I ordered lunch at the Waffle House in sharpburg ga like I always do this is what they serve me and when I call back and stop by the to talk to someone no had any concerns about the situation I left my number for the manager to call be about the situation they never did blood was on the food did see it til the food was gone they had the sandwich turned down so you couldn’t see if very disappointed with this company

Store #1026 in Ft. Gordon, GA has gone straight downhill recently. We have been going there for over 6 year sometimes 3 times in a weekend like our last visit and zero complaints. Was there again on 10/23/21 and it was a joke, 2 waitresses cant clean but 1 dirty booth in 15 minutes and it was cleaned for a friend of the waitress and seated just 1 person, the friend. The so called manager was 6 feet from a dirty booth and was too lazy to do anything but occupy space and very loudly holler about being busy! Did not move one inch to help for the 15 minutes 5 people waited with him standing 6 feet from a dirty booth. Epitome of lazy! So 2 out of 7 booths empty and 9 chairs/stools empty with 4 staff working is so busy they cannot in the 15 minutes we were there clean a booth? According to my calculations that is only 70% of booths in use and less than half of the other seats in use due to laziness and with customers to fill them waiting, and waiting, then leaving. I doubt any of this crew have ever worked in an actually busy WH. I feel they leave things dirty to reduce their workload....and in turn reduce their tips and profit for the store. 3 of us walked out after those 2 employees outbursts and incompetence. We (2 of us) ate at Cracker Barrel 2 blocks away and will stay away from this WH for 3 months or more to see if the owner can clean house.

Went to the Waffle House in Springfield, MO off Hwy 65 - OMG the worst service EVER and not to mention how disgusting this place was. There were 7 employees present and our table plus a table of 1. Our waitress was spun out and couldnt get a drink right, didnt bring all the food out and said tell me what your order was again so I dont have to go look. Literally one of the worst dining experiences ever - will never go back.

On, July 24, 2021 I was sitting waiting on my order @store #2376 612 Jefferson Hwy in New Orleans, La. A young lady with the orange hair blew her nose behind the counter in the in the food preparation area. I walked up to her and stated to her in a manner that no other customer would hear, she immediately raised her voice in defense and stated that she wasnt serving anyone, but she was holding an ink pen and writing on a pad that other staff would be using. I immediately asked for the Manager who appeared, and from my first impression It didnt appear that she felt that anything was wrong. The waitress stated to her I wasnt serving anyone, I looked at them both and then I turned to the Manager to wake her up. I stated that she is behind the counter and she blew her nose and then she picked up the ink pen was using the same pad as others, the Manager finally told her she should was her hands. This young lady walked to a table without washing her hands and started assisting a customer. I asked the Manager for the GM information, but wasnt provided it. The Manager appeared upset as well because I said something. This type of Unsanitary Behavior should not be accepted at any Establishment anytime, Especially now due to COVID-19.WAFFLE HOUSE WHATS REALLY GOING ON WERE JUST HIRING ANYBODY. I HAD TO PLACE A STAR TO POST, BUT 1 STAR IS A STAR TOO MANY. COVID -19 WILL NEVER GO AWAY WITH THIS TYPE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS

I didnt even want to give this a star. I had a horrible experience at the Waffle House on 5565 Buford Hwy. After waiting 30 minutes for my food I inquired with Betty the waitress. She stated the manager Joshua never put my order in. I asked him why didnt he put my order in and he stated I could leave if he didnt like the service here. I stated that I watched him talk rude to his employees. He said this is my store and you dont tell me how to run my store and you can leave. I said please give me my money back or food. Then Joshua called the police on me. I will be filing a complaint and taking legal action. I was humiliated and treated unfair.

I dined at the Waffle House on Beach Blvd near Hodges and my server Roberta was the WORSE! She was not attentive to my needs and did not even introduce herself. She has us wait for 15mons at the table and never even took our order. Another server felt bad for us and took our drink and food order. The server Roberta only say our food down and walked away. When it was time to pay she saw us standing at the counter for a long time and never acknowledged us. Of course I didn’t tip but she should be FIRED. I will never dine at another Waffle House and I will be contacting corporate directly on Monday morning!!

