Decent place no complain

Very nice place I like the park especially the woodchips they taste immaculate i like when the stray go “meow meow”

Norcross is a very nice place, I like the improvement in progress in downtown norcross on Buford hwy .

Great place to take walks with the family.

The water issue it the most Anouilh part of living there, they have made a few improvements in some areas how ever important things like water which with water, sewer and rent bill they charge enough and keep easing the bill so they should have enough money to fix this matter but they just dont care. Dont recommend living here, if they cant even fix a water issue.

Manager is the laziest. She was never in the office when she was suppose to be and everytime we had to call her as if to make an appointment. It was really silly, and the only time you will find her is when the rent is due

I lived here 11 year and each year they rise rent and the bill of water is lower then the sewer.The Manger charges for anything ;like if their is trash .Even if she dont the condition of your home. I wouldnt recommend living here as it annoying have some take away your money with out proof.Some time water is running really low or even cut off during the day.

Horrible people I just spoke to Anna and she hung up the phone on me three times in a row with no reason. I was trying to get some information about Buying a mobile home and she was very rude, so I give them one star because I can’t give them lower than that.

Terrible place my mother had a home there for years and they started off being ok. They had one manager after another and each got worst. Water and sewage always an issue, if you complained their would try to find something wrong so they could threaten you with eviction.

Don’t allow trampolines >:(
