Seamless seamless seamless. So easy from start to finish. Got a call saying they were coming, they came later that day. Set up was efficient and Robert showed us how to use the controls. Extra kudos that he wore a mask and booties during these times. He was kind, respectful and friendly. Glad to recommend!

I had a very positive experience with this vendor. The order for a walker was faxed to them yesterday and within two hours, we were notified that we could pick it up this morning. I arrived this morning and picked up the item. Both of the women working at the desk were pleasant and helpful. The item is a quality product and the shop is clean and organized nicely. They offer a wide variety of medical supplies and recliners of all sizes and styles. The shop was also easy to find with ample free parking. Highly recommend!

If I could have given this company no stars I would have done so. I was at Kennestone Hospital due a traffic accident and though I did receive oxygen therapy services from AHC I was told in the hospital the services would be $295 paid up front. I prepaid this amount and then received another bill from them for the same services, same dates for $267.26. When I called to ask why I was not told this amount in the hospital and asked for a refund of the difference I was told a manager denied my refund. Needless to say I won’t be using their services again. I recommend anyone considering their services be wary of their price gouging.

Absolutely the worst Customer service ever. After making an appointment for Cpap fitting and placing order waited two weeks and never received. After all morning on phone and being told they shipped but had no tracking info I got a call back saying the girl that helped me must have got busy and forgot to place my order. Total lack of organization

Avoid this company! I was told 3 different prices for my cpap and then out of the blue got a bill 3 timesThe amount !!! I can’t afford it due to being on fixed income I already signed a statement for a certain monthly fee! The told me that my equipment was covered and then also sent me a letter stating it was not! This company needs to be shut down they are putting peoples lives at risk and in danger ! They also try to play know it alls and say my doctors appointments won’t be covered as well they aren’t insurance agents and cannot tell me if my appts will be covered or not they even suggested I cancel doctors appointments ! This company really needs to be investigated .

My Dad is a disabled veterean who cannot drive he ordered a walker decided he didnt want it never used it and they will not accept return by fed ex which is how he received it. How many disabled people are being took advantage of because if the lack of respect and concern that a company like this should have and be their first priority. May God have Mercy on their soul

I concur with Wayne. They put an incorrect address in for me. I never received a bill and then had it turned over to a collection agency. In the meantime they had my phone number and email correct and could have called at any time. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the rude collection agency for gross negligence. Mistakes on their part should not result in ruining my perfect credit.

Calling in is at least a 10 min wait on line and if you have to be transferred to another person, another 10 min wait. Whatever you are told by the employee or class on C-Pap machines, doesnt happen. When you call back, the story changes. I plan to return my new C-Pap machine and CPAP Cleaner, because of non responsiveness of Advanced Home Care and hopefully find a different supplier, even if I have to purchase on line for the equipment and renewable supplies.

The hosptial ordered a portable commode, which my husband decided he didnt need. I called and was told it would be cancelled. We received it a few days later. I called and set up a return and have the ups tracking number which shows it made it back to them. Just got a bill from medicare. TERRIBLE service. Well see if I get credited or not. Would give lower than 1 if possible

We had an oxygen delivery set up for between 12:00pm-3:00pm. It is now 7:55pm and we are still waiting. I have been on the phone constantly with the call center, a manager in Hickory, NC and some other person down here in Atlanta. This company in NOT dependable at all. If it is a matter of life or death it surly would have been death.I just spoke with another manager, he could not give me the 800 number to call and file a complaint, he could not even give me the phone number of his boss. I have NEVER in my life experienced such horrible customer service. I will be sure the doctors that referred this company knows what has transpired today.Thank you Christine in the call center for being such a trooper and helping as much as you could. You are the only person that I have anything nice to say about.

They made me worse and not better. They were disrespectful and when I was able to change, I did. I went to Bioscrip (in network with most United and BCBC) and they are AMAZING. Too bad, I lived vomitingbasically daily and became so anemic I could hardly get out of bed before I could get away from that “friendly pharmacist”. Some of what was done is permanent, but I have a much better quality of life now that I escaped Advanxed Home Care.

Avoid Advanced Home Care at any cost. They are con artists. They dont return phone calls. They send you off with equipment before verifying insurance, then bill you for 4 times the actual cost of the equipment when insurance challenges their claim. When you finally do get in touch with them, they admit they made a mistake and tell you to ignore the bill. After a while, youll get another bill as past due and they threaten to turn you over to collections. If you dont believe this review, then go ahead and take your chances with Advanced Home Care. Im sure there are some reputable home care companies out there, but this isnt one of them.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner. My doctor forwarded an order there nearly a year ago for updated equipment. They requested more information on four occasions which my doctors office promptly provided and supplied me confirmation of. Today they asked for the information for a fifth time only to call me back fifteen minutes later to inform me they cant fill the order. How is this company still operating. Im reporting them to medicare, tricare and anyone else who will listen. OBSURD!!!

Fitted for my CPap in group setting, very informative yet personalized service. . Ive had to get my mask changed and the service was ok. I was under the impression that I was getting one sized mask yet discovered the mask was a size smaller.The tech documented she issued the smaller size but had told me while fitting that I was getting a medium-sized mask, which is what I need. Ive had fit issues since I got this one. I just called A.H.C. to report that I was given the wrong mask, the receptionist filed a service request. Now Im waiting to see how long a return call takes& what the results will be. Stay tuned.

Called this morning to schedule food delivery, for someone who is not capable of coming to the door & not able to speak. Spoke to a representative by the name of Todd who was VERY RUDE. Asked who is supervisor was, he asked why . I advised because he was being rude and I wanted to relay the poor customer service status. He finally gave me a name of Brad Leonard. I will make sure I get a hold of him & if I cant I will go above and beyond. This is a HOME CARE SERVICE......have a little passion for those you are catering !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally would not recommend this service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
