The staff member, I believe his name was Jeffrey, is incompetent and does not know company policy. My crew went to rent a piece of equipment and he insisted they open an account. Instead of giving them an application to fill out he insisted on having the owners fill it out online. I spent over an hour attempting to fill out a one page form which would not accept any format of picture required to complete the application. I called the store and offered to send the photo ids via fax and he refused. I called corporate and the lady told me she had been receiving applications all morning and she didnt know what was wrong. She finally told me my crew could open an application in the store and scan ids directly on site and an online application was not necessary. Needless to say, I told my guys to leave and find a company that was interested in doing business with their customers. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but an hour of my crews time.

Here at 2:13pm and the place is closed. Drove an hour and a half to get here. Hours for today are 7am-4pm.
