Ordered a pallet of bermuda from here since I was in a time-pinch - big mistake. Installer picked up and right off the bat told me it was low-to-mid grade (probably what contractors would use on a new home). Beyond that, about 15-20% of the pieces were infested with weeds.My installer was kind enough to install them all in one area so I could replace them more easily. Went back to the store this morning and explained the situation and asked if I could get some pieces replaced. Was told no, we only do whole pallets but let me get someone else. Ok.... so about 5 minutes goes by and another person comes out.Explain the situation to him and he is immediately irate. Told me all grass has weeds (not true, Atlanta Turf Grass and Super Sod have almost NO weeds), then told me to spray it (cannot spray new sod for at least 3 weeks), and then told me just to let the weeds grow. I told him I would again appreciate pieces to be replaced or a partial refund (which would have only been maybe $40, and doesnt even account for the money I lost on the installer and pickup). Instead, he cursed at me. I told him I have no choice but to file a CC dispute, and he literally responded Well I have your address and Im going to come take my product back.Pretty baffled here since the situation could have been resolved so easily. Instead, I think its one of the worst service experiences Ive had in years. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere the specializes in grass and has employees/owners who care.

Horrible customer service. Attempted to purchase topsoil from this supplier and they wanted to double bill me for delivery because they do not have a large enough truck to drop of the topsoil at my residence. When I visited the facility they acted as if they were doing me favor by providing topsoil that they had available. In addition, they demanded payment before all of the product would be delivered. This business is not trustworthy has has terrible business practices. I will never do business with this facility. These workers need training in customer service if they want to sell their products to the public.

Good prices to buy landscaping materials in bulk. Mulch, rock, sand, gravel. They offer delivery and are bilingual.

We undertook a major landscaping project spanning 2018-2019. It includes stabilizing a foundation wall, construction of retaining walls, redirecting drainage, raised flowerbeds, and completely redoing the lawn. It requires multiple truckloads of stone, sand, fill dirt and topsoil.We saved a few dollars, but more importantly, the quality of the products ordered were unequaled. It was the best experience in getting exactly what and how much we needed that we had in the 30Y weve been here.

Customer service = great. Price = good. Quality of product = eh. I ordered several cu of screened top soil over the summer. I knew it would have a high clay content; however, I was not expecting it to come with bits of trash and granite chip mixed in. My load included a shredded shopping bag, several bottle caps, broken glass, and a used shot gun shell. After our first rain, we also came to discover that at least 5% of the total load was actually granite, not top soil. Perhaps this is par for the course, but I was expecting better.

Terrible customer service. Horrible quality grey slate.I ordered 3 tons of grey medium slate and at least a ton was brown ugly rock. I called the location and was asked to send photos and she would talk to the manager and call me the next day. I waited 2 days and no call, so text to ask if the manager had been shown the photos. He then calls me a few minutes later and tells me that its a natural stone and pretty much thats how the cookie crumbles. But I paid for GREY SLATE! The quality of a large quantity of it is SUB PAR! And all you can say is well sorry but thats how we got it.I bought 8 tons before from another location and that rock was beautiful. No brown pieces. Green Brothers obviously doesnt care about the quality of their product, or their customer service.I will never order anything from here again.

Not a huge variety but decent material prices. Transportation fee is pretty steep. They charge by the load not by the distance. It was annoying but cheaper for me to make multiple trips being 1 mile away. I bought less this way, wouldve bought more if it was reasonable hawling fee.

Poor communication and customer service...I called early in the week to schedule a delivery for an entire load of dirt for friday at 2 pm. They never mentioned a delivery window and agreed to a 2pm delivery time. I called them at 1pm on friday to make sure they were still coming and to tell them to put most of the dirt in the backyard. They delivered the dirt in the front yard at 1230 and tried to contact me but could not reach me as I was out of cell service. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and early delivery cost me hundreds extra in labor to manually move the dirt to the backyard from where they dumped it. They said they delivered the dirt early because their driver wanted to get off early on a friday afternoon. This lack of customer service is unnaceptable!
