They came out just as scheduled. The guy was great. We had way more than he expected but he was able to squeeze our extra into the truck. When you are ordering this service, understand that a bankers box is the letter sized not the legal size. Then they can give you a better estimate for your job. Will be using them again in the future.

Great customer service and timely scheduling. My only complaint is that the technician came into our office without a mask and did not wear one the entire time he was in our office. This raised health concerns since he probably travels to multiple other offices on his route.

No Surprises! Their estimate of price was right on point as well as the estimate of how many paper boxes would fill a bin. I had one bin of paper shredded and 5 old cell phones. They arrived within the window provided and the driver was professional. I received the certificate of shredding along with the serial numbers of the cell phones just as promised. Its a great relief to be rid of all that paper and not fear identity theft! I highly recommend the company and the service is well worth it!

Excellent service that I used for a one-time purge of household documents. They bring the mobile shredder truck to your home and the price is about 1/2 of others that wanted me to bring the documents in boxes to them for shredding. The owner, Greg, was very responsive (same-day to send me a proposal and then set me up for the next week when they were in my area). From what I can tell, they are the only company that are willing to interleave residential customers like me with their corporate office routes. Wow. This seemed too good to be true. They stuck to the price they said they would charge and the service was incredibly fast and easy. The technician that came out to collect the documents was extremely patient with us and helped us remove papers from binders that we didnt see hidden in the boxes. The window was from 8am to 10am and they got here at exactly 8am. Also, they stuffed the bins they used to the very top and filled every nook and cranny; they didnt just lightly fill them to make more money. I would proudly recommend this service to anyone looking to shred multiple documents.

Searching document shredders in the area I found this company and liked that you were able to bring the documents to them. The boxes where unload, dumped in bins and secured in very little time. They worked with me on pricing and sent over the COD exactly the time they said they would. PROSHRED was easy to make an appointment with, they have regular routes through our area. The day before I received a reminder call. On the day scheduled the driver was prompt and efficient at removing our documents. I had underestimated the job when I booked but they were more than happy to remove all the documents that needed shredded the day of. I love proshred. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Our Law Offices will never use another service. We are scheduled for a monthly pick up service. I normally call about once every couple of month to schedule an extra pickup. It is a spur of the moment thing when we close cases and need to destroy the documents. The first time I called them on a major project we had (files from 2006 back to the 60s, we had a mess) they were able to quote me over the phone, polite, explained the whole process, and they happen to be in our area the next day. The gentleman who did the job (whom I will add served out country. Extra bonus for hiring Military personnel) followed direction to a tee, was polite, and fast moving. When I set up my appointment for pick up I was told that I would receive a call the day prior to confirm all of the details. This conversation was followed up with an email restating all that we discussed. I did in fact receive the call to confirm and to give me a two hour window in which to expect them to arrive. The truck arrived on time and the operator was both professional and friendly. The transaction was quick and easy. I received a receipt right on the spot which also contained the certificate of destruction. I also received an email the following business day stating the same and showing a zero balance due.
