I visited this store on Saturday 4/3 to get a PRO protein gainer or bulk. Rebecca helped tremendously with this decision. I left the store confident that Id made the right choice for me. Thank you for being accommodating and answering all of my questions with an amazing disposition!
Went here for a quick errand that turned into a 20 min wait. The cashier, Marcus, finishes with the customer, gets me and then goes back to the same customer AFTER already making me wait. Poor customer service choices. I already knew what I wanted but since the customer in front of me signed up for a membership thats all that matters I guess.
I came here to return my online order and the manager, Ms. Dee (as shown on her badge) gave me a attitude, like why wouldn’t me send the order back to GNC instead of return in store? She was complaining the whole time during the return process. She keeps talking that the return is a pain in the butt, GNC system takes forever to process and blah blah blah. Clearly GNC has to hire better store manager.
The woman in the store is amazing worker she really care about her costumer very nice 😁👍🏽

I go to this location frequently and the staff there are very helpful. They go out of their way to help anyone that comes inside. I highly recommend this GNC store.
I was looking for a product that I saw online as available at the location I visited. I was rushing to get to work so I went in and asked the employee where the product was located. He advised me to visit the vitamin shop because they did not carry it at GNC. I was really bummed because I did not have time to go look elsewhere. Before I left I decided to take a look for myself and found it within 30 seconds. The employee was shook! He did not even bother to come around the counter and look so he felt dumb when I was ready to go. He then made me sign up for my account and took an extra 5 minutes to get my email address right. I am only giving them stars because I was able to find the product that I needed.
Have your hours changed on Google. They do NOT close at 8. They close at 7. Just drove 20 minutes for no reason. Door was still unlocked, lights on, he rudely wouldnt sell me anything, then sped off in his stupid race car. Thats fine. Ill keep the $100 I was planning to spend today. The worst customer service ever. Wont be back.

Store not open when I went despite hours being posted on the door and confirmed with GNC corporate office when I called to verify store should be open at 11:15 on Saturdays.