At 6:45 AM my husband and I went to the waffle house in Casselberry at 206 State Rd. 436 W. 32707. My husband is handicapped and is only able to sit at the lower counter. There were however two staff sitting at the lower counter when we entered. I understand that they were short staffed and had sections closed. There were only four customers in the entire restaurant. They did not greet us or acknowledge our presence. With four customers in the entire restaurant they were not willing to make two seats available at the low counter. We have enjoyed our early Sunday breakfast at your restaurant for many years. It seems absurd and unreasonable the staff you employed would not accommodate two paying customers.

I placed my order upon arrival with Ashley. I realized the waitress never called out my order to the cooks after 20 minutes. I asked how much longer the order was going to be ready? I was at Waffle House in Phenix City, Alabama, Summerville Road Friday night. I went in with my family to get a meal to go because they were not taking calls. The gentleman took my order and I patiently waited. As I waited there were two couples that were seated after I place my to go order. The customers seated were served all of their meals and then I was serve last after waiting 30 minutes. The guy that was cooking took his time and was laughing as I approached and looked and waited on my food. The two couples where of another race as the cook so needless to say this was intentionally done. I will not be supporting this establishment ever again and my family will not be either. I did not go off because I was steaming and did not want to give the satisfaction. Very disappointed that this is still happening.

I am highly disappointed in waffle Houses customer service Plus the online corporate service as well. I walked in to the location in Navarre and placed an order in person I left the store my fault for not looking and making sure everything was there but they forgot the waffle for my All-Star breakfast for my 2 year old grandson. I noticed it when I got home. I tried to call the location but they do not answer the phone anymore and make you come in physically. So I called the corporate office when I explained to the lady at the corporate office she transferred me to a voicemail that stated I can put in my opinion about my service online because they no longer offer customer service. So just so you know if you are eating at waffle House they are no longer accountable for the food that they make you, how it turns out, whether you get it all or not and corporate could give two s****. Its a shame because this was one of my favorite places to go as I have been patronizing this location for well upwards of 20 years. I will no longer be going there.

Went to the Waffle House in Blue Springs, MO last night. When asked how Id like my eggs, I responded that I wanted egg whites only to be told they couldnt do that. I dont eat egg yolks and was highly upset that your company can make over easy, hard, scrambled but cant make egg whites. I wont be back again!

Waffle has good food, however in the area I live in there are three waffle houses. The one closest to me closes at night and opens at 7:00 am. The other one is about 1.5 miles and they dont takeout orders and the one further away, well they wont answer the phone. I work the evening shift and get off at 1 in the morning, Im to tired to cook. It would be nice if I could go to the waffle house closet to my house to get a little breakfast. This Sucks. I need waffle house to think of their customers.

I’m called corporate! Romaine at 1995 is stealing from his own employees I have documentation he went in and took at bunch of my hard labor then they gave me three checks to fix it ! Then Romaine took my 10 tip which is against policy and stealing! Shawn said he would look into it I have proof of this conversation! He never got back to me! I want a transfer. Then after I reported him and comes up to me and says I got him into big trouble with corporate and he took me off the schedule two different times! This is considered retaliation! The first time I come complained to Brooke and she said she would talk to him!All I requested is to be at one store and a set schedule! This is unfair treatment and work conditions! I’m tried of tell you corporate what’s going on and you just relying to Shawn or Brooke and not doing anything yourself about it! This is going on for months when is it going to stop and I get my transfer? I don’t want to work at 1995 anymore

Been to 3 WHs in Stockbridge, Ga. Was told at all 3 that they could only do take out orders, because they cant get people to work and no one would show up for work. Guess they need to pay their employees better. Less than $3.00 per hour dont go far, because no one has money to leave big tips. Chick-fil-A here I come.

I just want to say I LOVE SOME WAFFLE HOUSE but this last time was a horrible experience. My husband ordered 2 sandwiches with his meal and double hashbrowns. He got a sandwich only when my patty melt hashbrown bowl came. The other part of his order was never called in and after we asked about they realized and called it in. I didnt want to wait to eat mine because it would be cold and he didnt want to be eating his and me watching. In addition I received burnt hamburger and onions on my patty melt hashbrown bowl. If this will let me attach my screenshot picture, I will. When we explain these to the waitress her reasoning was that she didnt take me order they were in a shift change. My food should have been taken back and prepared again along with waiting on my husbands order. Very disappointing.

