Wow! So many samples! I love the beautiful stones and marble slabs! The customer service was ok and courteous. But the location is a bit hard to locate. Without Google map we could have been lost. Its kind of hidden from the street.

Cosmos have more than 200 varieties of granite. Good customer service. A very good experience with the whole team of cosmos.They moved whole slabs for us to check each slab to select the good one.Warehouse team are very help full too.Had a very good experience from start to end.Thank you Cosmos for helping me find the right stone in my New Home

Very nice and informative associates here. The prices are comfortable and they work directly with the contractor. The viewing yard is open and mask are required.

Got two slabs of Quartzite from this slab yard. The stone was the most beautiful I had ever seen, super expensive too. I paid 10K. A week after install it had horrible stains from cooking grease that would not come off. The stone would sweat if clean dry bowls or glasses were left on it. When this condensation would dry it would leave a permanent ring. I spent $200 in different cleaners but nothing removed the marks. The fabricator found out that the stone was not properly cured in Brazil and it was permanently defective. He replaced it at his own cost with a granite that would go with the kitchen. I ended up with cheaper counters after paying 10K for quartzite. Cosmos would not refund a cent. They ripped BOTH of us off. Buyer beware! When they removed the junk stone counter it was so oxidized you could see the stone under the cooktop was at least FOUR shades lighter. Unbelievable! I have all the photos to show how bad this stone was! The new granite that we got from another stone yard has zero problems!

Great selection of countertops, but needs new staff. Called to get some pricing and slab sizes and Jessica seemed to be rushing me off the phone. I thought it was because they were close to closing but I called the very next day and before I was even done talking she hung up the phone on me. Not to mention she was a little rude.

We drove over 2 hours to visit Cosmos after our fabricator recommended visiting their warehouse to select marble slabs for our kitchen remodel. Big facility, as we walked in the staff did not bother talking to us, they handed us a clipboard and we had to figure it out from there. The slabs are semi-organized but the a-frames can be dangers as a trip hazard. We selected two marble slabs, when the slabs arrived at the fabricators we were informed of damage all over and that that the fabricators did not feel comfortable cutting the poor quality slabs. Apparently the damage was so deep that even resurfacing the slabs completely was not an option. Now we had to make another trip up to Atlanta to different supplier. We were much happier with the customer service from the other company, they were friendly, walked with us, had us touch the slabs and discuss the different slabs they had in stock. Reading the other reviews on here will show you that our experience is not and isolated instance.

This company is the worst to deal with. Instead of cutting the sink hole in the middle of the slab, they cut the sinkhole on the end of two slabs and glued them together around sink which left a seam down the middle of the sink. Most reasonable companies will arrange the slab so that the sink holes cut in the middle of the slab in the Kennett Kennett and slap will be away from the sink. We brought this to the attention they refused to work with us and try to work out a solution . This company is the worst to deal with. Instead of cutting the sinkhole in the middle of the slab they cut the sinkhole on the end of the slap in the head too attached to another slab which left a seam down the middle of the sink. The warehouse staff didn’t even make eye contact with me when I came in, and just said what time they close. I’ve honestly never encountered such a rude staff at any business. It’s such a shame because I used them for my countertops in the past, but I just can’t bring myself to give them my money now.
