My niece took me here, variety of fabrics like downtown l.a., but the male owner needs to learn lesson in respect women he wouldnt want someone to talk to his Mama they way he talk to my niece for having an empty coffee cup in her hand. Its not what you do, but how you do it. I bought this fabric in spite of his nasty attitude.

Fabulous place! Vast and plentiful fabrics and accessories to choose from. You could be lost in there for days just exploring. The prices are extremely reasonable, I bought the best silks for barely much. The service is quick, professional and efficient. Already said I will be back again as I am used to getting fabrics at such places long ago when I lived in Nottingham in the UK. Brought back nostalgic memories. Great place guys, thanks will be back again!!!

Although they have a ton of fabrics, it is very difficult to find anything. If you need a zipper or shoelaces, its great. But fabric doesnt appear to be anything other than mediocre and the customer service....well, lets just say there isnt any! Two guys standing at the cutting table with no customers and they refused to help, twice! Too many other good shops to deal with rudeness.

Honestly it was more than I expected and there was so much fabric I was overwhelmed. My only wish is that the fabric had some organization, by color or pattern or something. However, with so much of it theyd surely have to shut down for some time to organize. Im going back with a list to stay on track and keep myself focused next time! Will return when Im back in the area.

I liked shopping for fabric here. They mostly leave you alone to shop and you have to drag the bolts yourself (some of them pretty heavy) to the cutting table. Many of the fabrics seem to be Asian imports. Besides a mind boggling amount of fabric, they also have a huge selection of threads, zippers and sewing bits and bobs. Prices are very reasonable, usually cheaper than Joanns for similar items. Its easy to lose a few hours in here.

Found what I was looking for and was very helpful people

This is possibly one of my favorite fabric stores of all and I have been to NYC and California!!!! They have many different types at low low prices. It is really best for sewing on trend clothing which is what I do but it has tons of notions and trims as well!! Love it!!!

This was a real OMG experience walking into the store. The selection was overwhelming--not to mention the prices! They have everything! Before going anywhere else for sewing needs go here. The service was excellent. BUT, it was warm in there so be prepared to sweat a bit (85 degrees outside). Fine Fabrics is now my first stop for fabric needs!

Omg, I personally have never been in 1 Fabric store that offers such a verity of fabrics and notions. The ladies who work here (the entire staff) are just absolutely wonderful. BUT! I MUST WARN YOU! PLEASE allow yourself extra time because the selection is Endless. I always get exactly what I m looking for and More. EXCELLENT FABRIC EXCELLENT PRICES.

Love this store. They have almost everything. However, customer service is very limited if you dont speak spanish. If you are looking for anything EXACT as in color or feel, prepare to walk around a lot search every nook and cranny. They have general aisles like Tulle, Silk, Fur, Lace etc. But nothings labeled or able has an exact location. Also there are no returns on any fabric. But the prices are the lowest in town. I normally drive about 45 minutes just to get here!

Wide selection, competitive pricing. My only complaint is that the aisles of fabric werent labeled correctly and it made finding what I was looking for difficult. However, the staff was helper and directed me. I also appreciated all the African cultural prints! They are so beautiful!

Great place has all the fabric youll ever need. Wide selection with every design imaginable. Right next to a really cool furniture store as well. Sold by the yard or by the rule, only suggestion I would have is if they would provide a really great arcade as a waiting room.

This place is a blast. They have all sorts of fabric and it seems like it never ends. Row after row of knits - most are very reasonably priced. I saw lots of sewers picking out dressy fabrics - sequined, satins, silks. I imagine if you were making a formal dress - prom, pageant etc. this would be a great place to go. I try to stop in whenever Im down that way. Its just a lot of fun to get lost in the stacks of fabrics.

This is the only place I will buy fabric from! I come once a week and the workers recognize me and are so kind and helpful. The prices are incredible and there is so much to select from. I always have such a great experience at Fine Fabrics!

If you are looking for something to finish your sewing project, most likely you are going to find it in here. They have almost everything. Tons of different fabrics, upholstery, threads, buttons, zippers, tape, elastics, sequins... but come here with time, because you will get lost and it’s kinda difficult to find the location of your product. Also some items (like zippers) are scattered around different aisles.