I wish I could post pictures of this place. The service really sucked if there would have been another breakfast place to eat we would have left. Nasty floors waitresses not friendly at all. My wife cleaned our table just so we could sit down. I travel through here a lot but I will not stop at this one ever again you can tell they are just here for a pay check. Location #2140 Lafayette La on Pinhook Rd, I go there often once a week but lately it has been taken over by flies the last 3 times I went I didnt stay to eat. Dead flies all over the tables and they dont clean and if they do its with a dirty towel. It will take some time before I go back service is bad also when I drove up they had 3 workers outside smoking then came inside and tried to wait on me with out washing there hands. Corporate needs to do better are close it up!!!!!

Employees are always rude. Another order messed up and I cant even call them to complain and get credit for a fn waffle. Worked all day, ran errands after and Im not running back up there. Store #2224 is the worst ever. Every morning they are close. Their out side smoking weed. 1am-3:30am in cars stating restaurant is close while they get high. Manager never says anything. Tried to order at around 3:00-3:30 I was advised that they were no long taking order well people continued to walk in and order after the fact. Upon sitting outside store2224 I and my companion witness waitresses come out and light a blunt saw me sitting there and they went back inside. This happens every single day. I work at the Omni I get breakfast every morning and every morning theres an excuse. No one ever answers the phone. Last week O was told that the register was broken and they were only accepting cash. They tried to charge me $20. Waitress was so high she couldnt function . Every employee needs to be drug tested and than fired. I will be contacting corporate first thing Monday morning. I use to work for Waffle House this is very unprofessional customer service. People who want to work need the job. May even report to fox5 and 11alive news yall suck!!!

We went to eat at the dinner at the Waffle House in Warner Robins GA at 1501 Watson Blvd and we were told that they were doing carry out only and we couldn’t sit down and enjoy a meal, we went a couple of miles down the road to the next Waffle House and not only were we greeted but welcomed to come sit down with social distance in place and enjoy a very good meal and outstanding customer service. Corporate or Individual Owners needs to send out undercover inspectors to see the poor service and bad attitudes some of the paying customers ether put up with or go somewhere else.

My friend and I stooped at this location at 9:30pm. Drove up noticed several employees standing outside by cars smoking and could hear filthy language coming from this group. Walked in sit down no one said anything to us, one lady ( we think it was lady) was kinda cleaning dishes, table we sat at was sticky, waitress saw us sit down & next we noticed waitress sitting at the counter pounding calculator adding up her tickets, totally ignoring us, after 15 minutes of being ignored I got up walked out, my friend got up walking to door, waitress said arent you going to eat, she told waitress well you need someone to take order, cook food, which no oner is here, even your dishwasher disappeared. Went to Waffle House on hwy 61 Robinsville a week ago late around 12 midnight. The only employee on site was outside smoking mariwana in a car. The african american woman stated yall go on in we will be in there in a minute. We just left. Then went to one on Hacks Cross rd Olive Branch the same night. The Waffle house on Austell Road and Floyd Road was nasty. Dead bug on the window seal next to the table. Napkin holder had dirt on top of it. Food all over the greasy floor. And the food was not good. That is the last time we spend $30 for that. They waited till we sat down to clean the table off.

