asked Granite Access for a quote anyway. As it turned out Granite Access was able to do the job for about $100 more than we were planning to spend doing it ourselves. Amazing!! From the estimate to completion everything was done in a timely, professional way. I plan to call on Granite Access for future jobs.

Had great results with Granite Access. More than fair pricing, and a great installation. They managed our expectations throughout the project and communicated with us every step of the way. We had a small repair that needed to be made a couple of weeks after the install. They handled it quickly and went above and beyond when coming back to help us out. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

From sales, to installation, to after-the-sale assistance, this company was top-notch. They have an employee (Austin) who was fantastic in taking care of an issue we had with a metallic mark on the quartz.Granite Access was responsive and helpful the entire time. Save yourself a lot of time & a headache. After having to file the attached complaint with the BBB. We received the attached text messages. We paid all correct invoices for work completed within 8 hours or receipt . Also the hot water issue was mentioned 4 separate times in writing via email never mind the countless phones call ignored by all parties associated with Granite Access.

Customer service was absolutely horrible besides the actual guy who built the cabinets. The owners of this company put me off all the time, they constantly complained about the distance but had no issue on the initial visit when they took my down payment. I went to pick out the granite at one of their preferred places which happened to be on my side of town and I sent the sample back with the cabinet guy since the granite people refused to come back out. Somehow my sample was lost so they sent me an unclear picture of something that looked like the granite I selected. Once it got here it was completely wrong. I had to go back to the granite place and have it pulled again. The final job looks ok nothing like their pictures. Overall for the price I expected more. I was going to use them for my shower but decided to use someone else instead! Never again!

Granite Access installed my kitchen and master bath granite countertops. They did beautiful work! I was able to pick out the granite Slab I wanted. I will use them again in the future and I will recommend them to anyone that needs countertops replaced. Everyone that I dealt with has been completely professional.

We spent the past week trying to find a company to repair our sink. The problem is, no one wanted to work with our granite countertops. When I called this company, Spencer was not only quick to respond, but he had his contractor Austin come out and fix it by the end of the same day. Very courteous, very professional crew. I highly recommend them!!!

Everyone is talking about how Preston is great, unfortunately I did not have a chance to work with Preston, the sales person I worked with honestly in a nutshell sucked. His name is Stephen and is always talking about how busy he is getting customers, the problem is, he did not take care of the customer he already had. He gave me three quarters of the information I needed to understand fully what I am buying. There were so many things I did not know, it took the guy who did the Template to explained to me some things, such as the quarter round, half round etc. I ended up choosing the quarter round and my counter is so low it is ridiculous. No one explain to me the difference and how it would affect the look of the counter. To top off everything from my first sales meeting to installation it took 5 weeks and it took me being a pest for the installation to finally happened. While the gentleman who did my back splash did a good job installing, in the process one half of my kitchen lost power from the sockets, after calling the Stephen, all he said was the guy said he is not an electrician the fact that he relayed such a message to me shows me he has no common sense and the truth is has long as he received the final payment and in cash, he did not care what else happened in the process. That attitude shows me who he is or in this case was to me. Preston take back your principle sales position because Stephen your new partner does not care about people who he deals with only about getting the money in cash. That is unfortunate! I ended having to pay an electrician for something that was damaged by your company in the process of installing.

Did our bathrooms. Found some remnants that could fit and the price was much better than expected! Surprised on the quick turnaround. Highly recommend !

The people they hired was so disrespectful and unprofessional. The company itself was ok but theyre contractors were horrible. They were hispanic males who made it clear they would not listen to a woman and there was a lot of miscommunications between them and the owners.

Spot on customer service. He told me it would be installed in 4 days, and it was done in exactly 4 days. Great craftsmanship. Seams in the granite countertops were virtually unnoticeable. Great work, overall.

Dont be fooled by this company. The co-owner, Spencer, talks a good game, but his follow-through is less than stellar. He responds to requests and tries to adapt, but my issue is that he didnt listen to what the customer needed. It was as if he wanted to solve issues in the way that was most convenient for him.The installer (Eric) was awful as well. My wife deals with dust allergies and they cut granite in the house. We had just had walls painted and they got dust on all/many of the walls. It cost me an additional $200 to buy new paint to have the majority of the walls repainted. The labor for that would have been an additional $1000, but my General Contractor lovingly waived that fee. Spencer was unwilling to provide any restitution for this behavior, other than saying we could borrow his vacuum cleaner to clean our carpets of all the dust. What about the duct work ($480), the paint ($200), the labor ($1000), and my wifes allergies ($priceless)? No concern was given. Also let me mention that when the granite was installed Eric left a 1 inch gap between the counter and the tile backsplash and didnt even attempt to try to fill it or even suggest how to fill it.I also asked Spencer to have someone come and trim and shape some precut granite vanity tops I bought from Lowes. He arranged to have it done for $100 cost by Austin. When Eric arrived to install the main grainte, my General Contractor unknowingly asked Eric to cut the precut slab because it was too large. Eric literally cut off 5 inches off one side of the granite. He hacked it. The bowl was no longer center on the stone and even the cut was uneven. When brought back to Spencer, he talked a good game about what he would do to remediate the problem, but his solution was to send over a 3cm slab of granite that had no cuts in it and to have Austin cut and install it. He did not send any side splashes or back splashes and my original slab was 2cm, so it didnt match any of the other bath vanity tops in the house. He did not respond to multiple texts and calls asking, even begging him, to just go buy me another counter from Lowes. When Austin arrived, I could not accept the stone sent, so I asked Austin to go purchase one from Lowes, as I had told Spencer to do from the beginning, and he did. Spencer at first staunchly stated he would not pay for it, but later recanted and reimbursed Austin for the purchase (or at least I hope he did). This was appreciated, but I feel that we shouldnt have had to get to this moment to get to this solution.Austin, on the other hand, was AMAZING. He always followed through. His work was thorough. He did the template initially and was engaged with me throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Austin should be the co-owner of this company, in my opinion.Other than meeting Austin, I regret the day I did business with Granite Access. Dont make the same mistake I did. If Spencer tries to sell you on his promises, DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. I will say that it seems that Preston has much better consistent reviews. And Spencer does attempt to follow through. But honestly, with the additional costs, time, and frustration caused by this project, even though they met my time constraints, I would not do business with them again.
