Today was my 2nd time within 2years at this location and both times I was met with rudeness. Kiera was mean to me because I didn’t say hello to her. She was wearing a mask and I didn’t understand her, so I responded, “Do you want my order number”. I was picking up an order made online. I’m thinking about returning what I purchased because Kierra was so rude.

Went to prichase Pandora bracelets for myself and my daughter then decided to just purchase for my daughter and have my husband purchase mine. Our saleslady Kayla was personable and knowledgeable. I was never interested in the Pandora brand I thought it was a fad but since my daughter wanted one I decided to purchase. We are happy with our decision!

Their customer service is horrible. Every employee looked me in my face and didn’t ask if i need help until Elizabeth help me. She was very sweet and was very helpful. The manager was very rude when i asked for help. This was the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

I purchased an item online and was looking to return it at a local store, Emailed Pandora who directed me to this location, Got there and was lied to straight to my face. I did not want to exchange or get in store credit, Was told they cannot process refunds just in store credit. I called another pandora retail location and they said this location is in fact able to process returns/refunds, Will not be back. Do not let them lie to you.All I got was a Sorry they told you that, Seems to me they did not want to do their job. Took over 5 minutes for someone to come out and help us, and the assistant manager was very rude.

I called to this store asking for a specific charm and the sales associate states “yes I have it”, after driving 30 min, pay for the parking garage, after arriving to the store I asked for the charm and the sales associate starts to look for it and after fumbling through the drawers The sales associate states “I don’t have it I’m sorry”, this store has lost my business.

I was unaware of the very tight return and exchange policy Pandora has. That being said I have been extremely ill and could not get out since Christmas to return the gift I received. I only just got a wheelchair last week so my daughter and I can now go out places when I am able to safely drive. I went in and the woman was rather short and snippy with me. I tried to explain my situation and she said ahe disnt care as that was the policy. They dont even have the ring in stock anymore and I was not able or willing to apend more for another style. Plus none of them fit my small fingers properly. All I wanted was for her to just put the money back on the card that was used to purchase the ring since they were out of stock in store and couldnt order it online either as its out of stock. She didnt want to hear a word I had to say stuck her nose up at me and tossed the bag with the gift card down at me in my wheelchair. She disnt even bother to tell me how much was on there. This is customer service nowadays I guess?! So sad! My husband said he had the same experience when he went to purchase the 3 rings for my daughters and I for Christmas. The woman was so rude and disnt want to help him. As much as I love my pandora charm bracelet I think its time to stop giving them money if this is how they treat their customers.

I just wanted to say that I am extremely impressed with the store and its customer service! On Valentines Day, which was extremely busy and packed, my husband and I went in for a few new charms for my bracelet; I was taking the bracelet off to have the new charms put on and one of my older charms fell off and flew across the store. Immediately my husband and the Pandora jeweler were on their hands and knees looking for my charm in every nook and cranny. To say the least I was completely mortified and embarrassed! The search continued for about 5 minutes at which time another jeweler came by and said I could just have a free replacement and when they find mine they would keep it. I am so impressed with the lengths they took and the patience they had! The only disappointment I have from that experience is with myself from not catching the jewelers names so I could call and give them a glowing review!! Thank you so much Pandora for making my Valentines Day, we will continue to use this store exclusively as long as we live in the area!

Terrible customer service. We go into the store to buy one specific charm and are told yea we can help with that, its probably $25 (it was actually $65) and we have to put you on a list to get helped. So we have to wait BEHIND people who are just browsing figuring out what they want while we are waiting to buy ONE THING! 15 minutes later they come up to say we are still in line, further inquire about the charm we want. Then they come back to us when its our turn just to tell us it isnt in stock!Heads up for customer service: if you have customers who know EXACTLY what they want - get it for them and check them out immediately! Only those who want to browse should be waiting for special care. The person at the front getting names is worthless if they cant also check people out. Have some common sense.
