The customer service from the Pro desk at this location is always superior. Robert, Greg and River always take good care of us and make sure that specific discounts are applied to our accounts, as Sundry Waterproofing shops there daily. We are more than happy with the performance of this location.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent staff.When I called in asking for assistance with changing a delivery date of a refrigerator, the women on the phone said, “uhhh... i don’t think you can do that, but I’ll transfer you to the department who handles appliances”.After being on hold for over 10 minutes an employee picked up the phone and hung up a second later without a word. I called back and went straight to hold.This is why i shop at Lowe’s. My mistake for trying to give the local store my business...
