The son is very unhelpful . I drive from austell to buy ao dai and he turn me away because area was blocked off by boxes and he didn’t want to help me look .

Bad customer service on phone from women with the voice from the middle of Vietnam.I thought I would try the service in here and need information to decide. It means I could be their new customer. However, what I received was the haughty attitude. Although I explained that I was new and stayed in South of GA, she still asked me to come to talk and not answer on phone.Very “beautiful” she was !!!

So many things packed into such small place. They sell special clothes and stuff for Vietnamese such as traditional clothes, relics. Worth to take a look.

I’ve been doing business with Nguoi Dep shop for almost 3 years, and i think this is the best shop in Atlanta. They’re very nice and always help me to get the best price ever. Moreover, I usually send stuff to my friends in Vietnam. With Nguoi Dep shop, I couldn’t be happier. I hope this business will keep growing and more success in the future.

Good place for Vietnamese gifts

My wife got a wedding dress here as well as some accessories. Definitely worth a visit if you want to get a good wedding dress price. They also have wedding rental items as well, ask for it. Not sure what happened or why others are experiencing differently, but when we visit, the people were really nice and helpful.

I dont think this is a bad business per se, but I had a bad experience at this business. Before I get into that Id like to say that there is a possibility that Im misinterpreting a difference in culture. Maybe in Vietnamese culture its customary to follow the customer from aisle to aisle and ask What are you looking for every 3 minutes even after youve explained that youre just browsing for a gift. I dont want to automatically assume that this was the result of any type of profiling or discriminatory practices but it certainly felt like it. I was made so uncomfortable that I left without purchasing something I thought would have made a great gift for my brother. Instead of accusing this business Id like to just offer some advice. Dont overwhelm potential customers with your presence. It doesnt invite patronage to feel constantly surveillance. There was also an odd encounter where I was met with aggression for not being interested in a particular item, but again that may have been cultural miscommunication. I hope that my experience here was unique in that every other customer who visits feels welcomed because there really are some neat things in this store, but being engaged as if I was expected to steal automatically has certainly insured I will not be visiting this shop not recommending it to anyone.

The owner was not polite and condescending. She was too busy in a conversation with someone in her language to assist someone who spoke English, even when her children couldnt find the item in question. Once they found it, you could easily tell the item was old with many loose threads. She felt burning the threads off with a lighter were sufficient. It wasnt.

Nguoi Dep Shops are fantastic and have the best traditional vietnamese dresses! I totally reccomand this store if youre looking for a good traditional dresses for Vietnamese Lunar New Year and other dresses as well! The staff here are so nice. If youre stuck on what to buy, you can always ask the staff for help.

The works are nice and they can help you when you need a dress or anything else like I asked if they have fish that is gold and the workers got me a fish that is gold for a good cost.

TERRIBLE!!! Ive never been to the shop before and I will keep it that way. I called inquiring about shipping fees and guidelines for shipping gifts to Vietnam. Ive expressed to the lady over the phone that this is my first time sending gifts to Vietnam and asked her for the fees and any special guidelines for her shop. She was rude, loud, and sarcastic when answering my questions. Vendors like this makes me wonder why anyone would shop or use their service. I know I wouldnt.

They rip you off. tiny little traditional dress costs $30 and it’s very cheap made.

The business is not good..the price is higher than other places, but the goods are sent to Vietnam by ship 2 months without receiving the goods..call to make an appointment one after another..call for the phone number on the side of Vietnam to contact to pick up the goods but still no for phone number..

I really like this place because it is suitable for me and everyone because it has a delivery service and other goods such as money transfer.

This place is very convenient for me and my Vietnamese compatriots to send gifts and money to their homeland Vietnam for their relatives and families.
