Great company to lease equipment with. We are working with the Indianapolis location. They are thorough and are very helpful when you need it. I worked with Jim in the beginning and I believe another gentlemen after our initial set up and he worked for a couple hours with me, even going as far as updating our computer remotely to ensure that we had everything working. Phil VanGelder and his team are exceptional! He picked out the best all in one printer to meet our office needs and the install and setup were both fast and efficient. We had a small glitch a week after setup, a quick email to Phil to put in a service call and within the hour someone was here to fix the issue.
