Sandy and the team were awesome when it came time for my Dad to purchase his first safe. She asked him a few questions and found him the perfect model!They were also very accommodating and understanding when we had to reschedule the delivery with only a days notice.And when the delivery was made, the guys were very professional and courteous. They placed both the large safe and a smaller hidden jewelry safe and were finished in about 35 minutes.My parents are very pleased with their purchase, and even happier with the service.Thanks again to the whole team for making this such a great experience!!!!

We needed our safe moved to have new carpet installed in our house. The team was great from Liberty Safes of Atlanta! They were on time, took special care moving the safe in and out of our home, and were professional. We would not recommend anyone else in the Atlanta area. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

They seemed to be very helpful, after a few emails they said they would get my quotes ready. After 4 days I sent them another email asking for an update. Called 2 days later and they assured me I would receive the quotes soon. 3 more days go by and I email again with no response. I ended up having to go with another company because my move out day was in just a few days. I would not recommend using them. Piano Movers of America were able to help me very quickly and get it moved for a reasonable price. Go there instead.

This is the 3rd move of my safe with Liberty Safes of Atlanta. This one was the hardest. My safe is 1,600 lbs. My land requires moving the safe up a good size hill. The used a winch on a truck. They moved this safe in from one home to another home (15min away). The set it up at my new home. They did this all in about 2 hours, in 84 deg weather, beating the pending rain. I was really impressed with this crew. They are fast, efficient, and sweated their butts off. I will be a repeat customer of Liberty Safes of Atlanta.

Excellent service we needed a 1200lb pound safe installed in our place. It was like the army core of engineers had showed up at our house. Everythingwent incredibly smooth. Plenty of cut-rate company’s are out their who can drop ship a safe on your drive way. That’s not liberty safe theira full a service company.

Liberty Safe of Atlanta rocks! Pulling my 1000 lb safe out of my basement seemed complicated. There were deck steps and slippery slopes to navigate. They obviously had a lot of experience because they handled it with ease! I will recommend the everyone!

Was excited to visit the store as weve saved the money necessary to finally purchase a liberty safe. Been wanting one for a while and drove about an hour, with the family, to get there. Sadly, during business hours, arrived to a locked door with the lights on inside and a silly message on a sign that stated that I needed to email an address to make an appointment for my safety. Are you kidding me? Wont be a problem for most but for me.... I was expecting better. I expect the virus excuses getting a latte, at a coffee shop, in Seattle. I was trying to get a 2-3k gun safe, at a independent gun shop, in Georgia. Now Im looking for a different place to buy one. Reviews look great and might really be excellent people but didnt work out for me. Surely, not going back. Not my kind of place.

My wife and I did our homework before making the appointment with Liberty Safes of Atlanta. I studied the internet and narrowed it down to the Liberty Colonial 30 (compared to AMSEC, Rhino, and many other manufacturers). When we arrived, we met THE most knowledgeable expert on Liberty Safes - Sandy. She told us all about the different options on the various models. We did not feel rushed, and after 45 minutes made our decision on a different model. Sandy had an opening the next day for the delivery and made it happen. Twenty two hours after our appointment, we had our Liberty Safe delivered. The delivery team was extremely friendly and professional as well. Liberty Safes of Atlanta should have 100% 5 star rating (too bad someone gave them less than 5 stars because they failed to make an appointment)!! I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Yesterday, my wife and I were looking at safes at a very famous big box store in Lawrenceville GA when we were approached by sales person in another department. He wasnt busy and had just recently researched and purchased his safe from Liberty Safes of Atlanta. He raved about the quality of his Liberty safe and the exceptional customer service he received from them. He was so convincing, we took a chance on visiting Liberty Safes of Atlanta without an appointment. This was to be the beginning of one of the most positive customer service experiences of our life. They invited us in because there must have been a gap between their scheduled appointments. Steve and Sandy immediately made us feel like family. Everyone in that store was very friendly and extremely customer focused. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We even left their store to go back to that big box store to look at their safes again. After three more phone conversations with Liberty of Atlanta, we purchased a Liberty USA series 36. One of our biggest worries, in buying a safe, as I am sure it is for others too, was wondering how we would get it home and inside our house without damaging our steps and hardwood floors. This turned out to be one of the best parts of our already great experience. The safe was delivered, on-time early this morning by one of the most professional and well equipped crews we have ever met. They had an amazing hydraulic dolly and demonstrated extreme skill in using it to position our safe in the desired location. They put felt pads on the bottom to protect our hardwood floors. They took the time to carefully level the safe so well that you can position the safe door in any position and it wont move in either direction. One of the guys, David, explained every detail of how to set the combination, adjust the shelving, change the batteries when needed, and activate the warranty. He patiently hung in there with us until he was sure we did not have anymore questions. My wife and I are just blown away by how positive and simple this whole buying experience was. Its one thing to buy a great product at a fair price and we did. Its another thing to be able to associate such a positive memory of this experience every single time we look at our Liberty safe. Way to go Liberty of Atlanta! You can bet this will be a story we retell over and over for years to come.

Absolute top-notch, white-glove service from Sandy and the install team. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable and answered every one of my technical questions without hesitation. She was also very gracious in putting up with my questions over the 2 months as I was making my decision on which model to go with. I have been working with Sandy at Liberty Safes of Atlanta for years for all my safe needs. Always awesome service and Sandy is so patient and answers all my questions!

Got the presidential and installer would not center the safe and safe came blemished. Was not able to get a hold of sandy so not sure what to do to correct the issueUpdate to review: it took a couple of weeks but Liberty Safes of Atlanta did send out the installer again and they were able to adjust the safe and center it properly. They also sent out the repair person and after sometime he was able to fix the blemish and the chipped paint so now the Safe is almost as new, the chip is in a very difficult place to repair so he did the best that could be done on site. I would like to give a higher rating but for the price I paid and the money i lost having to take time from work to have this all done and not get any compensation from Liberty or Liberty safes of Atlanta for all my troubles prevents me from rating them higher.I do give them credit that both, the customer service people i talked to at Liberty were very friendly and understanding and jumped on the issue as well as did the sales force from Liberty Safes of Atlanta, just I had to work around their schedules which cost me time and money I will never see again.I would still recommend them and Liberty safes as your first choice if looking for a quality safe and professional customer service.
