Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are a bit high but the sales are usually pretty good. The quality of the products are outstanding and worth the prices.

She let me compare all the items I wished in order to build the best set for me now.I went in to replace a few pieces that went missing in a move and discovered some options that really worked for me. Left with more than I planned, but everything I needed.

There is an online sale, which offers better deals. I did not address this to the store associate.

Very nice store with a lot of choices. I have recently fallen in love with Le Creuset cookware and have purchased about a dozen pieces from this store since theyve opened. This outlet offers good savings off normal prices. All the pieces cook beautifully and get a lot of use.

Went in and wanted to look around the ladys seemed very nice. My boyfriend wanted me to get a idea of what kitchen thing we might need for our new place. The lady kept agreeing with me what things looked nice and I really did want something but my boyfriend being the smart one kept telling me no cause of how pricey everything is and we just got in a wreck a few days prior and went looking to buy just get a idea. [Im like a kid in a candy store tho and asked away] I was find till the lady said he is gonna come up with a excuse why you can have that either when I asked fior a simple hoven mit cause we did need one and thoes were cheap. Honestly that made me mad we got it and left and I was still annoyed till we got home. Its not a excuse its a reasonable thing to not get a $150 pot to cook in. I think they should put a little les pressure on people who go in there. Honestly I did wanna come back next week for a tea set once my check came in. But that comment assured I would not go back

Was going to buy 4.5 quart oven pan for pasta. They only had two the lid was bad on one the base bad on the other clerk would not sell the two good pieces as a set. Said you have to buy the set like they are. Well the store lost business we just walked out.
