I love love the tropical twist frozen and I love it hot. I went in the morning and asked for it and the young man working was so kind and knew exactly what I was asking for because I couldnt remember the name. The young lady with the green hair and tats was extremely rude and said that it was not a menu item and never had been. When the gentleman said it was she rolled her eyes and huffed. He made it for me and was very pleasent. She looked at me like I was irritating her. I will never go back in if she is there. I do hope the owner sees this and addresses her about her very hateful attitude.