In todays world I cannot believe that a company as old and as popular as Waffle House, would take discrimination lightly. When I complained about discrimination to Carol, her reply was she would investigate it. Gave Carol all the information and I have contacted her several times and still she will not contact me back. Discrimination can come in all forms, elderly, African American, European, or white. Why would you choose to disregard a claim on discrimination so lightly? The grill staff was great but the server Suzie was not very good at all. She took the order then went outside and never called our order. The grill staff came and got my order and personally delivered it. She was very rude and never came and checked on us. And was constantly missing. But the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I was given. I hade in issue with my server stealing from me. He changed the tip amount to reflect a higher amount. Not only did I not once get an apology I figured when I was told I would get a refund it would be for the whole tip amount. Why would I leave him any tip if he stole from me? I feel as though they sided with the liar/thief. I will not be dining in any waffle house going forward.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a waffle house. 2045 W. Spring St. Monroe, GA. I dont know who or if they do have a manager but if so he needs to be fired with the condition of that store. Had one cook and three guys. They had no clue what they were doing. Customers sitting around waiting with plenty of seats available but had them blocked off. They even put on my ticket $2.00 for each glass of water. Said WH charges that for water. I did not pay for the water.Hope someone in a higher management position can get a grip on this location or it wont be open much longer. The Waffle House located on SR 200 near I75, Ocala, FL has not had AC for over 2 months. I go into that house at least 2 to 4 times a week. I feel bad for the employees, cause they have to work. With so many restaurants in Ocala that are having it tuff, cause there are people that are not working its hard. Many, many restaurants are short handed cause of covid.You would think Waffle House would want to fix the AC, and.keep what employees they have happy, and keep.what customers that are still loyal, like myself. I went to WH on forest park way tonight that would not serve me because they didnt have enough help for to go orders so I went to the one in Lake City they said the grill was down for cleaning said it would be two hours ( bullcrap) So I then went to The one in morrow all the employees were sitting on the side walk the said we are not taking any orders now we are on break. Well, I use to spend close to $1,500 annually (conservative estimate) and usually tipping 25-30%. Stopped in at 5 A.M. (outside metro Atlanta) for a quick bite and restroom to find the door locked and staff cleaning. Lady just shrugged…. Guess who’s not only never bussing his own table again - cause I’m never EVER stepping foot back on WH property. Been way downhill since 2019. Ppl lost their minds. 0 Stars. SMDH

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I pulled up in the parking lot, parked and called to place an order. We are in a pandemic and I preferred to stay in my car. The first time I called, it went to voicemail, the second time voicemail, the third time they picked up and hung the phone up. I saw the person who did it. She was white with a colorful mask on and her hair in a ponytail. There was 4 people working, 1 car in the parking lot and only 3 people in the restaurant. The sad part about it, I believe corporate was there. As I was sitting there a black lady with reddish hair and an older white man in waffle house uniforms were leaving. Im a personal chef, I work in hospitality, I just delivered meals and didnt want to cook myself. What bothers me is franchises like waffle house can get bailed out but the small businesses are lucky if they get anything. Do better waffle house... Ill be making my own All Star at home.

We stopped at the Leeds Moody waffle house at around 12:30 on Monday it was so noisy we couldnt stand being there. The waitress putting up dishes was throwing them onto the stacks with a loud crash . Our waitress was rude and unhelpful when the noise was complained about. I have NEVER recieved such poor service in such an unsatisfactory environment. Will never go back.

We ate breakfast at the Waffle House on Main St. in Hope Mills, NC Sunday. The food was great, but my Husband has been sick and throwing up ever since. He felt great before. It is the only thing that would explain why he has been sick. What kind of sanitizing do u all use? We watched an older woman rinse her rag in a container of dirty water before she cleaned out table. The salt and pepper shakers were the not wiped. My point is, I have to change your way of sanitizing the tables. Watching him so weak, can not eat anything ever since we got home. We will have to start wearing gloves and bring our own silverware. We have to try and be more careful now. We had to bring this matter to your attention. Thanks for at least listening to our concern. Hope when my Husband does gets up today, maybe he will feel somewhat better.

I felt as if I was in a soap opera more than I was in a restaurant..I couldnt believe the disrespect the management had with their employee that we see all the time..we are regulars. If I could give less stars, I would. The Waffle House on Augusta Road in Greenville, South Carolina, quit taking orders until 3rd shift showed up! It was 8pm, today and the phone recording said it wasn’t taking “takeout orders”. So, I went to the store and the employee informed me and my family that they were not taking orders until their 3rd shift showed up. There was already 5 employees in the store, doing nothing, with the door locked!!! Unacceptable!!!

We stopped at the Waffle House in Hiiview Kentucky for breakfast and our service was very good till I went to checkout and stood there for over 15 mins for someone to cash me out. Two of the employees where arguing back and forth amongst themselves. I wanted to file a complaint with the District Manager but he’s no better than the employees are. I made a complaint against the supervisor at the one in Valley Station ky and found out that her husband is the district manager for the Louisville Kentucky area.

Waffle house in daphne al on hwy 90 is the worst see. The manager put up signs to only and if you did get in you was told where to sit and treated rudely. Food is awful. They get mad if you want a menu.

