If I could give this dealership more then five stars I absolutely would. I spent two months having horrible experiences at car dealerships, leaving disappointed and discouraged. Action Auto made the whole experience better. As soon as I stepped on the lot, Trey greeted me and was working toward getting me into my perfect car. He was amazingly patient and answered all my questions through the whole process. Every step of the way, he explained and made sure I understood the whole process. This made me feel like a friend, instead of just another customer. Just like anything good, the whole thing took some time, but Trey and the other guys on staff were amazing at keeping me entertained and occupied so it didnt feel like I was just waiting around forever. When all was said and done I still needed my insurance and thats when the staff amazed me once again. They kept the doors open past close to help my finalize everything and have me driving off in my new car same day. Overall it was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for great customer service with great cars at good prices. My experience with working with Wade to buy a 2007 dodge caliber was wonderful. He put a brand new battery in right before I showed up to test drive. He took alot of time with me explaining all the repairs that had been done. He also ordered vinyl parts that need replacing on the outer top and will repair at no cost to me. Wade also spent time going through line by line the break down of the purchase price. Everyone in their shop was so friendly and helpful. They truly know how to treat customers. I have had the car now for 5 days and I am one extremely happy customer.

Long story short, I trust this business and will keep coming back. Everyone I have worked with and talked with are professional and care about my experience as a customer.Now the full story. Back in November I needed to buy a vehicle and was in the market for a used 4 runner. I had been dreading dealing with any dealership in general but I needed a vehicle. I was on my way to two other locations when Act1 popped into my search. I met with Tre and we looked at the 4 runner that they just got in inventory. It was in amazing condition and had solid maintenance records. Even though I told him I was looking at other locations he didnt try to hard sell or come up with any trick to force my decision. I left, checked the other locations and came back later to finish the paperwork. The owner worked hard with the banks to get me the best deal on financing. I know for a fact I got that 4 runner for a steal. The vehicle has been running great to this day. No major issues, which I expected some for a 2004. I love the fact Act1 offers garage service. My AC started acting up about a month ago and they found the issue and fixed it at a very fair rate. Then, unknown to us at the time an O ring failed in the AC system. My AC wasnt working again. I took it back and they fixed it at no charge, even though the tech spent a good 2 hours looking for the issue and making sure everything else was good. I know fair service like this is not common in this area and that is why I will be a loyal customer.

I legitimately believe the managers and staff of Act1Auto care about customers and want to provide a positive experience. Buying used cars can be weird, but they were great the entire time. I had an issue with a third party pop up after the sale, and after a very professional and respectful conversation, Act1Auto gave me quality advice and assistance. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a used car in the area to look at their inventory and stop by their lot.

Axel, the man. This guy hooked me up, organized a meeting with the lead mechanic, in which (Myself being an aircraft mechanic) got to pick his brain about alot of the vehicle, and it alleviated many of my questions. Finally he worked with me to meet my budget, he was able to drop the vehicle price by $300+ in order for me to not go over-budget, granted the man is human, but that just adds to his trustworthiness, he never pushed anything on me, and was a great example of his dealership. From what I saw, and experienced, I will/have referred this place to friends and coworkers.
