All the employees are courteous and professional. My visit there is to pickup and deliver air conditioning units (and their accessories) and from my first contact person via phone, Niara (sp) to the forklift loaders (Josh and Breon...spelling) I have zero complaints. Efficient, courteous and professional everytime! I have yet to run into a negative experience and I dont think Ill ever. Great job Lennox!!!

Nice enough folks, but almost impossible to get on the phone. 30+ minute hold times are the norm, but today it has been 56 minutes (so far)!

Nice staffs and great service!

Ordered a replacement part from this location, went to install it only to find that the wrong part had been pulled. Called to try and get it corrected, but couldnt get through to the counter.After calling several times and being put on hold repeatedly I finally had to drive to the store itself just to talk to someone about it. Finally got the right part, but a pretty awful experience overall. Two stars because their hold music is okay.
