Their hours state they are open during outlets hours but that is untrue. I came here for a personalized ornament and they weren’t open. I talked to guest services and they said sometimes they show up...sometimes they don’t show up at all. I waited a while walking around the outlets to see if they would show but they never did. Consumer beware lol.

Went to this kiosk on a non-busy Thursday night. Picked out my ornament and proceeded to check out. The representative asked if Id like it personalized. I said yes. She told me they offered free personalization but it required and mandatory tip. Stunned I asked if I could put the tip on my card as I did not have cash. She told no it needed to be cash. Stunned again... put the ornament back and walked away. Because I needed the ornament I went paid $3 to withdrawl cash from the ATM. Went back and purchased. I just find it strange that someone requires a mandatory tip. Sorry just my thinking.