ORDERED 2 eggs overlight, hashbrowns with peppers crispy, cheese gritts bowl, and bacon.When they brought my order the Hashbrowns did not have the peppers.I asked the waitress to have the hashbrowns remade. The manager is Sheila.I typically go to Waffle House on N. Highland Ave. In Jackson, Tennessee. Some friends and I went to the new waffle house here in wytheville va Saturday night. I ordered a waffle and hash browns. My friends ordered a waffle some eggs and coffee. It took 30 min. To get my waffle and water and for my friends to get waffle and coffee. I asked about my hash browns and waitress said the would be right out. Another 15 minutes later I told her to forget hash browns and my friends canceled their order. The place was very nice but the service is really bad. The waitress was rude and uncaring. I will not go back.

The new Waffle House at 53 Brent Lane Pensacola, Florida is the cleanest one I’ve ever been to but this work crew is very unprofessional. Just talking back to customers out loud and after they left they continued to talk about it loudly across the restaurant to each other. The food wasn’t right even after they corrected it the first time. The servers getting loud with the cooks and all. Whew. I’ll stay going on my side of town. I know its Waffle House but come on now. Do better. This incident took place October 3rd at noon. This location needs an entire crew makeover. We were excited when WH came to Trace Crossings in Hoover, AL. It was really clean and great customer service. We became regulars. Then the pandemic hit and since they have opened back up it has been horrible. They always leave the phone on silence even when they only have 1 or 2 customers. The manager even was in there one day and I commented about never being able to get through to place a togo order. He looked and the phone was on silent with 30 missed calls. It has been this way continually even after the manager knew what they were doing. Tonight is a different story. It’s Friday night and they are packed with 1 waitress and 1 cook. The 2 obviously don’t get along great. Lots of eye rolling and slinging dishes around. She even broke a couple. I understand they are frustrated and this is making things worse. If the manager doesn’t have enough staff to serve customers then don’t open or come in and help. Also, the waitress seemed to pick and choose what orders were cooked first. As several that came after me received their food first. We did get a few extra items because they felt bad about the wait. Management needs to help these people out.

The grill did not look like it had been cleaned in hours and the cooks were not wearing gloves. When I asked about the mess I was yelled at, to get hell out! Went to the Waffle House in Byron Ga. The cook was not wearing a mask and was talking and hollering at waitress to let them know food was ready. In the meantime all kind of droplets (spit) was spraying the food.The waffle house is not complying with CDC guidelines. Would not recommend anyone visit the waffle houses until CDC guidelines are met. Tried to use the complaint form on line. It did not work. Called customer support line which stated to go the form (which did not work). Finally got in touch with corporate and spoke to a really hostile admin person. Called from the parking lot on one occasion and no customers were there no one answered. Went inside to place an order and asked them about call in and they said the service was provided. Last three Sundays in a row we’ve called to place a to go order at the douglasville chapel hill location only to repeatedly receive an automated message stating that they are assisting other customers & can’t assist you ... please call back. So we’ve then gone there only to find them not busy at all and no phone calls can be heard. Is the phone just off the hook? Store badly managed? Someone is definitely dropping the ball. We love Waffle House & want to support the company & employees. Maybe there’s a way you could look into developing better handling of all customers... dine in as well as call ins?

We tried calling in our order for a family member to pick up on her way home from work. I couldnt get an answer . So I figured they must be busy. She got there and went in to order the food and the place was empty except for 1 cook and 1 waitress. She told the lady we tried calling in the order and in a very hateful voice said --yes! We got the food home and the food wasnt prepared properly (half raw bacon). This waffle house is in Macon Ga off 475 exit on Thomaston rd. Awful experience. We will never go back!!

I stopped at Waffle House on Fairview Road in Ellenwood, GAI drove up and parked - very good excited about getting my morning breakfast and I looked through the window and the server nor the cook had their mask on.I left and drove to the nearby McDonald.There is no comparison with the food but the fact the Waffle House staff is not wearing mask around the food the are serving is unacceptable. Our food was good today but ALL of the employees wore their masks below their noses. At checkout I commented that I was surprised to see them wearing their masks improperly. One server responded with, “I’m not going to die of oxygen deprivation!” I wear one all day at work and I’m still here. Inexcusable right now during the virus.

No one ever answers the phone. Been trying to place a order for 3 hours. Answering machine comes on after 1st ring, saying that they are busy helping others customers. I work right across the street from them. They arent that busy, that after 3 hours they still havent answered. This would be the one in Okc, on Martin Luther king Blvd. And corporate doesnt care. Thats why they make it so hard to reach them.
