Save your money I borderline feel like I got robbed cause I paid for work that was never completed and I’m constantly being ignored when asked about it

I had a last minute print job for t-shirts for a client. I needed them same day. and they fulfilled the order!!

Ive only ever dealt with the lady owner so my experience seems drastically different from the other reviews. She was helpful and professional and the workmanship was superb. I would recommend anyone to use this shop but would put in the disclaimer to ask for the lady owner.

If you are a business owner or individual who likes to get things accomplished by a certain time and/or date, dont dare do business with this establishment (if you could even call it that, really and truly). Let me paint the picture for you:This individual who runs the shop rarely answers the phone and completely fails in the category of communication. This shop doesnt even call to prompt you to retrieve your order.The OWNER of the shop LIED to me and my business associate multiple times, pushing back the deadline multiple times (Id say 3), delaying our business trip 7 hours. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER step foot in that clubhouse thats run by a bunch of incompetent scatterbrains who destroy orders because they DO NOT LISTEN when you place an order.In fact, the OWNER of the establishment ordered a takeout order in front of me and my associate before getting to the order he royally screwed up--in fact, he NEVER completed the order (yet continued to lie saying he had our merchandise ready when it was no where in site upon our 3rd visit to the shop that day). HE NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB. HE DIDNT DESERVE ONE CENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE DID 20% OF WHAT I ASKED.JUST TERRIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE.Dude, get a working cell phone number. Metro PCS is a straight up bargain I hear.Deuces.I reiterate: HORRIBLE.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had with any business ever. If you actually want your work to be completed, stay far away.

If u need things by a deadline as the person said b4 me DO NOT do business with this company! The person Fiz not for sure if he is the owner... is very unprofessional along with the grandmother.... i needed 3 dozen shirts done and each dozen where different color... he left me a message telling me that he did everything except the black ones... which he told me that the shirt would be done friday... and that was friday he call me saying that he would have them by sat.... but i was like ok thats fine... didnt need the shirt until the next week... so i tried calling and no one picked up the phone... so i went up there to pick up the shirts... he told me that he had to redip the shirts... i ask him what time could i come back his favorite time seems to always be 3pm... so i call around 3 which buy this time my event is the next day... so he tells me he will drop them to me and he texts me(10pm) telling me that he is on his way to come bring the shirt and hr pass i text him and say how much longer no reply... then i text what happen..... no reply..... the next day was my event and i had no shirt.......to say the least it had me looking really bad! after my event i text him letting me know i wanted to come pick my shirts up still no reply.. i call the business no answer... i stop by he answer the door... and go get my shirts. which at this time i find out everything he said that he had done was a lie... NOT ONE SHIRT WAS DONE... and by the way i have another event on thursday.... and the grand mother told me dont come back...as Fizhid in the back..... just to let everyone know what your dealing with...... BAD BUSINESS!
