I went to pick up an item I had on layaway and split the bill between cash and gift card. I had about $3 and some odd change in coins. You could tell she was upset about accepting all the coins I had and said I owed her a few bucks. I grabbed what she said I owe and next thing you know, she handed me my coins back instead of the whole dollar bills. I didn’t have to use them, I just wanted to get rid of them. Coins are spendable too especially if I’m giving you exact change. That definitely didn’t sit well with me and I won’t be back

It was all good till the bugging other employee came and turned down our Xbox over dust sounding in the fan. Could’ve simply blown air in it but rathered wasting my time. Walked in the pawn down the street and got no buts or ifs. Could’ve saved me some time and a headache but her entitled self wanted to turn it into high quality Gaming console reviews 😒😒😒

Employees are nice and polite, definitely know how to work with the customer!

Today was my last day to pay something on my TV or they were going to put it on the shelf to sell. Regardless, when I walked in to make my payment... I let the gentleman know that I was going to lose my TV by tomorrow so I need to make a payment. My usual location is in Snellville but I moved, he then said, are you going to lose your shirt? and laughed.Im wearing a tank top and its 90 degrees outside...he didnt only make a joke about my pawn but also made me completely uncomfortable about what I was wearing.Very unprofessional.

Great place todo business, they are always friendly

Was going to buy some MCM Beats from them for $200 dollars . They didn’t have the charger and case for them . Which made me second guess getting them . I drove home google the head phone about real ones and fake ones reviews. I drove back there in traffic to get them if they were real . But they were not . They didn’t make the Beats Original start up sound, I didn’t the 10 seconds power down cycle to see if they would reset to the ref light ; they didn’t . And the writing on the inside was white when it was suppose to be black . I showed the store associate and the manager the evidence and they went to the back and the associate put it back on the display for the same price. I wouldn’t but it if it was $5 I don’t spend money on fake merchandise. I won’t be coming to this norcross location ever again . My 1st and last time with 4995 Jimmy Carter

Manager dontaye is very kind and full of positive energy.

Employees are condescending and incompetent. Manager and employees seem as if they dont like their job. Pawn shop is full of negative energy and no compassion.

Owner using threatening words while defending another rude employee that was reluctant to even look at a brand new PC.

Horrible customer service every employee has an attitude no fair pricing on items regardless of the what it is or the condition.
