Great tools and demo area.

Bought a jack hammer and got stuck in traffic and they waited the extra 15 minutes for me to get there to pickup. Very friendly when I showed up and help load it. I highly recommend going there.

Beware, I purchased a new drill for $3000 and they gave me 2 USED batteries. Icalled 3 times to get new batteries and was told i have to bring them in. When I brought it back to get the new ones the only thing they could do is return the entire $3000 purchase and enter another $3000 purchase. So I had an extra $3000 on my balance for 4 or 5 business days! And the staff had the nerve to get short with me. I wont come back here again!

Great team that will go above and beyond typical sales person. They truly care and do what they can within their power to make everything easier on the customer. Great job guys, keep it up!

Bad customer service I own a few tools recently one of my drills that I hardly use, malfunction I take it in to fine a quick solution.I have to be without the tool for a week on the middle of the job ? The manager want me to by a second tool! To fix the problem What kind of costumer service is that! seriously ? Not worth it save you money Milwaukee is 100% better tools without the big price !

The front desk lady was rude from the moment we walked in. I had a battery that was not functioning properly so she tested it, and said it was fine. We told her we know for sure it doesnt work and she said that it was the tool then. But the tool works with every other battery. She handed it back and said there was nothing she can do. Only time experiencing poor customer service with this company.

Very poor customer service. Instruction booklets for epoxy anchors are cumbersome and vague to say the least. No one at hilti is willing to help. They can take their anchors and shove them sideways.