You might get sensory overload when you walk through Fine Fabrics. There are so many options for fabrics, trim, and notions. The prices are very good but it is a warehouse setting and largely self-service.

Huge warehouse of unique fabrics you cant get anywhere else. They also have bulk notions and a fantastic zipper selection.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is a place where you can find ANYTHING you need for sewing. Incredible amount of fabrics and everything one could possibly look for. The prices are unbelievably cheap. Got nice upholstery fabric for $7.00! Worth going!!

Its amazing to me how foreigners treat natives like they dont belong. When they themselves are the intruders....Knock off materials as expected.

The main people are always so friendly. They do not short you on yardage and always double check with you. The side conversation I swear is the best. They are to sweet over there at Fine Fabrics. Thanks you guys for all the help and support.

Prices are spectacular! very helpful staff, some one came around a few time and carried the bolts to the cutting table as i picked them out. I went for upholstery... there is an entire room of just upholstery fabric!

Amazing, almost overwhelming selection of all types of fabric. Many do not have contents labeled if you are particular about that, as I am. For example, many of the linings are not labeled whether polyester, or rayon (not sure if I even saw bemberg). The silk is all amazingly cheap (under $10 a yard) though it wouldve been nice to find some florals. There mostly seemed to be solid and geometric prints outside the polyester fabric overall.

Im a fairly new sewer but I find the price of these fabrics to be pretty expensive. Im going to do a little bit of research and see because it just seems like a lot to spend on simple materials I could get a t-shirt for less than the price of one yard of many of their selection. The man who cuts the cloth was really really nice very friendly fella and quick too. The only thing that I really really didnt like there was if they cut it for you you have to take the cloth but Im not very good at measuring so its concerning I end up buying more than what I need just so I dont accidentally buy less than what I need cuz once its cut its cut but I figured they could have like a little clearance section for the ones that have been messed up Im sure Im not the only one that feels that way why spend $15 on 2 yd of cloth when you need three.

Plenty of fabric options and its why I will continue to come but the people who cut fabric need to be trained on better customer service, they were rude and unhelpful to me but they seem to be super friendly with other customers. Youre better off just getting what you need and getting out and keeping the visit short.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! VERY DISCRIMINATORY!!!I normally dont leave negative reviews but this is very necessary. I have a medical condition in which I cannot wear a mask, I have to deal with side eyed looks everywhere I go because of this. Trust me if I could wear one I would ( my life would be so much easier) but I make sure I socially distance everywhere I go, I try my best to be considerate of those who are scared of this virus, this time was no different. Anyway they refused me service, which I understand they have the right to do. But they proceeded to treat me like I am a leper and they literally laughed at me in the store full of customers who where not wearing their masks correctly. This is not acceptable. I understand we are dealing with a serious issue but to make a joke of my condition... its not a laughing matter and they proceeded to completely embarrass me and make a joke of my very serious condition.

Let me first start off with expressing how awesome the staff was when I showed up! I was taken back because I was able to become so lost in the Multitude of fabrics they have available. Now I don’t do any sewing but I was purchasing the fabric for my birthday dress and let me just say Yessssssss I’m so excited about the dress I’m about to sporting and it’s going to be an original piece so yeah I’m in fabric heaven! Thank you so much for the help today I can see my dream dress coming alive.!!!

Omg!!!!! I freaking looooooovvvee this store!!! As soon as I walked in I felt like I was in fabric heaven. They literally have everything you could possibly think of fabric wise. The store is huge and I never have a problem with customer service or customers for that matter. The aisles just feel like they keep going and going and going. If you plan on visiting this store I suggest you set aside the time to do so because there is no way you can run in and out in 30 mins. Forget that thought completely. If you have never been and plan on making this your potential fabric store then I suggest you make it a point to walk each and every aisle atleast one time so you can get a true feel for everything they offer. Take another fabric lover with you. You will enjoy the experience and so will they.

