Absolutely terrible. Not only is the Internet itself the worst you can buy, the customer service itself is some of the worst I have ever received. No matter who you get on the line, they will act like ugh why are you calling us? How dare you have questions and ask for help? And on top of all this they aggressively throttle your connection when you are doing anything but read a text document or web-page. Do you enjoy streaming? Watching the game? Well then look elsewhere. Avoid these people like the plague.