This place is unbelievable. The amount of fabric packed into the store always amazes me. The prices are excellent. My only beef is nothing is labeled. They have general categories like silk, cotton, lace... But nothing gives you the content of the fabric. Its a bit frustrating to me that I dont know how much spandex a product has, or the percent of cotton. but I always come out with a whole bunch of fabric regardless. As I mentioned before you cannot beat the prices! And besides fabric, you can find notions that you cant find anywhere else. Do you need a zipper? There are aisles full of zippers. I had no idea. There is buttons and elastic and other stuff too its worth driving out to and checking it out!

I went to this store to find elastic. I’ve been making masks for my family. I wasn’t aware the store had such a large inventory if fabric. It was great. I didn’t have a problem finding just what I needed. The attitude of the staff was pleasant and friendly. It’s how you approach and treat others. The store’s supply of fabric is fantastic, and so are the prices. However, they don’t have licensed fabric at all.

The mask is unbearable with the city back open and I have asthma they dont go together. So I had to leave didnt find what I wanted had to go where I didnt have to wear one. Would have gave a higher rating but causing me to have an asthma attack because of a mask.....smh smh

Definitely one of my happy places. Aisles and aisles of gorgeous fabrics at prices I can splurge on! Plus a helpful team who are friendly and efficient!

My favorite fabric store.

I was traveling through Atlanta and was stuck in traffic so decided to search google for fabric store near me. I was only 5 minutes away from this awesome place and decided to get off at the exit. OMG I was blown away. I was not prepared for this; too bad I was just passing through and did not have the time so I got 4 pieces in a rush. This place requires a day off for just browsing to find what you really want. I will come back again with a prepared mind early to browse because there is no help on the floor. Staff: NO SPEAKY ENGLISH NO! PLEASE HIRE ENGLISH SPEAKING ATTENDANTS TO HELP CUSTOMERS! DONT DIRECT ME TO POLYESTER WHEN I ASK FOR 100% COTTON. I KNOW FABRIC DAMN IT!

Love this place! Used it tons for when I was in school for fashion and costume design. They have everything! Staff is always awesome too! Its huge inside, so many fabric and notion options. Its definitely not your average fabric store.

They have a good selection but they need to work on customer service.

I left with 7 yards of velvet with matching trim and thread for a fraction of the price I would get it elsewhere. I almost cried, yall. I was expecting to spend so much more on this project. If youre willing to hunt, this place is amazing.

This store is great they have everything anyone who sews would need!The one star people are really petty and self centered.The store closes at 6 pm, it is a very large warehouse, they need to put fabric back, count money and cleannot to mention they want to go home safely to their families on time. Joanns, hobby lobby, Michaels all do the same thing! Next time if you cant make in the store by 5pm and dont know exactly what you want dont go to the store!Back of store employeesThe store is a big huge warehouse not everything will be in the right place when you got 50 + customers all over the place grabbing fabric and changing their minds they dont care where they leave merchandise just like the above mentioned stores. They dont have alot of employees who will hold your hand while you go up and down 80 or so aisles looking at over a million selections of fabrics. Their primary function is to cut fabric for customers who already know what they want and out the door ! We all know when people want things done they want it done right away so when you go to this place you better be prepared to spend a lot of time finding what you want on your own!The employees dont speak English very well because it is not their job to do anything but point you in the right direction, cut your fabric correctly and tell you how much the already priced fabric is. They are not there for you to haggle already super low prices or advise you on what color or type of fabric you should choose.Now the front store employeesThey are very helpful when the store is not crowded. The 2 older ladies are very opinionated because they know their stuff I trust them completely. If you tell them what your making and the fabric isnt right they will tell it like it is and if you still choose to buy it they will talk about among themselves and will say she will be back once she finds out we were right. Rude maybe to some but helpful to others.If you want people to hold your hand and do everything for you this is not the place!

What an amazing store! I live 4.5 hrs away but make up any excuse to drive down and shop. The customer service is unbelievably kind and helpful - even when I have my granddaughter with me, everyone goes above and beyond to help us out. The prices are great - and the selection has to be seen to be believed. Cant wait to go again!

I had no idea this place existed, until I saw a huge billboard advertising this place while driving to my hotel in the vicinity. I almost did an illegal driving maneuver to get here as soon as I saw the billboard, but I waited till the next day to check what this place was all about. Im so glad I was pointed to the direction of this place, this place is what gives me live and breathes life into my body!!! I didnt even know what to expect driving up or entering the building. This store is ducked off on a street off the highway. As I entered I almost got lightheaded and fainted because for one, the place is MASSIVE, and for two, there is so much fabric and all the accoutrements for a fashion show 365 days a year!!! There was thousands of bolts of fabrics, so it was so hard to dwindle my search down to a few. I ended up choosing two 4 way stretch patterned material. Being that it stretches every way, its easy to create anything with it, without having a sewing machine. The fabrics are their respective places in the building. There are so many fabrics that it is a pretty tight squeeze to get through some of the aisles. Another customer and I were passing each other in one aisle and we had to literally climb over each other just to get by one another. Im not mad about that, because in this case the more the merrier!!! There were several customers here as I shopped too. They were looking for great fabrics to make pieces as well. I love being around creative and likeminded individuals, it gives me a little more motivation to get more creative. I most definitively have to stop by here every time Im in the city now from here on out!!!

I cant even begin to tell how amazing it was to find this place. As long as u arnt looking for something too specific. They have just about anything you need to make clothes. Buttons, zippers, feather trim Fringe its a lot just go with a list and I should end up spending to much.

Very large selection. Very decent pricing of all fabrics. They have lots of apparel fabrics to choose from. I wish it was slightly more organized. If you like making clothes or upholstery, go here.

I’m a fashion designer and teach apparel design at the university level. Fine fabrics is my go to for most projects. Twice a year I also arrange a trip for my students for final project materials, and this is about a 3 hour drive. One stop shopping for all things apparel. Knowledgeable staff, great prices and selection. They also sell pattern paper dress forms and industrial sewing machines, but you have to ask for these things as they are not on the floor. Huge selection of upholstery fabrics, thread, trims and notions. Machine parts and sewing supplies also. Large selection of evening and African print fabrics and knits, which can be difficult or pricey to find in stores.

No good customer service

Super huge selection. Great prices. I am only giving a 4 star review because I asked their associate for non-stain fabric and he directed me to the outdoor fabric. The outdoor fabric we bought has had a water stain on it for 2 days, and the store wont accept returns on cut fabric so I basically have to cut the loss and get actual non-stain fabric from Joannes (I was hoping to give my business to a smaller shop instead of a retailer).

Absolutely fantastic fabric choices and tons of notions, but it would be FANTASTIC if their staff didn’t choose to make passive aggressive comments about what we chose, as we were walking out after paying.“Look better next time” ? Really?

The workers DO speak English, however, they have a very strong accent. Ive been treated VERY kindly every day Ive been there and they sharpen the scissors that you purchase from them for free. The prices are very good.

This is an incredible apparel fabric store. If you are looking for notions like zippers, elastic, and appliques, this is the place to go. They also have a ton of spandex, neoprene, stretch lace, stretch velvet, silk, leather, flippy sequins, upholstery fabric, fabrics from other countries, and things you wont find anywhere else, like flying unicorn pug swim material. Truly a one of a kind place.

I love the different fabrics. So many to choose from. However, it just seems the fabrics are just everywhere. A order system is needed.

The most Fabric I have ever seen.

Ive been here many times, and the inventory is just incredible. Yesterday and today, I had to go after work hours (about 5pm) and the staff were really unfriendly because it was closing time (they close at 6pm)--had to go twice because I couldnt find what I wanted the first time. I wanted some samples (BUYING samples, not free samples) and one guy curtly told me to stop browsing, theyre closed, then shooed me away to another station, where I were told by another worker that they stopped cutting/selling samples at 5pm! Nowhere in the store said that! I think its fair that theyre annoyed that people are staying past 6pm, but I was there for a long while and there were no announcement of this store is closing in 15 minutes or something that let me know that I should proceed to the cutting stations. If you want people out at 6pm, then let us know at 5.30pm, 5.45pm and so on... That left a bad taste in my mouth.

This place has an enormous fabric selection. The only downside is my own personal lack of knowledge. They have so many types of fabrics with most being unlabeled so its very difficult for someone like me to identify which are made out of which materials.
